We really enjoyed our time here! Nadia and Paulo were very kind and helpful during our time in Castelnuovo Nigra. The home has a separate living room that is very comfortable with lovely large windows with a pretty little view. Everything has been completely remodeled and is in excellent condition. The pictures accurately describe the home and in fact we thought the house was even better than the pictures. We arrived without any groceries and Nadia was helpful in directing us to dinner and the local bakery. The internet worked very well which is always a plus for me. Nadia could write a book on the local history with her wealth of knowledge. My aunt and I have family that came from this village and we have lost the connection, Nadia was so generous with helping us. We highly recommend this home and would stay again!Thanks Nadia and Paulo!

Home extremely friendly Simona though we arrived very late at night (we had warned). In the fridge, the garden tomatoes, a good bottle of wine, and many nice touches very pleasant. We really enjoyed our stay and even stayed an extra night. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we required to make our stay a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Simona and her family were so helpful. This was our first experience with using airbnb and will happily use it again.

It was great to stay a night at Simona's place. The house were clean, comfortable and it felt like home, so I recommend the place to anyone who wants to have rest in a small town in Italy. One thing to improve: it wasnt easy to find a place, there should be a sign or something for an easier navigation.

The house Simona is really nice, very clean, tidy and super spacious even for 4 people. Located a bit 'out of the country and surrounded by greenery it is the ideal place to relax and rest. Absolutely recommended!

Effective because knotted have booked 2 days in advance, described as it should be, very clean, Simona, very welcoming, lives above. But we stayed one night, so ... But Turin is a 40 minute minimum. No more than 3 people. quiet corner.

Fantastic experience with wonderful host ! Our host was So very kind and sweet! Love this family! She and her mother was gracious enough to pick us up from train station and take us to the lovel(URL HIDDEN)It was beautiful, clean, with every amenity ! She helped make our dream a reality by calling the Damanhur temple so we could visit and making sure we could get there and to our train ( transportation when ours fell through) She and her husband have another gorgeous b n b at the foot of the mountains that is right out of a story book ! I highly recommend her places ( b n b) if you want the best experience in this area of Italy!

Very nice and provided everything we needed, we stayed in 4 people and we all loved it. Paola was a really friendly hostess, The acceptance in Vico (when then led us to the apartment), to advice on the best places in the area. Provides a link for those (like us) was looking for ski resorts (only 40 minutes from Champorcher / 1 hour from Chamois). Experience relaxing and surrounded by nature. If replicate the experience will call for sure Paola.

It was great in the perfect appartment of Elena. We planed this trip one day before arrival and Elena was very quick in answering and organizing. So everything was prepared for us. She bought some fruit, water, Espresso, pasta,... We came there especially for biking (Roadbike). Its a perfect area and always the beautiful view of the snowy mountains. Castellamonte is a nice town; you get everything you need, quiet and sunny :-) The appartement is spacious and very comfortable. There is also a big and srcure Garage to put in the car or Bikes. Thank you Elena for your great host. We had perfect Training conditions for biking abd running and great weather:-)

Elena is the most friendly host you can imagine and is very interested in people and how to make things comfortable for you. She immediately undertakes actions if you need something. We would recommand her apartment very much for anybody who likes being in the neighbourhood of the beautyful mountains of Gran Paradiso and the remarkable city of Torino. It is THE place to go!! At the spacious comfortable apartment it's amazing viewing the mountains with the breakfast in your mouth. Be careful not to open your mouth too far by being overwelmed by this view;-) By the way, the best gelateria of Piemonte is just 200 meters away. It has the original name of "Mr Ice". i have booked this apartment for my friends which visited the country. Here their review: Elena's apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (stove top espresso machine, hot shower, big beds, clothes washing machine, etc). Best of all were the balconies, where we could sip our morning espresso and admire the STUNNING view of the surrounding mountains! Elena made everything very easy for us, and we loved our time in Castellamonte.

Our stay in the appartment was really great. Elena is super reactive to any question, made everything clear and gave us all necessary information. The appartment is clean, well furnished, nicely decorated. If I come back, for sure I will stay again here. Merci Elena!

Gabriella's husband awaited us and gave us an introduction to the house - as we had it all for us. Everything was arranged for us: clean rooms, full use of kitchen (including several basics for cooking like oil, spices, butter) and veranda, beds, towels, ... even espresso machine, coffee, teas, bisquits. We came by car and went hiking into the mountains and around the lakes and visited Turin. I guess you need a car, as the village (adjacent to Ivrea) and the direct landscape around are not very impressing. But the quietness was perfect for our purpose of relaxation after long hikes. And having a whole villa for the price of a room is unbeatable. Thanks a lot for the confindence/ trust!

Gabriella was away for work when we arrived but her son and husband were most accommodating, lovely! The house is spacious for three people with an open and fresh patio, great for warm evening eating. There we two toilets which were useful and the house was nice and quiet in the evenings. The decor was creative with quite a range of interesting artefacts to talk about.

We were pleasantly greeted by Daniele's husband Gabriella on our arrival. We had the pleasure to meet it later. The house is large, nicely decorated and every comfort. Special mention for the quality of the bed and the quiet of the neighborhood. It is very easy to park. Anyway you need a car to get to Ivrea, Torino or visit the Aosta Valley for example. We therefore recommend the house of Gabriella

The house near Ivrea was cozy and decorated with some beautiful artifacts. We slept well and found everything we needed for lounging on the terrace and eating together as a family. The house was just five minutes drive from the centre of town and was easy to find using our Satnav. Gabriella's husband and son welcomed us in the beginning and Gabriella brought us some locally handmade biscuits which were very tasty. In all, a convenient place that made our two days stress free, the cat also provided us with much amusement too!

The apartment is neat, clean and well-appointed, and the location within Ivrea is great. If you have a car, it's a great base to set off for the nearby skiing resorts and mountains. Lidia was very responsive and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We were returning to "Talponia" after living there for a year in the early 80's, working for Olivetti. It was a nostalgia experience for us spending time in this uniquely designed space. Lidia and Gianluca were very responsive before our visit. The apartment was nicely renovated and clean. Lidia greeted us and helped us get settled. She left lots of food for breakfasts and a lovely bottle of local wine. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates, utensils. It was convenient having secure parking. Not many people live in the complex. It's very quiet. Lovely to look out on the grass and trees. It's an easy 15 minute walk into Ivrea center. There are many options for restaurants, bars and shopping. This is a comfortable base for exploring the area.

The reception was really good, the apartment very clean, practical and unique to the context in which it is included! Excellent starting point for exploring the beautiful surroundings.

Everything was as described and communication and check in was very smooth. It is a very interesting building and also has secure parking. The hallway outside the apartment had some problems with water leaking through the roof, but inside the actual apartment is totally fine. Thanks for the stay!

The accommodation is located in a quiet side street on the older part of Montalto Dora. A parking closed yard is available. Stefano is not at the place but was always very helpful and everytime easy to reach via email. His very lovely mother takes care of everything. I highly recommend this nice apartment and would come back anytime. Montalto Dora is the perfect place to discover Valle d'Aosta. Not far from the appartment are in place (at least) a supermarket, a pizzeria, a grocery store. Near the center is a nice bar and near the lake a highly recommended restaurant.

Stefanos Mother welcomed us and gave us usefull information about the place. Nice welcome in a traditional House, big rooms, verry good equiped. Nice village , tasty pizza and bakery. There is a lake near by for a walk and swimming. Good base for climbing in Arnad and exploring Turin.
