The place is a nice place. It is near Stuttgart and not difficult to get to by car. I was headed to switzerland and decided to stay the night there. Phillip was friendly and easy to communicate with. He was helpful and quick to respond when coming to his place. There is a supermarket within 10 minutes drive of his place at which can do all sorts of shopping. Phillip allowed us to use his cinema in his basement so managed to watch a film before heading to bed. It was a good experience overall.

Just wonderful. Fully furnished house. Very very friendly hosts. Eutingen im Gäu just great, everything you need. Optimum distance to the highway and very quiet.

Were great for four days at Nadja and Co. Super accommodation, nice people all around a nice atmosphere. Everything was very clean and stylish furnishings. Everything you could need, including well-equipped kitchenette, nice bathroom and even an outdoor seating. The title "Super Host" is absolutely right for me :-)

Excellent welcome! Günter knows very well how to be warm and available with his guests. Moreover the rooms are large and we feel quickly as in our own home. It was a great experience for our first night with a Aibnb host.

We have been very satisfied with our stay. Philipp is a very courteous, friendly, great host :) We were allowed to use home cinema, bicycles and barbecue, he picked us up from the train station and has also always there helped us whenever he could. Everything worked wonderfully and easily. l am extremely satisfied.

Philip was very nice and accommodating! When checking in he should that be something we all the same shown and explained and offered to help in the case. The room was very nice and big enough. Downstairs we could use the kitchen and living room with and also the washing machine. The only problem were the not really large car park. All in all it was very a very nice stay. We were there for two weeks.

A very great Holiday leaves nothing to be desired. The reception at Karin was very friendly and welcoming. The room is nicely decorated and very spacious. Use of kitchen and Wi-Fi access could be shared by me. Very I also liked the large balcony where I could still enjoy the last rays of the evening. All in all I have to Karin felt very comfortable and will recur in any case.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing short stay with Karin! My son was naturally delighted with the great game room and Karin was so helpful. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat uns zwei Personen viel Platz geboten. Walter war sehr höflich, zuvorkommend und äußerst flexibel bezüglich unserer Anreisezeit. Zusätzlich zu dem großen Platzangebot verfüge die gemietete Wohnung zu unserem Erstaunen sogar über einen separaten Stellplatz für einen PKW. Auch die Wohnungsausstattung mit insgesamt zwei Fernsehern (Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) war voll und ganz zufriedenstellend. Gerne wieder!

Die Ferienwohnung hat genug Platz für 4 Personen. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Wir waren zufrieden mit der Wohnung.

Lieber Walter, deine 2-Zimmer-Ferienwohnung war super! Alles entspricht wie auf den Bildern! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Walter wird euch herzlich Willkommen heißen, super viele Tipps geben und euch so gut wie möglich versorgen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Mitteln, die ein Mensch im Leben einer Wohnung halt so braucht. Die Gegend ist super schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, italien. Restaurant (Da Piero) /Aldi auch super - 300m etwa zu Fuß erreichbar, Real ca. 3km entfernt. Bis nach Stuttgart sind es zwar 50 km, aber wie gesagt für das Wochenende zur Wasen war es mir wert! Ich bedanke mich rechtherzlich beim Walter und freue mich auf ein Wiedererlebnis.

Although I was only briefly in Helena's apartment to visit, but I enjoyed it. The apartment is well equipped to spend alone or with a few nice days. It was spotlessly clean, equipped with little luxuries and nicely decorated. The contact for Gasgeberin is straightforward and fast. Better accommodation can not wish yourself. The whole range is spotless. Maximum points from me for: communications (super fast feedback), flexibility, comfort, cleanliness. The apartment is ultra modern, decorated with care and perfectly prepared - better than in most hotels! Fast WLAN is attending. Can I highly recommend!

The apartment was great, extremely clean and right in the centre of town. The bed was really comfortable and there was really good heating in the bathroom and bedroom.

The accommodation was exactly as described and waits with copious extras such as a top-equipped kitchenette, a welcome aperitif in the fridge and a generally very stylish means. My personal highlight the "stealth" radiators, which make the rooms look very modern and cutting-edge two bedside lamps with "Touch Control" and a charging option via USB for example, using their own phone were. The hostess is also very friendly and made me start a small "Room Tour" with me to show me the most important equipment details. Any time! :-)

Room is clean and renovated. It is like studio that you can find basically everything you need and you even can cook some light dishes. There is a Lidl next to the door. One suggestion, the curtains could be darker and bigger.

The master bedroom has a new and super comfortable bed and what even room for a cot. The kitchen included everything you need for cooking. From dishes and pots up to the kettle, electric cooker and refrigerator. Even for sheets, towels and bottled water was provided. The apartment is very quiet, located in a small side street and has a great view of the neighboring fields. We recommend Sandra and her beautiful apartment very happy to.

Wir haben bei Ankunft eine super schöne Wohnung vorgefunden mit allem was man sich erträumen kann und obendrein eine sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin. Die Absprachen liefen problemlos und Sandra hat auf alles super schnell reagiert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben für nächstes Jahr den nächsten Kurztrip in Sandras Wohnung geplant.

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr schönen ruhigen Lage. Sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Alles neu gemacht :) .Super helle Wohnung durch großes Fenster im Wohnzimmer. 1a ist auch die Garage direkt unter der Wohnung. Sandra ist eine sehr nette freundliche Gastgeberin es hat alles super geklappt. Die Wohnung kann man sehr gut weiter empfehlen.
