My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. A private CAR parking space is directly at the apartment and also easily accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income on airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the flat EVEN more! The "chicken coop" is a small guest house in an extensive garden with many old trees and can accommodate togetherness, but also four adults or a family. Good corner, arrive and feel good

Our apartment was completed in 2019 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm of the municipality of Apen. Very high quality and lovingly equipped, it offers space for up to 4 people on 120sqm. If the 25 sqm large roof terrace is not sufficient for you, garden use is of course allowed. Just like exploring the whole farm. We live here together with our dogs, horses and cats and are looking forward to your visit!

My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
