The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. idyllic house on the Lower Rhine in Kevelaer

The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with large living room-kitchen, fireplace, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with BBQ and parking spaces for bicycles. We only use it as a passage. A supermarket in the neighborhood, to the pedestrian zone 500 meters, to the train station 1.4 km. Families are welcome with us. The house has baby gates at the stairs. The stairs are steep. I speak English, a little French, and my husband a little Dutch.

A beautiful & attractively built cozy cottage, with lots of glass so that when you sit inside by the wood stove, you can still enjoy nature outside. The cottage is built with oak from the land & clay of the Maas nearby. The construction was made with so-called pen hole connections & the walls are filled with clay & straw, which together gives a very unique & natural impression. Upstairs in the comfortable double bed you have an amazing view over the country. Maybe you'll see a deer!
