You can expect a quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance on the 1st floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which now serves as a guest and seminar house, but is also privately occupied. The Vierkanthof is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
