This is a magical place! We were welcomed by Pam like family and immediately felt at home. The sustainable farm is so interesting to tour and so relaxing to spend time in. There is even some hiking in towering redwoods in the hills behind. If you get a chance to have breakfast, it is amazing! We will definitely be back!

Our stay at Pocket Creek Farm was everything and more than expected! I needed a getaway to relax, recharge and reconnect with a good friend & the Bay Area, it was the perfect setting for all. Guerneville is a sweet little town with amazing restaurants! Check out Boon, for sure. But, far beyond the amazing land, treehouse and town ... Pam and Steve were amazing hosts! We left relaxed, recharged, informed and inspired ... with a hand-picked basket of blackberries for the ride home to boot. Most definitely a treasured find and fond memory! My only regret was we only could stay one night. We'll book far enough in advance the next time to stay longer.

This was an absolutely amazing Airbnb experience. Pam & Steve taught us how to use the (chemical free!) hot tub, and served us beer they made themselves while we hung out on the beautiful property and read. In the morning, they cooked us a BEAUTIFUL, super delicious breakfast with all organic ingredients from their property, before taking us on a tour of the farm, where we sampled vegetables from their garden, watched baby pigs play, and learned a ton about permaculture. It was a truly educational, really entertaining experience in a magical part of the world - I'd highly recommend this to anyone.

We absolutely loved our Farm Stay in Guerneville! Pam and Steve went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and at home. With awesome neighborhood recommendations, a fantastic tour and farm fresh breakfast, and the beautiful accommodations, we couldn't have asked for a better trip. The trees on the property are indescribable and worth the stay for that alone! We felt really taken care of for our special trip... and two lambs were born while we were there! I highly recommend the work these folks are doing.

We had a great time staying in this unit! Irina was very helpful, friendly, & promptly responded to my inquiries. The home was just as shown/described with a large Murphy bed and two smaller bunk beds. Great kitchen space with everything you would need to cook. Propane BBQ on the deck, new hot tub out back (which we used a lot), and very, very quiet neighborhood. For my first AirBnb experience, it was fantastic.

Irina was as responsive as they say - the entire time. A circuit breaker went out the night we got there but she mobilized somebody within an hour to fix it. It put a dent in the night (35 degrees inside and out) but can't say it was anyone's fault. Pros - nice kitchen, well stocked, you'll lack for nothing - double headed shower with great output, warms the bones - quiet both nights, even with a party going in the adjacent apartment - hot tub, but we didn't use it Cons - Basic cable, no DVD players that we saw - it's a studio, so you get semi-loud white noise all night with the heater (mandatory) and the Fridge - nice medley - bathroom light is weak for those that need it (think make-up) - Murphy Bed is a twin, not queen - the wife and I we're somewhat cramped There is a small dog park 5 minutes walking from the unit, which was a nice bonus for our mini-schnauzer.

Irina was great and when we told her we would be arriving early, she was so accommodating about letting us in earlier! The studio was neat and tidy and comfortable enough for all of us.

Clean and cozy domicile away from the noise and traffic of wine country. Despite being relatively small, the size was more than sufficient to make our stay comfortable and satisfy any possible creature comfort, including a hot tub.

This was a great place to spend a few days on the Russian River! Irina was very helpful and communicative- she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend!!

This legit "adorable" studio is perfect for a weekend getaway up north! There were 3 of us who stayed here and we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, grill, cooking and the beauty that surrounds you where ever you look. The tall redwoods are stunning, the proximity to Armstrong Redwood National Park was perfect for a day hike and a few wineries within a 15 minute drive backs this place perfect for a friends/romantic/family weekend away. Keep in mind, there are other units on this property and the neighbors are super close so it is not complete privacy. If you want that, you must pay for that type of privacy :) My small dog also enjoyed going for long walks down the road and we all enjoyed the fresh air that makes you feel so relaxed as soon as you park your car. Definitely would recommend staying here and hope to come back!

Very basic, clean place. In an extremely densely populated residential area. Surrounded by beautiful trees. Fabulous hot tub.

Place was soo much fun, walked to stumptown brewery. If you plan on cooking a lot bring your own pots. Gas stove was great to have! Over all I will definitely rent again over summer!

Wow! What amazing hospitality! Jason & his wife bent over backwards to make sure my stay was enjoyable. It is not a large space but very comfortable and has everything you might need- even a first-aid kit, coffee, shampoo - you name it! The best part was the patio- your own private hot-tub which I enjoyed several times! A giant Redwood literal grows up & thru the patio- just spectacular. I would highly recommend this spot- in the shade of the Redwoods yet close to wine country & the ocean!

Jason and Kim were absolutely wonderful hosts. We weren't able to get there until around 8:30 in the evening, and Jason was there to greet us and show us around. And, the space was even better than the pictures. While the room was small, it was very well organized. Everything was clean, and they had coffee, tea, and even yogurt for us. We found out we were their inaugural guests, and what a treat that was! We were greeted with wine and beer to celebrate. The bathroom was perfect. The shower was excellent, and towels were plentiful. The bed was firm and very, very comfortable. It was far too easy to sleep in, so set an alarm if you need to be somewhere. The decor was perfect for the space, and I couldn't imagine being in need for anything. And, if there was something one could think of that wasn't there, Jason would be happy to see if he had it. There was internet access, MP3 player docks with speakers, streaming internet player to watch Netflix, etc., and a hot tub. Sadly, we didn't get to experience the hot tub, but can't wait to go back to do so. That reminds me of the deck. It was wonderful. While one can hear the highway some, you may soon forgot about it in the serenity of the trees. It's a beautiful location. The 55 steps weren't an issue for us, and well worth it once you get there. It's a quaint, cozy guesthouse that's perfect when visiting Guerneville. Jason and Kim were so welcoming and full of suggestions for places to go and places to eat. They know the area and the town well, so even though we'd been to the city about a dozen times before, they were able to tell us about some wonderful places we hadn't been to before. This was the best place I've ever stayed in Guerneville. And, I know we are most certainly looking forward to revisiting this quiet paradise in the trees. Thank you again, Jason and Kim!

Jason was very accommodating and left some yogurt, rice milk, and a bottle of nice red wine and IPA beer waiting for me after my long drive. This is a nice studio room with a nice firm bed, great bathroom, and a place to eat. The place looks better in person... The best part of the trip was their outdoor Jacuzzi! The house is located next to the main road and you will be required to walk up about 3 flights of stairs to get to house...

Had a wonderful time while we stayed in the guest house. It was a perfect fall getaway in the redwoods. The town had more going on than expected, and everything else we wanted not too far away. Jason was available for any questions and great recommendations (too many great ones to fit in!) We would definitely stay here again, peefect cozy place. Thanks!

This is my second time at Jason's guesthouse. It is warm, cozy and clean. This time around I got a chance to talk with Jason and Kim. They are inviting, communicate well and make staying here comfortable. This is the perfect place for me to stay when I am taking weekend classes in the area, and I plan to come back again! Highly recommended!!

Everything was as described. That place was very beautiful, surrounded by redwoods, with a nice hot tub and close to the river. It was perfect. It had all the small amenities that one went. We really enjoyed our stay, we really enjoyed The studio, and the hosts were very communicative when needed.

Jason and his wife Kim are simply awesome, and the property is freaking fantastic. Right in the middle of redwoods! This is the 2nd time I've stayed with Jason. It's become my home away from home. Very close to the town, but close to nature/hikes/river as well. Bottom line: AWESOME!

Jason and his wife were really awesome hosts. Jason met me when I arrived and showed me the place and walked me through everything. They had wine & beer, snacks, coffee, tea & fruit for us. When my friend arrived we all had a drink and some laughs on the deck and Jason gave us some tips about the area.The place is a small studio but very well arranged. The bathroom is very nice with a jet tub and plenty of room to move around. Kitchen is fully equipped if you want to cook. The highlight though is the deck area which has a table to sit at, hot tub, reclining chair and a portable fire pit with plenty of wood. The location is great too, just a few minutes from Guerneville and easy access to the coast or wherever you intend to go. I will definitely come back and I highly recommend the guesthouse. It's a great value.

Nice, laid-back community. Bill and Ben were available for any needs. By chance, the weekend we stayed the weather was cold. The place was as advertised. There was a washer and dryer available for use. We were at the apartment downstairs. We can hear them walking around upstairs naturally.

We are a family of five with three little boys under five when we stayed for a long weekend at sunset manor. Despite a lot of rain we enjoyed our stay, especially as it was easy to hang out inside and relax even with the kids. The apartment was clean, kitchen small but well equipped and there were plenty of books, DVD's and even game consoles to choose from and there was a lot of space.

We were in Guerneville for the Vineman Ironman and stayed at Sunset Manor two nights. The location was perfect for the race - walking distance to the swim start and, most importantly, the local coffee shop! The space was perfect for two couples. We each had our own rooms with super comfortable beds and flat screen tvs. You can tell that Bill and Ben really take pride in the rental unit and want to make it the best experience possible for renters. Other reviews say this as well but Bill and Ben are definitely eccentric. Bill greeted us in his underwear when we checked into the unit, which was odd. I was uncomfortable at first but they were both very friendly and gave us our privacy for the duration of our stay.

My husband and I took my parents (who were visiting from Minnesota) to the Russian River for the weekend. Bill and Ben were generous and attentive hosts. They welcomed us even upon our late arrival, giving us a thorough tour of Sunset Manor and making us feel welcome. The views from the unit are incredible, and all of Guerneville is within easy walking distance. Bill and Ben gave us plenty of privacy, even though they live upstairs. The place was great for our two doggies, with a large fenced in back yard separate from the front yard. We cooked a LOT while staying here, and the kitchen (although small) had everything we needed. Bill and Ben even provide freshly ground coffee for their guests. Since the unit is in the basement, and Bill and Ben said there was a water spill recently, it was very musty when we arrived. However, the smell dissipated after a day of cooking and lighting a fire in the fireplace and it ended up not being an issue for us. However, if someone in your party has severe allergies, this may not be the place for you. This unit isn't fancy or luxurious, but quaint and cozy. For the value and comfort Sunset Manor has to offer, we would definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little late and were greeted with no problems or inconveniences. We were given a tour of the place and felt at home! The day of check out, we were left a nice note letting us know there was no rush and to not worry about 11 check out which was more than accommodating and a news paper. Super cozy! Beautiful views and great hosts!

Ben & Bill were great hosts, everything is well thought out and they have so much information and inciteful tips for Guerneville which is a 5minute walk away and the wider wine country area. The town is really quiet with some cool bars, coffee shops and restaurants, we would go there again in a heart beat.

Lovely condo in the woods, though still having great amenities of rio nido and right by Guerneville. Loved having the kitchen and deck.

The apartment offered what we were looking for, and the kitchen was fully stocked. It's close to the town of Guerneville. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The picture is absolutely accurate, and the home has a homey feel to it. The confirmation mail stated to bring your own drinking water. I would recommend you follow this suggestion, as the tap water did have a slightly metallic taste. Other than that everything was as expected. We got to spend a great weekend in one of our favorite little towns and enjoy the sun by the river shore.

Irina's condo in Russian River was perfect! Super comfortable and was equipped with everything one would need/want. Great location and the hot tub was an added bonus! Will definitely be coming back!

Loved the location in the Redwoods! Cute place - very comfortable for a couple and had a very peaceful first night. The second and third nights were a little less peaceful since the adjacent unit and downstairs was also occupied and you could hear and feel that. That's life - and thanks, Irina, for being super responsive to all our questions! Trip highlights - Korbel winery & deli, Armstrong State Reserve and kayaking (with Burke's) down the Russian River.

Loved the whole area. Nice place surrounded by trees. Everything was nice. The pool and sitting area were great too. Just a fun place for a vacation!! We brought an extra fan because it was 100 that weekend and we were glad we did.

This was my second stay at this cozy little spot. Always quiet and comfortable. The hot tub is great in the evening and the patio nice for morning coffee. Only suggestion would be to bring an eye mask as the street light outside is rather bright, but otherwise zero complaints

We had an amazing weekend at this little piece of Heaven while in town for a friends wedding. The room was quiet, clean and peaceful, and the neighborhood was really beautiful with just a short walk to the river. Armstrong Redwood reserve is a 10 minute drive and a MUST SEE! It made our trip! We had a little bit of trouble finding the address because of (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) maps being weird, but we called the host Marz and he patiently stood outside to guide us in. He was very friendly and recommended a few places for us to eat. Stumptown brewery is right across the street and Garden Grill was a 5 minute drive up the road. Both were great! We hope to get back up there again soon! Would definitely recommend it!

the residence was clean and well kept and our host was amazing.

We didn't do any follow up with host until mid day of arrival, but Eddie worked with us and set up a convenient lockbox arrangement. The place impressed as well taken care of. The host made sure we were supported by being available by phone. He also welcomed us to knock on the unit of their on site maintenance person for any needs. In our several encounters with them coming and going were were always asked if we needed anything, but the room was stocked with bathroom and kitchen soap, towels, and tissues. They have 10 or so units that look to be the same size and arrangement on the upper floor of a building that serves as vacation rentals. We didn't spend any time on the property outside of the room, but they had a sitting garden across the street, a patio in front, and an art studio on the lower floor. The bathroom fixtures were new and modern, the kitchen was in great shape with some updating and some reuse, and the sleeping room had tv with satellite channels. Although 'IKEA' grade, the furniture was solid enough and in great shape or new. There were nice touches here and there such as glass art tiles and cool flooring. The walls and trim were sharp and fresh paint was found everywhere. There were others staying as well and you could certainly tell when your neighbors were up and about. I think everyone was respectful of this however. With this note I also concede I expect this kind of accommodation staying at Russian River. Just about all of the development there goes back some 50 years or more and there is no 'Hampton Inn' type place there. They are on a frontage road and I wasn't bothered with any road noise. We went out both nights dining and wining, but came home to peaceful nights and no problems. They are about a half mile out of town. Its walkable and you can stay off the highway on the frontage road. Its nice to be a bit out of town so you can get away when you want. We found a fun time there and enjoyed our first time staying in Guerneville since we were kids. Eddie and Marz are great hosts and were always looking to accommodate our needs.

Marz was very responsive and accommodating. We didn't have any issue getting in past check-in time, and the space was clean and warm! We would stay there again.

This studio was exactly as pictured. Clean, comfortable and newly renovated. Perfect for a couple or one person- close to everything. Host is so sweet and even let us come back and hang at the pool after we had checked out. Would definitely come back!

Kris was very welcoming and the room/studio was much nicer than we expected. There was a little food area with hotplate, small fridge, sink etc. The bed was deliciously comfy and it was wonderful to wake surrounded by redwoods. The cat was also a great host and was one of the nicest cats we have ever met! The area is one of my favorite spots in California. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and cozy! Very close to Armstrong Woods and Jenner. Kris put a lot of thought into the space and making it comfortable, and we felt right at home. Perfect for a relaxing and quiet get-away!

Kris was a wonderful host. She kept in touch before the rental and always quickly responded to me, and welcomed me upon arrival, making me feel very comfortable. The studio is warm, nicely furnished, with all of the necessities and lots of thoughtful extras. It is in a great location, scenic and quiet, yet convenient to the nearby towns. Highly recommended!

Kris was such a good host. The place was a perfect getaway from San Francisco and was close to several good restaurants. She also provided goodies and snacks that we can use during our stay. We would recommend her to anyone who is planning a quick weekend vacation from the city.

Kris was extremely welcoming and the spot was beautiful. My friend and I loved using the cedar sauna and could glimpse at the river through the trees. It was quiet and serene and the bed was super comfortable. I definitely plan to come back! Oh, and hit up the Blue Heron for a beer and some food. Really enjoyed it there too.

This was my first airbnb experience and it was FANTASTIC! I have never even had a hotel experience this great. The room was very comfortable. The decor and homey touches, the bed (OMG), and the renters definitely helped me relax. Kris couldn't have been a better host. I really hope I get to go back next year!

Better than expected. Large yard, cool neighbors, an amazing hot tub (shared with building)! If you can carpool do it even in the woods there is limited parking! Lovely small town feel. The house is huge and can be a bit maze like. Loved the stay, would do it again.

We had a great time ringing in the new year at Irina's cabin. The fire pit and hot tub provided us with plenty of outdoor relaxation. It is located in a gorgeous location and within walking distance to downtown and the river. Perfect amount of space for four of us to live comfortably for a few days. Irina provided plenty of instructions, so everything was easy and clear to operate. Check in was a breeze. Thank you for a great weekend!

This rental had a few things we liked and a few we did not. Likes: hot tub, beds were comfortable, and the outdoor area. Dislikes: house was not up to date, some of the walls were patched with tape, one of the bathrooms is very loud when flushing it which is not good for night time, and the upstairs neighbor was very loud early in the morning on Sunday.

Listing description was accurate and we love the neighborhood. It was also nice to be informed of the toilet sensitivity issue. It worked like a charm and no reset was required.

Irina was a great communicator and the weekend went very smoothly!
