Grange Farm is simply wonderful. The room is massive, the bed is super comfy, the building is delightful and Tibouche and Philip are amazing hosts. They made us feel so welcome and we simply loved chatting with them and hearing their delightful stories. A real home from home. Even though the wi-fi doesn't work in the room, we were able to use the dining room (for a connection) with no problems at all. Can't wait to go back to such a lovely house and people!

I found Grange Farm while looking for an overnight stay for walking the Icknield Way. What a wonderful find it is, Tibouche is a welcoming host who offers genuine luxury accommodation with friendly warmth. The house is full of character and the bedrooms are huge and beautifully styled, with the most comfortable bed I can remember sleeping in. Thank you Tibouche and Philip for welcoming us in, Tibouche in particular for the wonderful evening meal and breakfast, and Philip for entertaining us with your stories. Would have loved to stay longer.

Tibouche responded quickly to our enquiries and arranged a very large sunny and cosy room for us to stay in. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and there were all the extra toiletries and tea/coffee facilities that we needed. Grange Farm is a magnificent place to stay and we were completely blown away by its beauty, charm, and the idyllic surrounding grounds. We found that an excellent decanted bottle of red wine awaited us on our arrival in a room which was spacious, warm, and stylish. The bed was really comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. Our hosts detailed personalised tips on what to see and do and even where to eat during our stay so that we had a true and refined taste of what Norfolk had to offer. We enjoyed their company immensely, especially on the last night when we had the chance to gather around the fire place and share a drink together. Before we knew it the early hours of the morning were upon us! This has been one of our most memorable stays, something we will always cherish. We would love to visit again in the future and I for one will definitely be back for the farmer’s wife breakfast. It has got to be one of the best fry ups we have had. Gwyneth has been one of the best hosts to date. She was so helpful throughout our stay, and the welcome gift was a great addition. Her dogs are an absolute joy to play with, and her back garden is something its a prefect space to catch some rays, or enjoy the afternoon. I'd definitely come back if i knew how to drive!

Quavers rest is a lovely quiet apartment nestled in the countryside. It's perfect for a two and we were very happy to bring our dog along as well. The apartment has everything you would need for a few days and was homely, clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do nearby if you enjoy the outdoors, and not too far from the beautiful norfolk coastline. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Quavers Rest is a beautiful studio in the countryside. Central in the village, next to the green, it really was an idyllic place. We were at an event at Euston Park and the location was perfect. We had to pop in and out at strange times due to having our horse stabled nearby and this was accommodated by the hosts. Lovely place, lovely people, easy communication and not intrusive in any way as hosts. 100% recommended.

Maria is a very sweet lady whom kindly let me book the room at the last minute. Although she did not speak much English, she had her daughter to translate and convey information to me. She was fine with me arriving late as I had been travelling all day long. The room was comfortable and the place was clean. She provided me with breakfast and made sure I ate before leaving even though I felt shy. She also walked me to the base of the town and directed me towards it on the way to work which I found very helpful. She made me feel like I was home with her motherly personality.

Maria is a lovely lady and very friendly. Location was quite and ideal for me working away. Good internet with tv in the room. Next time I'm that way I will be booking there again.

This place is not what he is putting up I walked in and walked out and did not get a penny back I work nights and was not able to get a key was told to wait and knock after a 12 hour shift at work.

Unfortunately my work plans changed and I wasn't able to stay at Marcelo's so can only comment on communication etc which was great. I hope to be able to stay again in future when I am over that way

This flat is beautiful and clean. Plenty of fresh towels, paper supplies, cleaning supplies and blankets (much better than an American hotel.) 3p second walk to shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking. All the appliances are new and there are place settings and silverware for 6. Dil is an excellent communicator and a superior host.

This is a great location, just a few metres from parking and town centre shops, but on a quiet residential street. Thetford is a pleasant town, with plenty to explore in the area. The decor has been well thought out and there is plenty of new kitchen equipment and a dining table and chairs. Everything was clean. TV, desk and chairs in both bedrooms were very useful. Modern shower room with lovely large towels! No stair landing as such, with a stair into each bedroom, so not recommended for those with mobility problems. Otherwise, I can recommend the property. Arrangements all went smoothly and wi-fi excellent. Dil was very helpful and responded quickly to queries.

Karen's Annex is hidden gem in a historic town. When we checked in the room was clean equipped with clean sheets, comfortable bed, cushions, fan, heater, TV wifi and so on. As promised, Karen had also equppied the room with oats, cereals, bread and butter so that we could prepare the breakfast ourselves. Karen's place is centraly locatedl in Thetford and we were miniute's walk away from all local restraunts and sights like the priory, ancient house etc. Most importantly, Karen was a great host. She was alwyas available whenever we had any questions for her. She gave us directions about how to best see the town. Karen was also kind to give us a lift to and from a nearby village Elveden which would have other wise cost us a two hour walking round trip. I whole heartedly reccomend her place for anyone visiting Thetford

The room and facilities were just as described and well equipped with more than what I needed! Karen was very welcoming and made check in very easy. The property is in a good location and I only wish I had more time to take advantage and explore the area.

We had a great time staying here. The host were super friendly and went out of their way to get us the keys to the place. The flat is in a great location for going into The town centre and it is very easy to get to the forest which is well worth a visit. The host were lovely and the bed was super super comfortable. If we are ever in this neck of the woods we'll definitely go bad.

I stayed with Helvi and Ralph for a week whilst on a uni placement and found them both to be extremely warm, friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable in their lovely home. Helvi makes an absolutely top notch breakfast which I certainly found myself looking forward to each day! Really was such a treat! All in all I couldn't rate my stay or recommend Helvi and Ralph's place highly enough and I plan to stay with them again. P.S. their dog is delightful :)

I had an excellent stay at Helvi and Ralph's place in Thetford. The location is excellent: It's just a few minutes walking from the train station, and the town centre is also minutes away. Helvi and Ralph are also very attentive and kind hosts. This was the first place I've stayed at on Airbnb with a cooked breakfast (and I've been doing this for years), and given that this was a business trip for me, it certainly is a great way to start off the day. Otherwise, their home is beautiful (recently renovated), communication was quick and easy and everything matches the description. In short, I highly recommend Helvi and Ralph's home in Thetford.

Helvi and Ralph were lovely hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. It was a very last minute booking and communication was great! They also have the loveliest dog and a beautiful home.

Great friendly hosts. When I arrived they couldn't have been nicer. The house is lovely with a fantastic garden. I was shown around and informed where everything was, they made me a drink, had a chat, gave me information and directions etc. etc. The house is very central to the town centre - just a 5-10 minute walk gets you there. The next morning Helvi prepared my breakfast which set me up nicely for the next leg of my cycle tour to Lowestoft.

Ellen was an incredibly warm and welcoming host and we were privileged to be the first air bnb guests to stay at her cosy home. It is a lovely place tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of city life and has a nice modern kitchen and bathroom whilst maintaining a charismatic living room with a proper wood-burning fireplace. The place was kept incredibly clean and smelling very fragrant. Towels were soft and plentiful for the three of us. Bedding was comfortable (slight incident with the double bed, but that was resolved without too much hassle). One thing to keep in mind is that this is the countryside and so internet speed is not the fastest, however this did not bother us as we did not go out for Internet, but rather a chance to escape and relax; which this home catered for very well! Being the countryside, we had a power outage for the last couple of hours before checking out, but Ellen was kind enough to contribute an amount towards finding breakfast elsewhere. There is parking on site and Ellen's parents live in another home on the same plot, with Ellen not living far away should any problems arise. I therefore highly recommend booking this cute hideout, without hesitation!

Ellen's place was a home away from home. It was really well equipped, spotlessly clean and had a really cosy feel to it. We had not visited the area before and found the place to be well located and we were able to visit a number of sites in Suffolk easily, including Lavenham, Ickworth house and Bury St Edmunds. After a long day of exploring, Ellen's place was a delight to return to in the evening! We would definitely recommend Ellen's place to anyone looking for a getaway to Suffolk!

This was the first time my wife and I had ever used Airbnb and we have had the most lovely time. A beautiful house, lovely rooms and a fantastic bath and shower! The gardens were beautiful and the swimming pool would be lovely to try when the weather is warmer! Breakfast was a perfect start to the day and it was such a pleasure getting to know the hosts! We would love to come visit again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit or stay in / near Suffolk!

Jane and her husband were delightful hosts. They were very welcoming, easy going, and great for a chat but also gave us plenty of space. It was a beautiful place to stay, comfy bed, nice bathroom and provided a 5 star English breakfast, also catering to our dietary needs. Well worth the drive out there.

We stayed at Troston Lodge in order to attend a wedding at Bury. The house has all the charm of a country cottage with a boutique hotel bathroom. Jane and Roger did everything they could in order make our stay very pleasant. The kids loved the swimming pool (with diving board!) and playing croquet. We all loved Jane's delicious cooked breakfast, complete with tomatoes from her garden. We'd highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

A great area to have a cup of tea plus there is an excellent private room for use. This was a gem of a find to celebrate our friends birthday for visiting Bury St. Edmunds and relaxing by the pool. Would highly recommend a stay at this house, the perfect hosts.

We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing and refreshing stay at Jane and Roger's beautiful, welcoming and homely home, with so many thoughtful touches - as near perfect as it's possible to be. We had a lovely bedroom, with use of a splendid private bathroom and a separate area to make hot drinks. We spent relaxing evenings reading in a beautiful private lounge, warmed by the cosy woodburner. Breakfast was delicious, including fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, and a very tasty cooked breakfast including the last of the season's sweet home-grown tomatoes. Jane and Roger have a real gift for warm, flexible hospitality, and were kindness personified to us, even offering sandwiches when we arrived late in the evening. We do hope to return soon, and maybe have more time to relax in their beautiful garden, too.

Jane's home has to be the find of the decade, it's one of the most comfortable, spacious and relaxing homes I have have had the privilege to stay in and Jane (and Roger) are the delightful hosts. The two breakfasts we enjoyed were delicious and we were only too happy to take up the offer of a scrumptious evening meal and good company. This was my third stay and just as delightful as the first. Jane and Roger are very considerate of their guests and it is always a treat to stay with them.

Tim immediately made us feel welcome by being super friendly and quick to respond to enquiries at the booking stage, and throughout our stay. On arrival we had a member of the Thorpe Woodlands centre to meet us and take us canoeing along the very picturesque river. The pod itself was warm and comfortable and we got the best of both worlds: being outside and cooking on our own gas stove, whilst being able to retreat back into the warmth of the pod and sleep on a good mattress. The pod is very near to the showers and toilets, which are attached to the centre, so if you need to use them at night there is no trekking through the woods. Perhaps for our own outdoorsy taste we would have liked the pod to be a little bit further away from the centre, so we could feel more isolated. Saying that, the walks through the woods were peaceful and secluded. Overall a very nice stay.

The pod was our first experience of 'glamping' and we'd been looking forward to it for a while. The setting was perfect and it was lovely and quiet. Just what we wanted! The pod itself was very clean, comfortable and quirky. We would say that directly opposite the pod is a large cabin for childrens activity groups. We were lucky that most of the time we were out and about ourselves but for the romantic types seeking privacy this could be a little frustrating. Overall, we loved it, really cool place, great price and beautiful forest.

Watching a 70's horror in the middle of the night in a forest is both exciting and terrifying! There is a DVD player in the Cabin which wasn't expected but was a much appreciated gesture. It's a lovely small place with the necessities you need to explore the forest. We seen a few wildlife animals including a number of young deer. It was a great retreat and the place was very clean. However. there was no WiFi at all.

Tim's pod is located in a beautiful forest! There are lots of walk straight out the door! The pod is furnished well to maximise space, we had a lovely stay and would recommend it :)

We had a really fun weekend at Riddlesworth. We are a family with three young children and it was the perfect location for the children to run around and make friends with the other 'glampers'. The setting is beautiful and ideally located for family friendly days out.

Wonderful weekend!!! These tents are awesome and such luxury - they did not skip on any detail. We loved our glamping and the farm is awesome. It rained a lot but did not matter at all. Both nights were dry so girls could play until late at night in the fields and play area while we enjoyed drinks on our terrace. Louise was great during the booking process as I had some trouble with the app but worked out well. The camp sight is easy to find and loads to do in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back.

I took my grandchildren glamping and we had a wonderful time. Comfy bed, beautiful environment, excellent toilet and shower (URL HIDDEN) much more luxurious than I could have imagined. Highly recommended.

Ruth was very welcoming and the accommodation was comfortable and such a beautiful peaceful setting. Really like the design of the accom. Ruth has lot's of book's of interest, music, binoculars for the nature about and plenty of breakfast staples. Loved sitting in the garden with cup of tea in the morning. Loved it.

Glenda and her husband Nigel were fantastic hosts, I had such a comfortable stay. I was working night shifts and they were so quiet during the day it was like I had the house to myself. The room was great, clean and the bed was so comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place if you were travelling to Thetford or its surrounding area, its a great location right off the A11 and it is very close to the historic town centre of Thetford. All in all a brilliant stay!

The room itself is absolutely charming; reminded me of home as it was beautifully decorated and included photos of the surrounding areas and leaflets with ‘what to do’. The bed is very comfy and the en-suite shower room is superb which includes nice fluffy towels and soup. There is also tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. and breakfast facilities in the room which is a lovely touch. I would recommend this place to anyone and would defiantly stay again.
