Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The cozy apartment in the basement has a newly renovate bathroom with XXL shower and Rainshower shower head. The kitchenette with ceramic hob is fully equipped. The dining room has a nice TV area with a large sofa bed and a dining table for four people to sit on. A large wooden deck, where you can enjoy the sunset in the summer, may also be used. Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors.
