I was in Ilheus for 1 week. Host Miriam and her sister Mary Alice (a sweet person) did everything so well us looked relaxed and it happened. The apartment is showing photos near the center, pharmacies, bakeries, supermarket and even a tasty acarajé the corner. In Ilheus back again in this apartment I would be! My heartfelt thanks to them for my lodging in Ilheus was pure rest and pleasure !!!

The reception of irmans was great, super educated. The space is good but even renting for 3 days was not even one hour on site ... just too hot ... pvc ceiling and lining combined with the warmth of bahia ne ever seen .... to summarize had to get a place in a hotel fangs and spend much more ... the place needs better refrigeration.

The site matches exactly with the photos and Fernanda from the beginning was always ready to meet us and answer our questions, even that was not agreed in the agreement. The condo is still in the works, but nothing hurt us. It is very close to the airport and exits to the beaches.

I rented the house for my mother, a friend and her son and they liked it a lot. The Soraia is very helpful, super clean and comfortable, but the trade is a little distant. They were a little bit afraid because the gate does not close right, but had no problems. The Soraia talked to me by (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) before the guests arrive and sent me photos, which made me feel safe and comfortable with the lease.

The ladies who took care of the house during our stay (Meire and Maria da Paz) were very friendly and thoughtful. The house is large and well equipped. The place is nice, although not very bright at night. It all worked during the period we were there. As only negatives, the amount of mosquitoes and house cleaning, but should consider the large size of it and that it is not hotel service.

Sira our hostess extremely left in the will, her son received on the site and also left us many indications amazing places we visited later! The house is immaculate, much better than imagined through the photos! AC machines and brand-new silent! The guy who takes care of totally inconspicuous house, and the dogs we ask to drop, a feisty animals !!!

Sira's house is lovely: very big with nice gardens around the house and a large pool at the back. Sira, although in a different continent, was very communicative and even phoned us to ask if we were allright. Luciano , the caretaker lives on the premisses but keeps to himself. He speaks only Portuguese so communication can be difficult for foreigners. Ilheus is not really a tourist location. That was for us part of the attraction. You can visit a house Amado lived in, a in our opinion not very beautiful cathedral St. Sebastián ( looked a bit like the Sacre Coeur). But the attraction of Ilheus lies in the gorgeous but often dilapidated houses in the town. And the great chocolate shops! Without a car, the beaches in town are quite deserted, did not feel safe and not clean, so we did not swim there. We are not beach- lovers anyway. Probably the beaches south and north are better. A good ( self-service) restaurant is Travessa, near the cathedral. We had a lovely stay in Sira's house and in Ilheus.

O quarto é confortável limpo e agradável, no entanto, ausência de uma escrivaninha ou uma estação de trabalho, tv, frigobar, Wi-Fi mais estável e máquina de café, torna o quarto apenas pra pernoite mesmo. Tenho que ressaltara limpeza da edícula e a simpatia e cordialidade das anfitriãs (Jucinara e filha). Adoro cachorros por isso não me senti nenhum pouco intimidado com os simpáticos cães da casa. São mansos e amigáveis. Banheiro, item julgo importante em qualquer estadia, muito bom com água forte e quente. O ambiente eh muito tranquilo. Apenas poucos momentos de decolagem de aeronaves cessam o sossego. O bairro é residencial mas com tudo próximo.

Angelica was really friendly - she did everything to make our stay very well. Salvador (her husband) caught us from the airport. Very nice couple. The house is very well located. You have everything you need (supermarket, bakery and Busstation) around just a few minutes to walk. Also the way to the beach takes only 5 Minutes. We have to say thanks for this nice stay.

Very nice place, very clean and comfortable. A bit managed like a hotel, including all the benefits and restrictions that come with that: Change of towels and bed-sheets every day, mini-bar with free water and other stuff, cleaning of bathroom, etc.. BUT: Restrictions on bringing friends over. Super nice owner who brought us another surprise every morning: Aqua de coco or self-made juice - all free of charge! Location is pretty central, not that close to the beach but especially if you have access to a car you can hardly get any better in Ilheus - everything in reach quickly. The only point that was not perfect is that some friends we had come over for an hour were not welcome and were asked to leave... that was a bit weird since they were very nice and quite people and we were told we have the whole house for us. A pity since apart from this one of the best AirBNB stays I ever had. Highly recommend to everyone.

Desde a chegada, com a busca do Salvador no aeroporto até a estadia em um apartamento ótimo, com cozinha, televisão, wi-fi, ar condicionado e uma ótima localização. Impecável descrição dos anfitriões, que apesar de morarem no local e nos darem todo suporte que precisamos durante a estadia, foram excelentes em nos deixar totalmente confortáveis e com privacidade no local.

Minha estadia na casa do Ruhan não poderia ter sido melhor! A casa é ótima, bem espaçosa e tinha tudo o que precisamos. A localização também é excelente! Pertinho do aeroporto, de bares, supermercado e praia! O Ruhan foi um ótimo anfitrião e nos recebeu muito bem e estava sempre disposto a nos ajudar e tirar nossas dúvidas! Super recomendo que fiquem em sua casa! Não vão se arrepender!

Ruhan était très attentif à tout moment, l'envoi d'instructions pour se rendre au site, arrangé pour que nous soyons bien accueillis le jour de l'arrivée et nous a aidé pendant toute la durée du séjour. L'endroit est très bien situé, à proximité de la passerelle de l'alcool avec de bonnes options de restauration et de loisirs, près de l'aéroport et pourtant sans gêne en raison du mouvement des aéronefs. La maison est très confortable et aéré.

Très grande maison dans un excellent emplacement, super recommander. La maison est bien situé, est à côté de l'aéroport, vous avez tout ce dont vous avez besoin à proximité, supermarchés, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. La maison est grande avec 3 chambres à coucher, avait tout ce qu'il faut, n'a pas d'air conditionné, mais la maison est bien ventilée, Ruhan était vraiment serviable avec nous.

O Ricardo foi muito legal em permitir que fizéssemos o checkin mais cedo, pois fizemos uma longa viagem de carro e chegaríamos bem antes do horário de checkin. O apartamento é bem aconchegante. Ficamos em 3 casais na casa.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, just as the presentation shows on airnb. It is situated a little bit North of Ilhéus downtown, in a friendly lower middle class area. I only used 10 min walk ( a peaceful short cut path) to get to the center, and only 15 min. walk to the Beach, or you can catch a bus right outside the gate and get to either in 5 min. I really enjoyed to live one month in this place. The apartment faces a busy street, but when I closed the windows and veranda doors it was relatively quiet. As on the top floor, it could get quite hot some evenings with full sun all day, but with the fans going it was not really a problem, and this is Bahia, not the Antartica. The host could not have been more friendly and helpful, always offering to drive me somewhere or connecting me with the right people for my research. Thank you so much for all your help. PS; If you choose to stay in this place I would REALLY recommend a lunch-resturant in the building behind the apartment. A local house wife has opened up her home to make a small intimate "resturant" in her kitchen with the most delicious homemade traditional almoco for 12 reais. far better than any of the 50 reais buffes I tasted.... and so charming and homey.
