Ying apartment is very nice and has all facilities. It's a block of flat of real people. No foreigners, no fancy stuff. Plain real everyday Chinese life. The. Neighbourhood is very lively and not touristic at all. This means you can actually witness how Beijing was before the "development" of the city in the last 10 years. All shops very close, even a European bakery, and the subway is really around the corner. Just don't expect to walk to main touristic and nightlife sites. You need to commute 30 minutes to 1 hours for that and that's just very normal in Beijing. Ying is very kind and attentive to the needs of the guest. I really recommend this host

房东人很好,所有问题都耐心解答,东西也都及时送到。因为刚装修过,第一天入住时有点小味道,不过房东准备了空气净化器,后面今天几乎没什么味道。公交和地铁大概十分钟能走到,去天安门故宫天坛也有直达公交,非常方便。整体来说性价比非常高。

Hostess is sweet & gracious. This Airbnb is very close to subway and bus. If you are arriving from (PEK) it is easy to get to. Very close to the popular areas and tourist spots in Beijing. She was very prompt with communication and help since this was my first time in Beijing which was lovely. I would definitely recommend and stay the next time I visit Beijing.

淼淼is wonderful! She and her mother will host you in a very nice place, clean and quite! 双井,is definitely a good spot to see the city, 淼淼's home is just 2 minutes walk from the subway, near guomao station, sanlitun and 798 art district and 10 minutes from today art museum for contemporary art! 今日美术馆!the room is comfortable and the bathroom clean and useful. I really suggest you to go there if you want to merge yourself in the Chinese culture and see the city!

本身是为了给男票过生日想要做顿饭的。之前也和房东沟通过。调料基本的一样都没有虽然房东给了30元作为买东西的补贴。但还是有很多药吐槽的点。电饭煲是坏掉的 筷子只有一双 勺子只有一个 就算没有人做饭也好歹配两双筷子吧。还有就是是有蟑螂的,虽然可以理解老房子或许是别人家先有的但是这点真的不能接受。唯一好的就是地段好虽然挨着马路但也不是很吵。我觉得还是细节吧 这次入住有点小失望

不错的房间,一个人住很惬意,窝在地沙发上看看书,有大熊在旁边陪伴。窗户对着街晚上稍微有点吵,其它都挺好。对了屋里没毛巾、浴巾,需要出行的时候带上。

Great flat high up in an apartment building with views of a nearby lake in easy walking distance. Flat is on two levels which provides unusual privacy for friends traveling together on AirbNB. One of its special features is a spacious outdoor patio with comfortable chairs for lounging about on hot afternoons. Located in pleasant and quiet neighborhood with good amenities including a supermarket and lots of restaurants. Some distance from the closest metro station but taxis and busses pass by in neighboring street.

Great location and great view. Too bad we traveled in winter. It's way too windy and cold to sleep in the bedroom upstairs. This place should be nicer in summer. There is an Bluesir air-purifier if you are concerned about the Beijing Smog. Nice host and nice housekeeper.

The apartment is on the 25th floor with a view. Nice decor and comfortable beds. The apartment is huge with tons of space. Very close to shops nearby and easy to the transit. I would recommend this place because it's big and affordable. Definitely a place to stay if u ever come to Beijing.

It is literally the best house that I have ever lived in.

The flat is beautiful and homely, and is in a great location. Check in staff were able to help us with directions, and Jonathan was quick to respond to our queries despite not being in the country. Would definitely stay at one of his properties again. Tip: we had difficulty getting the first taxi driver to recognise the address, but there is a hotel just opposite which all the drivers seemed to know.

Everything is wonderful. Fascinating Chinese style decor with good modern taste. The great view from 25th floor in a sunny day will put a smile on your face.

Had a great time. Very difficult to find an apartment with an oven. This apartment was spacious, beautiful, and had an oven. Allowed me to cook for my daughter and her friends who are studying in Beijing. Thank you Jonathan and family!

Jenny's room is great and clean, but the overall building is older and can be hard to find if you don't speak Chinese, since it's an apartment building within a big complex of multiple buildings. Verify the address before you arrive because the address that appears when you press "Get directions" is incorrect. Overall a nice stay!

主人特别爱笑,相处起来特别轻松。 家里设施很完善,洗衣机、冰箱都能跟主人共用,像住家。 不知道吃什么的时候,楼下很多小吃摊,味道不错,经济实惠。 两个人在这住了一个星期,旅行去哪都挺方便的。楼下公交车次多的大概能乘去北京的所有地方。地铁线路很多,坐公交车一站就能到。

The studio is clean and tidy. The host is responsive and helpful. Close to public transport.

Apartment is cozy and clean. Very close to the subway. Miracle is very fast with her response to questions. She is also very accomodating to letting me hold my luggage in the apartment due to a later departure flight time.

The photos for Miracle's place are true. The apartment is spacious and clean. Ideally situated to walk to some of the sights and the subway is very near to assist your travels. 24 hour security for all the apartments which is reassuring, Local convenience store and restaurants near by. Great place to stay highly recommend Miracle's place to you.

We really enjoyed our stay, walking distance to subway and a lot of things close by. Perfect communication with the host and she had a good guide on things close by and were very helpful in general.

Miracle's apartment has a great location in Dongcheng District, near underground no more than 5 mins (line 7, Qiaowan Station), and also this apartment near the Temple of Heaven, it's really convenient for both tourism or business travel!!!!! Also, Miracle is a really nice landlord, she is a easygoing girl, she can tell you everything if you don't have any ideas or you don't know. She can replied on time, and with nice words. I will returned her place next time when I in BJ.

I had a great stay. The space was clean and comfortable. Miracle provided great info about the area that was really helpful. It was super close to the subway which made seeing the wonderful city of Beijing easy and efficient!

This 400 square foot studio is located on the ground floor of a seven story gray apartment block on a quiet side street in a mostly residential area. There is lots of storage space, a small enclosed balcony, a 68 inch wide very firm bed with a single mattress, and loads of all kinds of supplies. The 32 inch flat-screen cable TV has about 200 Chinese channels but no foreign channels and only one in English. The enclosed shower stall was large; hot water was plentiful and did not spontaneously change temperature during bathing; two heat lamps added to the comfort. There is no safe, air purifier, microwave oven, frying pan, doorbell or vacuum cleaner. Heavy dust in the Beijing air settles on everything. Median WiFi download speed was 0.3 Mbps with pings of (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) ms and frequent spontaneous disconnections. Using ExpressVPN it was occasionally possible to access blocked websites. Renovators drilled and pounded on the concrete walls in the adjoining apartments from 8 am to 6 pm, up to 90 decibels, even on Sunday; I had to use earplugs. I am very grateful to Chuanbin for picking me up at the airport, helping me get a Chinese SIM card, and responding very quickly when I complained that the air conditioner was not working. We communicated using a translator program in his smartphone.

This is a comfortable apartment close to a metro line which can get you anywhere in Beijing. Chaunbin was a great host, communicated well in English and made sure everything was fine. There is plenty of space to put things which was nice and plenty of plugs for charging and even a small desk. For us the bed and pillows were too hard and the room a bit dimly lit. There's kitchen things for Chinese dining but not for western cooking. The wifi was good most of the time but sometimes just went on and off randomly. Location is great close to the Qiowan metro which was really handy.

I found myself saying a few times that I wished this was my apartment. It's lovely and well-stocked, even if it was a bit hard to find in the dark the first night. AMAZING location down the block from Tiantan (I even walked there to do taichi at 6am) & the metro station. Cute little convenience store down the block that had about everything we needed. Chuanbin is the perfect host - very communicative and courteous. He even went out of his way to help us purchase our tickets to the Forbidden City! We couldn't have asked for a better experience & I can't wait to come back to Beijing so that I can stay in this Airbnb again!! Much love to Chuanbin <3

The host is a really nice person, responsive and efficient. The Apt is convenient located just one block away from the Temple Of Heaven North entrance. Easy Metro access from line 7 and 5. The place is just like in the pictures.

Elvis & Sammi's place is very convenient to the subway, 2 min walk to line 5, obviously that was convenient for someone who had to take public transit to work. It was also close to restaurants and supermarket, so eating and buying food wasn't an issue. Elvis and Sammi were very nice to me and helped me a lot. I definitely would recommend staying at Elvis and Sammi's place!

房间整体很棒,喜欢大大的投影仪,看电影视频非常爽。客厅的地毯和小飘窗也很有特色,很艺术。卧室的床很大,而且靠窗,空间利用的特别好。卫生间厨房都很干净。最后要特别赞一下房东,有问必答,特别棒,态度一直很好,待的很舒服。要说只有一点不太方便,离地铁站挺远,走路1.5公里吧,离北京南站也有1.7公里的距离,打车不好打又堵。不过如果从家是打车去市里那就无所谓了
