Great townhouse!

The room was Cozy and amazing. Nick was very welcoming as well. We had a great time at his place. There are cafes and food just around the block. There is even a 24 hour cafe which serves breakfast all day! Overall, great host, amazing house and great location!

This is a well appointed, modern apartment and with 2 bedrooms it is great value for money. There are beautiful views at night over the city lights and a range of restaurants and shops all within 5 mins walk of the building.

A modern well appointed apartment with a beautiful outlook and walking distance to many restaurants and cafes, a cinema, taxi rank and rivercat ferry. Adjacent to Brisbane cruise terminal and a short taxi ride to the airport!!

Fantastic location. Close to Bretts Wharf to catch the City Cat to Riverside under the Story Bridge to the city. Two stops the other way to Hamilton and enjoy Eat Street which is a great way to enjoy a Friday or Saturday evening with live music and delicious food stalls from around the world. Portside which is where the Apartment is has a great Mexican restuarant, shops, cafes, restaurants, a movie theatre and a supermarket as well as hair and nail salons. As for the apartment itself it is well equipped and a great size for two couples as two bedrooms with bathrooms. The gym upstairs on the 15th floor has lovely views and the infinity pool looked great but a tad chilly this time of year. Apartment could have been cleaner and a few things broken. Have told owner and hope this improves. Would stay again as location was great.

This was my first Airbnb experience and it was really worth it. Amie's place is tidy and organized. You don't have to wait long for hot water to come out of the shower. The room is cozy and quite spacious. I love the ambiance, especially in the morning when the sun shines in. Lovely place and a lovely host — what more can I ask for? Highly recommended!

Nice place to crash in for couple of nights. Just the other guests were a bit noisy during night and heavy walking. Amie was well organised and instructive about the things that any guest wants.

There isn't anything i would change about my stay....except I wasn't organised enough to bring my own food on the 1st night - Amie had so many different spices i could have cooked with The bed was super comfy & linen lovely on the skin, different pillows to choose from & i found just the right one that suited me. Amie was very good with communication too. Really enjoyed my stay & meeting other travellers who shared the other room/s. Thank you Amie

Quiet area, close to airport. Great for travelers with smaller luggage or backpack as you need to climb the stairs to enter your home. Overall, minimalist decor just like the photos and comfortable bed. There's a few cafes around for you to explore. Not a bad choice if you are crashing for couple of days before leaving to airport.

Stayed here a few times before, always a comfortable queen bed and Amie communicates well. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Apartment was great for a one-night stay but needed a better cleaning service. Blinds were dirty, towels smelled of mildew and there was an open beer in the fridge. Easy access to enter through a key code which made a late arrival easy. Beds were comfortable, though only a fitted sheet and blanket - no top sheet.

Host was helpful and communicated well, the property was in easy reach of the airport, but unfortunately it was quite noisy and not that clean

Value for money in a fantastic location with all the amenities you can ask for. Separate individual garage to hide the hire car was a bonus. Just down the road is the Breakfast Creek Hotel and 10 minutes to the airport. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The host: Sharon was very nice. Quick with answers and responding to requests. She and her family live in the house. The "entire house" refers to the small building at the back of the property. Location: perfect for my needs. Quiet. Safe. The driveway is very steep, so be careful. Very steep if you're wearing heels or carrying anything heavy. And if you have a rolly-suitcase, you have to carry it from the end of the drive to the porch of the house. The path is all stones. Nothing will roll on them. Pack light! Comfort: the bed was comfy & lovely. But the room was very cold without a heater. This proves Brisbane does get a winter season. Luckily there are loads of blankets! The space is very small for 2 people. Kind of too small for one person - I called this "home" for a week and I got a little stir-crazy & claustrophobic if I stayed in the hut too long. Amenities: nice toiletries. Clean towels. Delish coffee. Micro, toaster, kettle, cooker...everything was there but it was too crowded for me to enjoy cooking anything more than instant noodles. If you're used to efficient living spaces then the size won't be an issue.

This sweet little studio was perfect for a work trip to Brisbane. It's a good size for one person and has everything you could need. The neighbourhood is gorgeous, and it's a short drive from the airport and the city. Sharon was very accommodating and easy to deal with. I'd happily stay here again.

Ariana's house is very pretty, traditional Queensland style. It was renovated, so it's new and super clean. It's much better than a hotel. She was out for a couple of days, so I couldn't see her during my stay, yet she left all the infomation on the bed and her family was very helpful. The house is 1minute to the bus stop and 3minutes to the ferry port, so you can easily get around the city. This Hamilton area is very calm, but on the main street "Racecourse road", there are many nice restaurants and cafes. I rather prefer Hamilton than staying at the center of Brisbane. Also, it's only 20mins(about 25 dollars) to the airport by car! Firmly recommended.

The locale and home suited me perfectly. It is close to the airport and well priced. Her accommodation is spacious and attractive, walking distance to cafes and bars, river access and public transport, and Nicole is a friendly hostess. If I ever have need for a B'n'B in Brisbane again this will be where I will be found.

What a lovely and perfect place to land during a one night layover! Nicole's place was conveniently close to BNE airport, cafes, and groceries; it was also cozy, spacious, and clean. She was super helpful with providing local information and while I could have comfortably kept to myself, I was able engage in friendly conversation with Nicole and her husband (and sweet cat). I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely overly go back or recommend Nicole's place for anyone especially if you're looking for a cozy and clean place close to the airport.

I don't know where to start, because there are sooo many things I want to say! The apartment is one the best I have stayed in so far in Brisbane! The apartment is clean, tidy, easily accessible, cosy and nice. Everything is as described. I woke up to Brisbane's skyline every single morning which was my special highlight of the day (apart from the sunset). There was free wifi and shampoo in the shower and even toothpaste - luxury for a student like me! We were allowed to use the washing machine, printer, kitchen, balcony and the TV. Apart from that, we had an incredible view over Brisbane City and its skyline from the balcony, as well as from the building's rooftop, especially for sunsets! The rooftop pool is one of a kind, warm water even in winter and perfect for taking incredible pictures! There is also a BBQ area up there and a seating area, and an (indoor) gym next to the pool, but we have not used the latter. Also, the location is awesome, it's directly at the waterfront and only a couple minutes walk to the bus stop (15min with the bus into the CBD) and local shops downstairs. There are plenty restaurants and shops around and a free underground car park, too. Overall, we had an amazing time with Mipha and Rick! This room is definitely worth the money. I am incredibly grateful and glad to have had the opportunity to stay with Mipha and Rick and make two new friends here in Brisbane. I enjoyed every minute with them and I look forward to many more get-togethers in the future :) They are not landlords to me anymore, but my friends! And I am more than grateful to have been able to stay with both and get to know them and their culture. It has literally been my best time in Brisbane so far! They have made my first couple of days in Brisbane the smoothest and most enjoyable and whenever they smelled stress, they were there to support me. Both of them are incredibly nice, fun and open-minded people and always up for a good laugh. We clicked immediately and got along very well, hence I am glad to know them! We had the best conversations, whether it was day or night. Plus, every time we hung out together, whether it was inside or outside, we had tons of laughters! And although Mipha and Rick were very competitive at Mario Kart, we remained friends throughout :P They have welcomed my best friend and me into their home in the nicest way, and no effort was too big for both. Moreover, they have helped setting me up after moving to Brisbane and they were always willing to help me wherever they could. I loved it the most when we cooked/baked for each other or together and ate together. They have always met me halfway and we all compromised to meet everyone's best interest. THANK YOU!!...

it is a great place to relax with excellent river view,clean badroom,and beautiful public swimming pool. By the way host is a rearly nice lady we are studding at the same university,and have lots of things to talk. I‘m really enjoied in there.

Staying in Mipha apartament was great. Everything prepared and veery clean apartament. Pool on the roof is exellent place to chill with great view. Apartment is close to public transport so its easy to travel around city. Mipha and her partner are very nice and helpfull people. Iam giving 11/10 and reomend to everyone whos looking for place to stay.

Mipha and Rick were more than kind and made our stay feel like home. Offering us more than we needed. The bathroom is roomy and spotless. Our bedroom though... was a DREAM. Seriously. Don't think twice about not booking here. The ferry to the center of the city is right down stairs so the location is not an issue if you don't have a car (like ourselves). There is also food accommodations down stairs, a grocery store, and the bus station across 2 blocks. We just wish we got to stay longer to keep watching the sun set beyond our room. It was gorgeous. Thank you again!

A beautiful apartment in Hamilton. The views are amazing from the bedroom as well as the balcony. We had our own bathroom with plenty of extras available for us. Shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer. Even a toothbrush and toothpaste. We were allowed to share food basics, butter, bread, milk. As well as the coffee machine. We were made to feel very welcome The gym and infinity pool on the 15th flood have even more awesome views.

Great modern room with en suite, view from the room was awesome, so close to the port. Love that Lindsay can offer parking, that is fantastic. Lindsay is lovely and super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I do not have a positive review to leave for he first time in our Airbnb experiences. Other reviews have insinuated vague concerns with cleanliness and check in, but did not advise of specifics. The following was our experience: Our biggest issue was check in. Lindsay had advised that she would be at the apartment for us to check in; however, she had left before we arrived.. we were left knocking at the apartment with no notification. We had to search for wifi somewhere to contact her, and at this point found messages from her that we had kept her waiting 45 minutes and she would be back two hours later to let us in. There was no explanation. We had advised Lindsay of our expected flight arrival time, and had arrived to the apartment as soon as was possible after baggage/customs/taxi/traffic. She did not ask for a specific time that we would arrive at the apartment in advance, and at no point were we advised that she would not be available at certain times which would have been courteous (not that we could have controlled our arrival time any differently regardless - but we could have booked alternate accommodation had we known we wouldn't be able to access this space for hours after we arrived). Instead we were left to sit outside until 7:30pm. The apartment itself had a nice outdoor patio and is in close proximity to the airport, and there is the convenience of shops and restaurants at ground level. The bed was comfortable and there is an air conditioner. However, the cleanliness of the ensuite bathroom was quite poor. The sink, counter, and mirrors had not been given even a simple wipe down, and the shower had clearly not been cleaned recently. Unfortunately this was a frustrating and disappointing way for us to end our vacation, and I would personally have paid $20+ more for a hotel room.

Central location and close to the entertainment venue we were going to. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and supermarket nearby was a plus. Host Lindsay wasn't home the evening we stayed but the co-ordination of check in was done smoothly.

So close to the cruise terminal and places to eat and drink. Clean, comfortable and a great view.

This place was perfect for me, close to the train station and had easy access to the city. It was very clean and quiet and was perfect for myself to stay for a couple of nights.

Absolutely loved staying at Tracey's. Big comfy bed, woke up to the birds. Very clean and tidy. Tracey is very warm, kind and helpful. The space has everything you need and then some. So beautiful. Bulimba is a quaint little Suberb with great cafes and Tracey's place is just a walk away from everything including the ferry. Highly recommend this little gem!! Thank you Tracey ❤️

Great location and very nice place to stay for a short stay. Kitchen facilities are very limited as explained on the profile. I would also say that you live with the host more than living in 2 separate floors. There is no door which separate their floor to yours, and even if they do everything to leave their guest a good privacy, it still felt a bit odd to me and sometimes a bit uncomfortable. You get a good place and location for the price that you pay so it is still a great gem !

Tracey is really friendly and lovely! The house is very clean and quiet and is a wonderful place for travellers.

We stayed at Aaron's apartment for 3 weeks during our stay in Brisbane. We are a family of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) and this apartment was a perfect size. Quiet location on the 2nd floor of the bustling Hamilton Harbours. Flat also benefits from a parking space on B3 and there are clear instructions on how to access, swimming pool area is spotless and gets the sun 10-2pm and is perfect for a lazy day. Perfect location for Portside Wharf where you will find an excellent and varied choice of bars and restaurants. This together with the harbours own Harbour 14 pub open most nights from 4pm with a fab steak sandwich for $10 on Wednesdays. On site there are also a number of coffee houses, domino's and a woolworths for all your shopping needs. The city cat was our preferred method of travel into the city and south Bank and the terminal was only minutes away. Racecourse Road also within minutes and there are again a number of restaurants (Vagelis is recommended). Apartment itself was superficially clean including towels and bedding, I did still have to clean the fridge before use and there were some dusty areas around floor edges and sockets however neither of these things hindered our stay or would stop me from recommending this apartment. Would definitely use again when visiting Brisbane. Thanks for the quick turn around on handover day.

The stay at Aaron was amazing !! The location was superb and the apartment was modern and super comfortable. I booked the place for my family visiting from overseas and they really enjoyed their stay. They enjoyed their morning coffees at the cafes downstairs and did all the groceries at the Woolworths downstairs. Can't talk enough about how amazing the location was :)

Communication with Aaron was simple, with speedy replies. The apartment was as described and the location was near lots of good restaurants and cafes as well as local supermarkets.

Really had an awesome time. The apartment is well located on the Brisbane River with easy access to the city cat and buses. The Woolworths downstairs has every thing you need for self catering purposes. Aaron is very friendly and accommodating and I can recommend staying in his apartment.

Place was lovely with restaurants right below which was very handy. Cruise ships are there occasionally which will block view from one direction but don't really worry you otherwise. Was great place for a last minute catch up with old friends
