This is a 300-pyeong private house located in a tranquil cottage village near Seoul. It's south facing, so the morning sun shines very warmly. In order to provide a clean and minimalist accommodation, we want to limit the maximum number of guests to 2 for the time being. The maximum number of guests is 4 when visiting with infants and children under 2 years old. Guests can use the entire first floor of the two-story house and the garden independently. The owner lives on the second floor, and the entrance to the house is separate, so you can have a private time. This is a neighborhood with quiet houses, so it is a good accommodation for those who enjoy a tranquil rest. [Barbecue] Standing barbecue grill + grill can be prepared, and the additional cost is 15,000 won. After Paldang Dam, there is no longer a train, and the bike path leads to Yangsoo-ri, and there are Catholic ruins and lotus villages nearby, a fertile ruins ecological park nearby, and a dull head and semi-won, so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll in the breeze. Our house is a newly constructed white wooden two-story building in 2015, and the accommodation is a studio located on the second floor. Enjoy a relaxing break by yourself in the cottage.
