Gastropub
“Cute, traditional bar with a good selection of draught beers and traditional music on Tueday nights. For a more intimate dining experience, head downstairs to their restaurant whose motto is "Think global eat local" so as you can imagine their menu is rather varied but using the finest Scottish produce. These guys also have haggis on their menu for those brave enough to try it. Go on!”

Café
“A cafe, a vintage second hand clothes shop, a pop up restaurant, cinema and venue with frequent live music, poetry readings, theatre performances and much much more...the food is good and they have a decent bar, also serve nice coffee. The atmosphere is laid back and hipster friendly. ”

Café
“Scots LOVE a good cu of tea, and a few places offer more variety than Tchai-Ovna. This charming, slightly peculiar little tea shop is housed in a former 19th century stables, tucked into a cobbled lane in the city’s west end. In addition to dozens of tasty leaf tea, they serve delicious vegan and vegetarian food and also host live music three to four times a week... ”

“This is my favourite Brunch spot, always a go to when friends are in town. Best of all its walking distance from the flat! My favourite thing to get is the eggs royal with a spicy tomato juice! They are open for Breakfast/Brunch, Lunch and Dinner.”

Coffee Shop
“A stalwart on the caffeine scene. The good people of this coffee shop buy their beans directly from farmers, roast them in house multiple times per week, and serve them up in their minimalist, no frills fashion, letting the java itself take centre stage.”

Italian Restaurant
“stunning Italian restaurant, with Italian sourced products, Eusebi only opened recently but quickly raised to the top of the food scene in Glasgow. I wouldn't know what dish to recommend as they all are delicious. If you are on the go, it is worth noting they have a deli and offer great Italian classics to take away and warm up at home. (the lasagne is a must try). Nice tip to reach there, you can walk along the Kelvin river from the bridge on Belmont street. 10 min walk max.”
