Where to start... we absolutely LOVED this farmhouse studio. It was so charming and we loved our host Per and Christine. We kept raving about how perfect the house was - you are surrounded by fields and feel remote yet the beautiful Lomma beach is only about 5 min away. You have historic Lund 10 min away and Malmo maybe 15 min from the house. It is just so perfectly situated. Very clean and cozy. We loved everything about our stay here. Very highly recommend!

Its a nice huge flat and exactly as described.

We spend our time in the house of Sara for six days. It's a really big house with big rooms. The rooms are clean and every room has a nice and practice furniture. The kitchen has a fridge, a dish washer, a microwave and a lot of dishes. Everything we needed, was there. Futthermore it gave a basic equipment to eat and drink (cakes, coffee and juice). We didn't expected that. A nice idea. It was great! We can recommend this apartment, and we are sure, we will come back one day. Thank you very much for the nice place!

A large apartment with many rooms suitable for a large group. As we were just a small family we could see the potential for others, we only booked here as a quick last minute accommodation nearby the Malmo. It was nice and clean with a big kitchen & all the essential requirements including some tea & coffee to get you started. Sara was friendly and available by text easily, and left us comfortably in our own space. I didn't realise on the booking there is actually no TV in the apartment which I simply assumed there would be, but this was okay for our 1 night stay! Free WiFi and a book to read suited us fine.

Sara kindly provided us with some food and drink essentials to get us started, which was most welcome after a day of travelling. She also gave us useful information about the neighbourhood. The listing is accurate - if anything, the apartment is even more impressive in real life than you realise from the photos. There's so much space, a balcony with a table and chairs, the kitchen is well equipped and the individual rooms are very large. The residential neighbourhood is nice and quiet - there is a food store within easy walking distance and a bigger shopping centre a short drive away. Although we only stayed two nights, we enjoyed trips to nearby Lund, Malmo and further away to the Foteviken Viking Museum.

I had a very good communication with Sara prior to our arrival and during it. She made us feel very welcomed at all time. Her place is very spacious and clean and equipped with everything a house should have. Åkarp itself is conveniently situated: not very far from Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen, and Lomma and other places directly on a beach. Generally, we had a very nice stay at Sara's beautiful house.

Sara was a great host, everything was easy, even though we were so late after a very long trip. There was even water, cookies and some sweets. Thanks so much, maybe we come by again on our way back home.

Sara's place is exactly as described. Very, very spacious, clean, enough room for at least 6 people! We felt super comfortable throughout our stay, all major places are easily accessible by car and you can reach the closest beach in a manner of minutes. The station and a grocery store are only a short walk away. Sara made sure that our needs were tended to and we enjoyed some attention from her two little cats. Overall we can highly recommend this place if you want to explore the south of Sweden, especially if you are traveling as a family. Thank you Sara!

Great place. Would recommend to students who are new to Lund, looking for temporary accommodation while they seek permanent housing for their studies.

This place had everything we could ask for in an Airbnb, and much more! Perfect heating, tasteful modern furnishings, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and a stellar sound system. Watching the night stars while soaking in the hot tub was a brilliant experience! Camilla was a very friendly and hospitable host too. We were absolutely delighted, and would love to return another time.

The studio is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Camilla and Bengt were very nice too. We only stayed one night but it was lovely. Don't forget to check out the bakery around the corner, they have some good sandwiches and pastries. I'd suggest you to get something and have breakfast by the beach.

We contacted Camilla up front that we would probably arrive late with small kids. When we did arrive, we were warmly welcomed and the beds for the kids were already made. The apartment and the finish is beautiful. Best stopover deal we ever had! Great apartment and fantastic value for money!

Very, very quit neighbors, relax small town near Malmo ( only 15km). Camilla and she's husband Braight was very communicative persons, and they give us very important informations for our trip to Copenhagen. The apartment is comfortable for 4-5 persons. Apartment has separate enter with nice view on the garden.

We arrived after a short night on the ferry and a long day in Malmö. The silence in the neighborhood and Camillas warm welcome were really nice. The communication before and while the stay was uncomplicated and very friendly. The "Studio" has everything you need and you can really feel at home. Camilla and Bengt are great hosts and we'll gladly come back in the future.

Lena and the boys were great, and the house can very easily be called a home away from home, it is unique in its own unique way, and as Lena said it is for poets, and i can say if you are not a poet, you can be certain that you will feel like one. Great location , extremely quite . And for the sake of the argument, if you ever made it over there, and you don't like it, then you can be sure that you are the problem and not the house. We really enjoyed our stay in this little, comfy, countryside house. There's everything you need and it's a really good spot for people who loves to stay in a peacefull environment but also like the huzzle and buzzle of the city cause beautyfull Lund and Malmö are very nearby. Magnus, Charlotte and the kids are kind and made us feel very welcome.

A lovely quiet place in a very rural setting, but still very easy to reach Malmö, Lund and many other places of interest in the area. Car is probably a good idea, though. Very kind host family, fast communication, everything as described. This was our first airbnb stay and was a very good first experience! Thumbs up!

The apartment is described as cozy, but that's not true. You should trust pictures rather than the text, it is practical and functional. As this was what I was looking for it was ok for me though. Handover of keys was a bit problematic as I didn't get a street number, just the street. Had to walk along the street to find a person that looked like he was trying to find someone. If you don't like places that look a bit rough and worn down then this is probably not your place as it is located in a badly maintained student dorm, however if you're looking for something functional and practical then it's a great option.

I enjoyed staying there, the room was big enough to accommodate 2 persons, all amenities worked well (they even give you free ice cream!!) Totally recommend this room/appt.

This is student housing for the University. There is graffiti ALL over the place on the way up to the room. The shared kitchen on the second floor (where the room is) was dirty and stunk from the food that people were cooking. The students were cleaning out the refrigerator while I was there and they were wearing masks to do it (because the smell was so bad). The room is fine and clean down the hall but getting there is a bit of an adventure. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. It was a 22 min walk from the Lund C train station.

I had a very nice stay with Max and Julia who were excellent hosts (Frank was away). The apartment is quite big, modern and nicely decorated. Location is nice and very close to Stadsparken (central park) so it's easy to go for nice walks or runs.

Frank's place is in a good location, not in the very charming centre of Lund, but at comfortable and pleasant walking distance. I was given a very sweet welcome by the young couple who live in the flat. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. They were very considerate regarding my needs. The room is very integrated in the flat, only separated with a screen-wall, meaning that the privacy level wasn't very high. Nevertheless it was perfectly OK, since the hosts were so aware of it. Very good place to stay if you have your own things to do in another place in town during most of the day.

Für uns war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in Lund. Julia und Max sind sehr nette und sehr zuvorkommende Mitbewohner. Frank haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennen gelernt aber die Gesamtabwicklung lief ohne Probleme.

Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Frank hat vorher sehr nützliche Infos per Mail gesendet und generell immer schnell auf E-mails geantwortet. Die Umgebung ist schön mit dem Park in der Nähe und auch die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

The apartment was spacious and clean, although it was a sparsely furnished. The bed was a little too soft for our comfort and we had to ask for sheets and towels (every other Airbnb rental has provided these for us). Being older, I wasn't used to having a TV with no free-to-air channels, but I was happy to learn how to use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) Chromecast for Netflix and Youtube. The location was perfect - halfway between the city and the company that I was visiting. Jakob was very kind in letting us check-out later than normal - this really helped us organise our journey home. Jakob gave us plenty of information, so we had no problems accessing the apartment and understanding the facilities.

Jakob was a very friendly and attentive host. He generously offered to pick us up from the train station and helped us to carry all of our luggage up to the apartment. He also took the time to explain the facilities and area to us and made himself available to answer questions throughout our stay. While the ad lists the apartment as accommodating 4 people, we felt it only comfortably accommodated 2-3, which is particularly important because there is an additional charge per night per person. The apartment has one bed and two inflatable mattresses, one of which is quite small. There also weren’t quite enough towels or utensils for 4 people. Despite this fact, we greatly enjoyed our stay! The apartment itself was pleasant, bright, and clean. It is centrally located in one of the nicest parts of the city, and it is within walking distance of a large park, the train station, and the downtown area.

I was in Lund for a research visit in September and October and Sigrid's house was just the perfect place for me. The house and the flat are as charming and lovely as I thought from the fotos. I slept very well and the noise-level from the trains is really low and no issue at all. In the kitchen I found everything I could possibly need. Shower and toilet are in the hallway and shared only with one other guest, currently a student. Sigrid is an amazing host. I felt like home! Tack så mycket!

Sigrid was a very nice and caring host! I really enjoyed my stay in her cosy house with a beautiful garden. I have nothing bad to say and would love to stay at Sigrid place again. The apartment under the roof was clean and had nice furniture as well. The kitchen had all I needed. Sigrid brought me some nice flowers as well as some homemade jam the day I arrived.

I stayed at Sigrids place for a month whilst I was in Lund on a short research trip. The accommodation is very well located, it was a 20 minute walk to the hospital, a 10 minute walk to the centre and a beautiful park was just around the corner. The accommodation is a large bedroom with a smaller kitchen and a bathroom shared with the apartment across the corridor which works great and the shower is great! The kitchen has pretty much everything you'd need and there's laundry downstairs. Sigrid was a great host; on my first day I arrived late in the rain after the shops had shut. Since I didn't have any food Sigrid brought me up a tray of bread, butter, cheese and homemade jam! It was greatly appreciated. Overall a great place to stay.

Sigrid' house is located near Lund train station. Getting there on foot is absolutely affordable, even with your luggage. However, Sigrid was very kind to take me to the train station my last day of my stay. About the house, you will find a comfortable bed, a large desk, a small wardrobe, a couple of chairs, and even a rocking chair. In the kitchen you'll find everything you need to cook by yourself (two burners, an oven, a microwave, a small fridge). Laundry is in the ground floor with several drying racks. The bathroom is shared with another guest, and it is just outside the door of your apartment. The home furnishings is not completely new, but is ok. Sigrid looks after her big and relaxing garden where you can seat for a rest. Noise coming from the near railway is effectively damped if you close your windows, and I didn't consider it a problem for all my stay. Lastly, Sigrid is an excellent host: she is very kind, and helped me with suggestions or answering all my questions, however never compromising my privacy. I felt like I was at home. I fully recommend her place for a short or even a longer stay.

I stayed at Sigrid's house for a few weeks to finish my thesis and it was the perfect place to concentrate. Truly, Sigrid is the kindest host I have ever met and her big house is a delight to be in. She even waited for me late at night when I arrived from the airport and greeted me with a very nice snack the next day. I can say that staying at her place has been a true Swedish experience. Don't forget to sit in the big blooming garden, there is even a little pond! Sigrid is accessible all the time and her cat Ella is the sweetest. The room is bright and clean, the kitchen has all the appliances you may need and there is enough storage space. Although there is a shard bathroom there was nobody most of the time so I had it all to myself. The house is very close to downtown and the train station, and near bus stops to beautiful places like Lomma Beach. I will never forget my stay at Sigrid's. Thank you!

Die dritte Wohnung habe ich diesmal bewohnt. Ganz oben, unterm Dach. Habe in der Küche gekocht, gefrühstückt und fand den Blick schön. Die Dusch im Flur ist geräumig und warm, gut gerade zur Zeit wenn Lund winterlich ist, allerdings ohne Schneedecke. Komme ja eh regelmäßig wieder. Also, sehr empfehlenswert und Sigrid ist sehr lebendig und kommunikativ. Und sehr hilfsbereit und großzügig. Vielleicht sehen wir uns dort, zukünftige Gäste in dieser schönen Villa mit großem Garten. Grand studio dans une maison ancienne de charme mais j'ai été désagréablement surprise par le manque de propreté et les équipements ainsi que la taille de la salle de bain tres petite pour deux. De plus, l'hôte n'a pas toujours été accommodante notamment avec des suppléments demandés pour les visites et le ménage.
