Great place - just what we needed. Very clean and great shower!

Clean and tidy, airy and light living space with additional personal touches to make your stay comfortable. Outdoor seating in tropic native trees and garden creates private space to enjoy relaxation. Park access next to accommodation. Friendly hospitality and efficient response to booking by hosts. Central to all amenities and explore Cromwell Park walks. Highly recommend place to stay.

Everything was fine. Check in simple, cozy room with a small terrace to the garden, small kitchen for coffee and cereals in the morning. Very quiet area in a residential area of Auckland. 15 km from the airport, approx. 8 km from the center. Uber (taxi) brings you cheap to the accommodation or to the city. Bus stop is not far either. Gladly again.

Great location close to Cornwall park, short drive to city centre. Water pressure in the shower was amazing and bed was firm & comfortable. Laundry unit, mini fridge, coffee/tea, cereal facilties are included.

Staying in Auckland for the first two days, the property is located near the Yishu Mountain, a luxury residential area, there is a Chinese restaurant nearby, a five-minute drive, about ten minutes to the city, check-in and check-out are self-service, there will be notice on the day of arrival. Check out the key in the room, we will set up two upstairs, one big bed, one double bed, the decoration is relatively new, the living room and the open common kitchen downstairs, like the home, pots and pans There are three rooms for rent in the downstairs. If all stays, the public area may be a bit crowded, but fortunately everyone will return different times, so it is not too inconvenient. We should have four rooms upstairs and downstairs when we check in. There is no conflict in the room. It should be noted that there is only one toilet upstairs, and there is no bathroom in the double bed room. If the two rooms on the upper floor are not rented together, the twin room will be washed down and on the floor. bathroom.

Helen is a very chatty welcoming host who knows much about the history of the area and indeed history of all sorts. She got up with me every morning and made me fresh coffee and fruit salad and even made me some snacks for the day.

Helen is a great conversationalist with a lot of local historical knowledge.

I loved staying at Helens. She was very friendly and very understanding. Her space was beautiful also. I would definitely love to go there again. She takes care of people and You dont miss home so much when she is there.

Helen is an exceptional hostess with her warm hospitality. The location was prefect for my work related training nearby. I highly recommend her stay.

Helen was very warm and friendly, and told me what to bring in advance. She likes animals very much, let me see pictures of animals, and told me that I must go to the park to see these cute animals. I was unlucky and unhappy that day. Helen was willing to listen and help me. I really like being a friend with her. The next morning, Helen also prepared a lot of fruits for me, including cherry strawberry and blueberry. Because Helen knew that I love cherries, she told me that these fruits help detoxify. Favorite host!

Staying at Helen's place was great. I loved the chats we had and we got along really well. She can give you good tips about the area and helps where ever she can. She knows a lot about Aucklands History and what to do there. Her place isn't in the city which is really nice so it is not loud or too many people there but you can get there really easy. It was overall a great experience and I can really recommend it

It’s a real rare find. On of the best homes I have ever stayed at via AirBnb. The house is very cosy and very well equipped with high quality equipment and amenities. The design of the furniture is lavish and the house is very well organized. It’s really super clean. The owner is a very friendly lady, always ready to help and very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely like to stay here again.

Jenny is a warm hearted, generous host who gave me a fantastic welcome and provided many thoughtful touches that made my stay a very pleasant one. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, was quiet, spacious and sparkling clean. The location is handy for trains and buses and worked extremely well for my business trip. Highly recommend.

Thanks Jenny for picking me up from the airport and also arranging the SIM card on our way. I must say that your property “Villa Dare” beats a 5 star hotel anytime. Breakfast options you gave were simply amazing and surely gonna miss those eggs Benedict. Perfect location as Villa Dare is just 3 stops away from the CBD. Flash aircon system in the room and the bed very was comfy with clean linen sheets, well not to forget the separate ensuite was the best part of the stay. Also, really appreciate Flowers, Bowl of fresh fruits and snacks in the fridge. Greatly appreciate this Super Host !

The room is so clean and comfortable. There are some beautiful pics and cute small dolls in the room!! The house is organized nicely. The farniture is so nice. Andrew and his house mates are so friendly, fun, kind and thoughtful. We had a great time together of course I enjoyed with Takeshi!! (the name of the dog. He is so cute and lovely). I felt their worm welcome. To be honest, talking with them is one of my highlights of the travel!! I highly recommend you to book his room!!

Sadhwi’s place is a very nice, modern room with bath set in a beautiful quiet rear garden, in a very nice quiet neighborhood yet so close to SH 1 and all sorts of shopping. While I only stayed for one night, it was the perfect place to recover from 24 hrs of flights. Sadhwi kindly allowed me to check in quite early, which was huge help as I arrived in Auckland so early in the morning.

Comfortable en suite room about 20 mins drive from the airport. Very warm and welcoming hosts! Definitely recommend!

Perfect 👌 great place for comfort. Not far from the central part of Auckland. Easy cab or close to transit for lower cost. The pups made me feel like home for I miss mine so much. Located in Remuera it’s so homey and not in the heart of the city ! Which city sometimes is a bit much. You will find this Air BNB to be perfect for your stay!

Lovely, cosy and comfortable place. Very private but also easy access to the host of required. We caught the train in to town, about a 15 minute walk to the station. There is also a bus stop just up the road. Supermarkets etc are about 30 min walk. My favourite activity while we were here was a walk in the Cornwall Park which is just up the road. It's like a farm in the middle of the city, delightful. If you're feeling energetic, a walk to the top of One Tree Hill will give you a great view of the city. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rachel's, would definately recommend it.

Rachael's place was clean, comfortable, quiet and had everthing we needed. It was convenient for driving to Auckland, the airport and the western beaches. Rachael was welcoming and helpful and Bruno and Nova cute and well behaved.

Cheryl’s place has everything that you need . It is beautifully furnished and it was in a good location, close to Cornwall Park. She is a lovely hostess and recommended things for us to do. She was very accommodating even though we arrived in the early hours of the morning. She left us enough provisions to start the day, tea, coffee and delicious granola. We thought that it was a great little place.

Well situated , quiet area , easy access to public transportation

The landlord aunt and uncle are very enthusiastic ❤️ Both have a cheerful personality, and they are very happy to chat together. The aunt sees that I am a single person and also cares about asking how to handle the meal. I sent milk to impress those who were alone, thank you. The house is fully equipped and extremely clean. There are parks and supermarkets in the surrounding area, and life is convenient. Recommend everyone to book.

Lovely space to unwind after a day at work. Had everything you needed. Very cute and well styled room. Bed was comfortable and great to have chrome cast available. Little treats like chocolate and museli bars and tea coffee etc were really appreciated. Lily and Charles were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Valeries place is right up there in places I have stayed anywhere. It was clean and tidy with lots of really nice touches like chocolates, breakfast and many other little things that made my stay GREAT. The area is full of great restaurants and take away options from almost any sort of cuisine to choose from. The car park was also handy, in a secure area behind the accomodation. I certainly do recommend Valerie's place and will visit again when I can

Valerie and Brian's place really is excellent. I would rate it six out of five stars / probably the best airbnb place I have encountered. Stylish, homely, thoughtful touches, sparkling clean, quality amenities and fit-out - and to be honest I wish my schedule was less packed as it would have been nice to relax there a bit more. I will definitely return as/when I am back in Auckland.

I didn’t meet Valerie but she was very quick to respond to questions. Apartment was lovely and clean, great location (very central and good selection of restaurants and cafes within walking distance) and nicely styled. There were nice touches like the welcome gift and quality linen. Downsides were only instant coffee and no hairdryer. All in all excellent value and a good base for a central Auckland stay.

Was just what I needed for a short stay in Auckland, had everything and was handy to shops/restaurants etc. Will stay again.

Spacious, immaculate, private apartment. Even though the location isn't central city it is not far to shopping centres, beaches and tourists spots. A little haven with a glimpse of the Sky Tower in one direction and sprawling suburbia in the other. Cafes, bars and shops close by. The hosts provided not only a lovely selection of breakfast foods but also some basic easy meal items and delicious chocolates. The kitchen is well equipped and bathroom/laundry more than adequate for a short or long stay. We wished we were able to stay longer!

Stylish, sparkling clean and great location Great value

Sharlene's place was clean and tidy, close to public transport and located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

I did a lot of research prior to booking and our the 3 days there were great. Super clean and well equipped. Spacious and nice touch of decoration. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can have a true experience of what would be living like a local. It is a walking distance to train station, buses and a very good supermarket.

Nice place for visiting Auckland if you want a quiet neighbourhood, but close enough to the city for it to feel accessible. In a residential neighbourhood and about 25/30 minutes from the city centre (Britomart) by walking and train (train comes pretty regularly) The place itself was really well decorated and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our young daughter. Everything was as described and Sharlene our hosts were very helpful and accommodating when we asked for anything. Can definitely recommend this place.

It was a very nice stay in a stylishly converted garage, all very pretty and clean. The accommodation in Meadowbank is 10 minutes from public transport, so it is nice and quiet and yet you are quickly in the middle of the city.

We enjoyed are stay. The place was exactly as it look on the pictures.

Very close to Train station, 2 stops to the city. Quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean and private.

Sharlene is generous and honest and a great host. We were very comfortable here. The accommodation is a converted garage and there is at times some small amount of noise from upstairs. This in no way detracted from our stay. The washing machine was a godsend after a month away. The area is quite hilly and the supermarket is a good 20 min walk away, however there is a small store closer. Easy to get to the train which runs regularly into Auckland city. Buses are not so regular. There is no TV but we didn't miss it.

The hosts really have thought about everything that is needed and more.

Very clean, private, and convenient to Newmarket and Remuera. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but slept well anyway.

The room is larger than expected and has two large windows. It is a romantic and beautiful room with a sunrise on the right and a sunset on the left. The tofu is also kind.

I had a very nice stay at this place. Shiery and Lakmal were both there as I arrived and were very friendly. The room was airy and clean. Communication with the hosts was easy. I would stay there again!

Val’s place was perfect for my trip to Auckland. I was able to combine walking to the office with an evening walk up to One Tree Hill! Such a good location and quiet as it was well off the main road. The space was also homely and well laid out for a single traveler or couple. Definitely 5 stars from me 😄

Ultra responsive, in less than an hour we made the reservation and arrived at Shalane's. We only stayed two nights and made the most of Auckland. We haven't seen each other much. The house is well located in relation to the airport.

We had a great time at Shalane and Riley's lovely home. The room is very spacious and light-flooded. It is perfectly located for trips to the city as well as to the airport. Shalane is a very accommodating and helpful host who made us feel welcome right from the beginning. we definitely recommend this place!

Had a great few days at Chris's place. Did some amazingly beautiful walks up Mt Eden and One Tree Hill, so close if you have no transport or love walking. Cornwall Park is lovely very close. Chris's place is comfortable and has all the amenities you require.

Chris provided a home that was clean and quiet and roomy for 2 guests who wanted a room each. Although on a main road, his home was at the back of 4 units, hence the quiet. As he said in his listing the kitchen is oldish but everything worked well, and all utensils etc were supplied. Same goes for bathroom and laundry....great shower, basins and excellent washer and dryer. The location was handy for going to the airport, plus into the city....lots of public transport to catch. Also a great coffee shop down the road, very friendly people, great food & coffee! Nearby is supermarkets, a cinema, lots of restaurants and cafes. A great spot! Thanks Chris.

The stairs/hall are undergoing renovation however this has no impact on the bathroom, two bedrooms and lounge room which are in excellent condition. Nice quiet area with good transport links, would stay again!

Martin was a great host, the check in was simple and communication was always quick and easy. Location is good, walking distance from ellerslie town. Great place to stay if you want to explore Auckland. Train ride to city Centre was easy and convenient 10min walk. Hosts are lovely and have lots of great tips for exploring. Breakfast included was a great start to the day as well.

Great central location: close to train and bus links to cbd and right next to one tree hill. The bedroom is very comfortable and clean and we had our own bathroom to use.

This Airbnb is ideally located. Close to airport and center of Auckland. The room is quiet, comfortable and next to toilet and bath. Lovely deck with beautiful plants and garden. 5 minute walk to an amazing park with a cafe and a bistro. Recommend.

We were only here for one night and we were in and out pretty quickly due to being so busy, but our host was very understanding and hospitable. She let us use her washer & dryer, had towels for us to use (which was great, because we'd forgotten ours!) and the house was very tidy. Our rooms were very stylish, clean and high quality. The bedrooms both had their own fans, bedside tables, lamps and heaters. I would definitely stay here with this host again and would recommend it to others.

Great host, very quick to respond and has a great space for guests. The location is central for bus, train and motorway access and the local village has some great places to eat within easy walking distance . Both my wife and I have stayed here separately for work and would be very happy to come back next time either of us is in Auckland.

Sara’s house is very immaculately presented and easy to locate with her great instructions. Location is within walking distance to Ellerslie shops, train station, and bus stop. Very lovely host who gives you your space. Rooms and bathroom etc spectacular and loved the idea of the USB ports in the lamps. AAA+++

We only stayed one night to catch a plane. The place was great for that purpose.

This property is in a great location, just off the motorway and close to other transport links, but also quiet and peaceful. Sara has thought of everything you might need during your stay. It was great to have use of the kitchen too. The room and bathroom immaculately clean and very well presented. Sara is a very friendly helpful host and also respectful of privacy. Couldn't ask for any more in a host.

Sara is friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were beautifully clean and comfortable, - amazing shower! She allows use of her kitchen to assemble meals and provides breakfast. I enjoyed her beautiful tropical garden. Sara's place is great value, was close to my work and perfect for what I needed. Would definitely stay again.

Shirley is a nice lady. Her house has a great view of the farm and we hoped that we could stay longer there! It's really cozy and warm. Enjoying the farm view with a cup of tea should be an incredible experience for you.

The scenery from the house is totally amazing! Just next to the Cornwall park, groups of sheep and cows can be seen from the kitchen and decks. Birds singing all day as well. Such a lovely place to stay in Auckland! The whole second floor is ours (no other guests in the other room), perfect! Also, well stocked and equipped kitchen. Communication with the host is very smooth , she is a wonderful person and very hospitable. Will definitely choose here again next time!

Shirley’s place overlooks a very pretty farm. The room is comfortable and the whole place is just so clean. The kitchen is well stocked. Shirley is very quick to respond and is an amazing host.

The house is very clean, the view is very wide, the landlord is very good, I recommend it, you will be satisfied

Amazing spot on bottom of One Tree Hill. Great hospitality and amenities. Shirley was very kind and easy going. The room is wide, comfy bed and clean bathroom. Beautiful views from the kitchen and dining area.

Very clean location very good distance to a tree mountain about 800 meters walk a few steps to Shirley very harmonious and will give some advice to the house, the second floor is our space picture is very real
