Home to nature enthusiasts with world class mountain biking, bush walking, kayaking and fishing. Grays Point is a one road in/out leafy suburb of the Sutherland Shire. It borders the Royal National Park and is on Port Hacking waterway which winds from deep within the rainforests of the national park down to the heads where the river meets the ocean at well known tourist town Cronulla. Grays Point has its own boat ramp- at Swallow Rock, a short 12 minute walk away- with bbq's by the river. It also has it's own general store, coffee shop, hairdressers, takeaway food shop and liquor store. The general store is open from 7am-8pm and provides most goods including fresh vegetables and meat.
  • Belinda was amazing! She went absolutely above and beyond with homely touches, chocolate, yoghurts and coconut oil in the bathroom etc. to make our stay feel more comfortable. The view was phenomenal - especially the sunrise/sunset!!! Unbeatable.

    ANZ stadium, Sydney Showgrownd, Quodos Arena, Sydney Aquatic Centre, Sydney Tennis Centre - 5 to 10 min by walk. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes around here, Even in this building. And we can highly recommend it! A convenience store is in this building, DFO (factory outlet) is 3-5min, 3 Woolworths & shopping centres are around 5-10min away by car at Newington, Strathfield and Lidcombe. The relaxed, easy atmosphere and surrounding park lands are what make this location an ideal place to stay. Sydney Olympic Park is very centrally located geographically you can reach all major town centres normally within 30 minutes. It is also home to some of Australia'a biggest companies including Commonwealth Bank, Samsung, Acer, Lion, Fujitsu, Philips and Thales which makes it an ideal stay for business.

In fact, we're lucky to have several great cafes, some really good deli's and even a good bookshop in short walking distance Transport here is excellent, with a 20 minute taxi ride to or from the airport in moderate traffic. Apart from peak hour, it's about the same time in a taxi to the city but more likely, you'd take the bus or the train. There is a new light rail (tram) system that will get you to Central in approx. 35 minutes and the local stop is 2-3 minutes from the house We are close to Sydney's education district with The University of Sydney, University of Technology and Notre Dame University all less than a 30 minute bus-ride away We are situated close to buses that take you to the city centre 8km away. The nearest bus stop is a short 5-7 minute walk away (depending on how quickly you want to walk!) Summer Hill train station s a 10 minute walk away, as is Lewisham station. Dulwich Hill station (offering another train service into the city) is a 15 min walk away Famous for it’s wonderful restaurants, cafes and shopping, Newtown is another great spot, a short 10 minute train ride away

  • Eve's studio is a real home away from home. Clean and well organised, but with character, and surrounded by a lovely garden. Eve and family are welcoming and thoughtful but never obtrusive. The studio was perfect for a single traveler, as I was on this occasion, but would be equally ideal for a couple, or even other permutations thanks to the sofa bed. The house is in a lovely street and a great area. I would not hesitate to come back and stay!

The studio is situated in the middles with entire private entrance, washroom and everything. The studio usually has a very comfortable Queen sized bed. If you book for three persons, one real single bed will be added. - if you are booking for more than three persons, one more single room which is adjacent to the studio can be arranged for your use. The extra bedroom has one two-level bunk bed,that means for two more persons, with the studio are located within the private area in front of our living place. Usually we are looking for not more than three persons. The extra bedroom will only be rented out occasionally. - One toilet/bathroom is provided for your own use. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, convection oven, toaster, small fridge, kettle, coffee plunger, chopping board, plates and cultery. One simple cooking plate, saucepan and flying pan are provided, no cooking stove. Linen and towels, ironing board and iron are ready to use. We also provide your own washing machine to use. You will find easy to get to our place.   • Great location if visiting Olympic Park. Only 2 stops away. Simple and plain but everything has been thought of and has been provided. To have tea/coffee/cereal and even bread in fridge is great. Only had to take toothbrush and deodorant as everything else there and even if you forget the toothbrush there are some in the vanity. Ling is a great communicator as a host and offers you options to perfect your stay. Responses from host is quick. Airbnb made easy. Would recommend.

  • The Bay Boatshed was exactly what my husband and I hoped it would be...a unique, modern, very relaxing waterfront property with a comfortable bed and bath, and two perfectly placed chairs on the deck to sit and enjoy a bottle of local wine.   • Perfect location, a very short walk to anz stadium. Great view of Sydney to wake up to. I was worried when I heard the street noise but the double glazing really does help. The bathroom tap is wobbly and milk, tea and coffee would be a nice touch but still the best airbandb I have stayed at in Sydney. Waking up to that view makes it so worth it.

Please be careful not to leave lights and devices ON (Air conditioning, Cooktops, TVs, etc.) While you are not at home or during the night only the necessary light to remain on. 6. Please Pay in advance, we accept modifications including additional guests or extra days after booking but payment must be agreed before arriving. 7. We provide one or two spots of parking but If you have more visitors with car please park them on the street in any of the vacant spaces and never obstructing the driveways (we will indicate the spots possible to park on the street if required). In an emergency case please call us if you need help to extra park them in our driveway. 8. TUESDAY NIGHT you should be putting your rubbish bin on the street grass next to letterbox. Collection of Rubbish is on Wednesday early hours and for that reason please do not park on the Street Tuesday night –Wednesday Morning even in areas next to driveways because they will be limiting the capacity of operation of Collection Trucks. 9. If you Cook ALWAYS REMOVE COVERS of cooktop plates and TURN ON Fan of Rangehood (at Max Speed 2 or 3) and later clean the pots, dishes, cups, glasses, cooktop plate and any spill on the kitchenette table, microwave and/or frypan used. 10. Please Clean the House at all time and keep things in order; there will be an inspection and revision of cleaning each week for longer stays, after agreement between guests and owners. 11. Any problem please ring us on our mobile or house phone or SMS or email. 12. Toiletries soap, shampoo, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. One basic supply will be available only at the beginning of the lease, later is your responsibility to resupply. 13. Bed Linen is supplied, Towels and Tea Towels everything has been thoroughly clean, sometimes is new sometimes is used but always hygienically washed. For people staying more than 5 days if necessary they can request extra towels, calling the owners. 14. Air Conditioning is a brand new Split system located in main room. Air conditioners engineers advised that the installed capacity allow to reach all rooms providing internal doors are kept open and fans in bedrooms are ON for some time. We ask our guests to use the "Good Sleep function" + "Set" in set times of 1 hour at a time to save energy. 16. If you break any of these rules and guidelines you will be not welcomed in this family house. Our neighbourhood is very quiet and we have a nice cul de sac street, with no traffic except for people who live here. Walk to Reserve Parks are only 300m from the house. Bike and pedestrian roads are inside this protected area. PowerHouse Museum is only 2 km away, around 15 minutes walking. Casula Library is about 1km next to Casula mall shopping (Kmart and Coles are open 24 hrs), Woolworth is just across the street 400m walking. Gyms are only 500m away. There are Buses 870-871-872 every 10 min only 400m away. Train Station is a lovely 20 minute walk or a short 10 minute bus ride ( From Glenfield Station, the best and fast line T8 to airport). You can park in our secure and spacious driveway. From the airport we are a 20-45 min (depending on traffic) drive. From the M5 motorway heading south (towards Canberra/Campbelltown) we are situated off the second Liverpool/Casula exit. City CBD is 40-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) City Central Station is 50-55 minutes by train via Airport line plus 10 min bus to station Airport is 25-45 minutes driving (depend on traffic) Airport is 40-45 minutes by train plus bus to station ( From Glenfield Station, the best and fast line T8 to airport) ANZ Olympic Stadium is 35 min driving but is only 45 min by train via South line transfer at Lidcombe station from Glenfield Station with free parking, normally tickets to events include free trains. When families stay with children specially toddlers 2-6 at our flat we always recommend for those families with children to be aware of the safety of the children, we are worried about safety things (around cooktops or power to TVs), supervision of children or the fact that there is no backyard only a small front yard, please inform us if you are bringing your own cot and prams. We have Air Conditioning, Wi Fi Internet and we can supply extra blankets if requested. We also supply initial basic tea, coffee, milk and bathroom products, after that is user responsibility. We have one portable hair dryer at bathroom vanity. There is no laundry at our house . We can supply valet service with a bag of 7kg standard or Jumbo size 14kg approximately for washing-drying-folding for costing check with owners . Closest Laudromat Self Serve is located 3.3km away in 72 Hoxton Park Road open until 10pm.

Council do not allow dogs unleashed on the street, normally all is good, please walk safely if you see something please report it. If access to our street is blocked take note of the rego plate and please call the parking rangers at Liverpool City Council Emergency Number.

The apartment is stylish and a short walk from railway station, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants and bars. The space was absolutely what was promised. The bed was super comfy and clean. Sharmilee was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. She is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful.     Our house is in suburban area of Sydney. The majority are families that live in the area. Please note we do live near the main road of our suburb, it can be quite busy in peak hour times but at night after 6 or so it quietens down.

During our stay, we enjoyed kayaking up and down the river, stargazing on the jetty, and waking up to the sunrise every morning. There was just the right amount of privacy during our stay, even when the garage door was fully open. We were thankful that the nearest shopping centre was only a short 10 minute drive. Also highly secure with keyless entry, CCTV and gated back yard.
    The flat is built into the side of the main house but is completely separated with private entry and separate locks. Lots of parking available on the street right by the front fence.
    Right near the Campbelltown RSL and Catholic Clubs, and is very close to both Campbelltown Mall and Macarthur Square, so lots of shopping.

    Very quiet and cosy home close to amenities and public transport. Very private room with a keyed door. It has a walk-in wardrobe. It has a TV in the room. Some common spaces are shared.

  • Zarina is a very kind and helpful host and we had some nice conversations. Communication before checking in was fast and easy. The room was great, spacious and with natural light coming in during the day. The bed was comfy. It was very clean as well as the bathroom. There’s not much to do in the area (besides a lovely creek to go for walks), but it’s very convenient to travel to the city by train, as the train station is very close and it only takes 35 minutes by train and they run regularly. You can also visit Stanwell Park beach or the blue mountains by train from Zarina‘s place. If you wish you will also have enough privacy at her place. I definitely recommend the place if you want something more quite yet close enough to visit the city and the company of a nice host.

  • We have really enjoyed our stay at Fawad’s! The area is very peaceful and quiet. The house is roomy and clean. There is a separate bathroom and a place to park a car that we have found really convenient. There is a bunch of cafes nearby that offer delicious breakfast options. It is quite convenient to get to the city centre by taking a train that gets you to the Central station for as less as 30 minutes. You might take bus to get to the train station, but we have personally preferred walking to the station as we could enjoyed wonderful Sydney weather and a beautiful view of the area with all those pretty little houses on both sides of the road.

While you definitely get your privacy, I am on hand to answer any questions you may have. The house is a short walk to public transport where you can reach the city very easily. It's also about 20 mins away from the Airport.

My passion for cooking international food made most of them look forward to dinner time every day. Being a host mother I have lots of extended family in different parts of the world.
    My place is opposite sports complex and long walking foot path for weekend family fun run. Close to all amenities park, shops, schools, churches, bus stop around the corner and pub. with restaurant, Famous Football ground is 7 minutes drive away. Mt. Annan Bontanical Garden is 10-12 minutes drive away. MacArthur Square is 10 minutes drive away.
    My Neighbourhood is pretty peaceful. Next to sport complex and walking path around the complex.Pub with Restaurant and Little shopping village is 2 minutes by car.

    My place is opposite a train station and buses for your transportation. It is one of the best train lines as it takes you directly to the International and Domestic Airports. It is not far from the Main city and the train service can take you there. There is a common facility in the complex which has a swimming pool, tennis court and barbecue area. There are two bedrooms and can accomodate 4 people. It has one bath and toilet to be shared.
    It’s two minutes walk to Holsworthy train station and the train takes you to the city in 35 minutes. My place has 2 bedrooms and both are available to let. One bedroom will sleep 2 people and there is a lounge room downstairs. It is fully furnished with with brand new and modern furniture. My home would make your stay like home away from home. It is a private room with a TV in it. You have access to a pool,spa,barbecue and a tennis court.

    I welcome you to my home. It is a quiet, peaceful street. 2 mins by car or 20 minute walk to Revesby station where you can catch a fast train into the city. There is a pool to use and tennis courts in the complex and plenty walking tracks in the National Park The room and house is modern and comfortable. The private bathroom would be for you to use without sharing.

  • Anita's place is as previous posters have indicated...nice and clean, temperature controlled and close to the work course in Bankstown. Hardly saw Anita but the communication between other residents of the house and myself for checking in and staying was easy and efficient. Definitely stay there again as very close to M5 highway.

    New and clean queen bed sleep-out, it has NO kitchen, but there are 7-ELEVEN, $11 steakhouse inside Cooks Hill hotel, shops, restaurants and pub within 5 mins walk. You have your own bathroom, portable air conditioner, fridge, 32” TV with Netflix, clean bed sheet, towels, tea, coffee provided and check in any time after 2.00 pm
    Your entire ensuite room and a small backyard.

  • Ken's place is great. Ample street parking was available to us and access to the room was direct and simple. Check in was easy and straight forward. The room is tidy, spacious, has plenty of storage. We stayed to attend a wedding and were happy to find a wardrobe with coat hangers and an iron/ironing board. The shower was clean, wide, water warms up quickly and good water pressure. The air conditioner is a little noisy but worth it as it was very effective on the humid days we stayed. There is access to a small private outdoor area with chairs and a table. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. We loved the tea & coffee. Ken was quick to respond to messages. Walking distance to two petrol stations and a pub with a bistro.
