[blue house] It is a newly built detached house that was rebuilt in December of 2019, a two-family house type that is completely separated (by the bathroom kitchen entrance).15-minute bus ride from Tokyo Disney Resort.It also has easy access to Tokyo Station and Tokyo sightseeing spots.There is an overnight coin-operated parking nearby.In addition, there are convenience stores, large supermarkets, grilled meat, all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, Cyzeria, and McDonald's within a five-minute walk.At the time of renewal, furniture and appliances were also newly prepared.Small children are welcome.Please spend a relaxing time with your friends and family.If you have any problems, please message or ring the chime at the entrance of the owner's house next door (# ^. ^ #)

Wheneverever a group of young people stays, we always accept complaints about noise from the residents of the apartment building This room is on the 2nd floor You can use the beautiful room of 3DK spaciously in one group. No extra charge for up to 5 people! I am away from the station so it is cheaper. I'll lay three futons in the Japanese-style room, so It can be used with peace of mind for families with small children The other bedroom has 2 comfortable beds There is also an extra folding bed in the closet We also have a kids room. Lots of toys! Two sets of futons can be laid here as well. Sleeps up to 7 adults If your child sleeps with you, we can accommodate a few more people. Amenities are also plentiful Everything needed for daily life is there

Welcome to a vintage town called "Shitamachi area" in Tokyo! You can feel like time slip to 1960's Tokyo (old but comfortable atmosphere). Here is not a center of Tokyo though, there are a lot of nice local restaurants or food shops. And easy access to center of Tokyo like ASAKUSA, SKYTREE, GINZA,UENO,AKIHABARA,TOKYO etc and Haneda/Narita airport. I just renovated my house as modern Japanese style which is mixed with Western essence a bit. 7mins walk from Keisei Tateishi station. * Not JR line
