Our 555 sq ft modern loft is open concept with 6 wonderfully large windows that light the place right up. We are located right in the heart of downtown, and the only condo building to be directly connected to the lrt train station. ****The building does not have parking*** there is parkades and street parking available just outside the building at your cost.
The building is very secure it has a 24 hour door person and fob entry into the building. It is the only building where you can take the elevator underground to the LRT. A tv with Netflix and wifi internet is included, we have a desk for anyone that needs to get some work done. Located right on Jasper ave the area is full of festivals during summer that are just steps away. In the winter take advantage of being able to access City Center without having to step outside in the cold by taking the elevator downstairs for underground access that will take you to great shopping, the movies or dinner. There are many great restauraunts in the area. Coming to Edmonton for a concert? walking distance to the new rogers arena about a 14 minute walk or a short ride to rexall on the lrt. ******There is a parkade located behind the building with hourly, daily, weekly and monthly rates available but the building itself does not have parking***** Overall this is a great location in walking distance to many places.

THIS MEANS UNLIKE A HOTEL OR APARTMENT COMPLEX THERE IS NO SHARED AIR BETWEEN ROOMS AND OTHER PEOPLE AND BUILDING SPACES. ALL SURFACES/BEDDING SANITIZED AFTER EACH GUEST. (Lysol ). 1 P.M checkout
    We request 5% GST at check in please. The apartment is located in Old Strathcona,only which is the second designated Alberta historical district and one of the top 5 shopping districts in Canada. The one bedroom airconditioned apartment is constructed of recycled metal shipping containers, set on top of a concrete garage. It was built by the Edmonton company Honomobo. (HO3 model) the unit includes high end appliances, a large home theatre screen, and a new reclining leather couch. High quality stainless steel cookware,as well as toaster and small convention oven,and a microwave,Ninja blender are available. Dishwasher and washer dryer are included in the apartment. The second bed is a high quality fold out single bed with a foam mattress topper. It can be set up in the bedroom or living room area depending on guest preference. ***-PLEASE NOTIFY IF YOU NEED THE SECOND BED DUE TO PREPARATION . The unit is located steps from the following: Whyte Ave two 24 hour convienience stores Several grocery stores including 3 organic. (K and K Foodliner is an old German grocery store located about a half block away-99th and whyte. They still process and smoke their meats. Many bakeries are available in the neighborhood,with empress and boulangerie very close by. hundreds of Restaurants and shops in Old Strathcona. liquor store and a nice wine store. Cannabis store Spirit leaf is about 2.5 blocks away, and several cannabis related shops Spirit leaf is open till 11 p.m. Two retro art movie theaters,as well as several live theatres are with in walking distance. Several used book shops are around the old Strathcona area with in walking distance. Alhambra is on 81 ave and about 102 street ,and Wee book inn is on Whyte ave and 103 street ,and is open till midnight 7 days a week. As noted there is a whole home filtered water system for bath/shower, taps and dishwasher/washing machine. the whole home system filters out chlorine and impurities. Thus you can fill your water bottles from the tap, and you should notice softer clothes and skin.from using the shower and washing machine. A 23 foot balcony is there for smoking, outdoor dining or just some fresh air. The balcony may be closed in very cold weather,but smoking can be done just outside the main door landing if the balcony is closed.
    Old Strathcona has been rated in the top 5 neighborhoods in Canada for shopping,and in the top 10 general neighborhoods in Canada! Maybe im biased being a long term resident that grew up in the area. But I have traveled to some great cities and I would say that some of the really cool shops, Restaurants and parks in the area are at par with anywhere I' ve been...actually several that are better! Why? Where else than Whyte ave/old strathcona could you shop for scuba gear and then stop off next door at a cat cafe for a latte and a cat snuggle after taking Pole dancing lessens upstairs. Want to take a Comedy lesson,or just watch a show? The Grindstone Comedy club is located on 81 ave and about 102 street. Or maybe there's not enough stress in your life? in that case checknout one of the featured escape rooms on Whyte. ...Or hit Nova or Spirit Leaf Cannabis first and do this all baked..or relieve the stress from the escape room experience! If coffee but cats are not your thing DeCappo on 102 and Whyte serves the best cappacinno 'I've had anywhere in the world! (Ground floor within Blush lane organic grocery) Also the attached retaurant "Under the high wheel" is one of the best breakfast/brunch places in Edmonton! In to collectables comics and tattoos in one shop? Maybe venture to a 2nd floor (10444-82 ave) to Shades of Grey, a combination tattoo/ vintage collectible toy/comic store...cause those things all go together! The two large antique markets alone take hours to see! (80 ave and gateway blvd and 71 ave and gateway blvd)..also explore the small ones as well! Check out other cool shops like The junque seller, Mars and Venice, Whyte Knight collectibles(toys,comics-2nd floor, between 103 and 104 st...upstairs from mars and venus.) Lahambra used books,(81 ave 102 st.), Wee book Inn used books(open to midnight-7 days a week-103 st. /Whyte) Warp One Comics (right on the corner of 99th and Whyte) And for an old time Dept. store check out Army and Navy! And if you head east about 2.5 blocks the mill creek cafe is great and there's a fantastic used book store next door...and a great little wine shop and an organic grocery store,etc are right near the corner. 6 blocks south on 76 ave and 96 street is an awesome meat shop called Acme that has been family run in the neighborhood since 1929. Also transcend coffee and the Blu note cafe for live music and great coffee and food! Also there's an icecream shop that is awesome! (sorry name escapes me right now-76 ave 96 street). The mill creek outdoor swimming pool is just down the hill from 96 street and Whyte,and is open May till Sept. The kinsman Rec centre features Olympic size pools and diving ,as well as a large workout centre and indoor running track. (just use the track in cold weather,as the outdoor trails are some of the best running you will experience anywhere!) The Old Strathcona Farmers Market is open Saturdays year round...and is about 3.5 blocks away! Downtown also has two markets running Sat and Sunday. There are 3 organic grocery stores,(Earths general store,Planet Organic and Blush Lane) An old German Grocery store,K and K foodliner on the corner of 99th and whyte. Empress Bakery is also just next door to K and K. So many Restaurants I can't begin to list but here's a small few... Lagano skies,Ethiopian-Go Here!!! Just steps away on the corner of 99street and Whyte ave. For Indian I'd say Daawat is a close favorite,and is close at 102 and Whyte,but many others are awesome. Pizza? Hands down the 3 R's... Rosso , Raggazzi or Royal...okay four...roadrunner on the corner of 99st and whyte is great for late night take out at a great price. Also try Tasty Toms(101st and whyte ave)...Best Schnizel ever! ,Dadeo for Cajun/southern U.S influence in a really cool old Diner with old jukeboxes at the tables. (These were prevalent on Whyte Ave when I was a kid...All gone except Dadeos) For downtown try Bodega, Sabor or Buco,as well as Tre carnales. Actually Edmonton has so many it's hard to list. For high quality consignment clothes check out the Red Pony and Platos closet,among others. Also check out the side streets and avenues off Whyte ave. Many interesting shops old houses,trees and buildings. And again the river valley trails are incredible and very close and accessible to where you are staying. BBq

  • Our stay at Velma’s place exceeded our expectations. The apartment was plenty spacious for two people and had all the amenities that one would want from the kitchen, TV, Wifi to the laundry facilities. Our hostess was definitely “super”. Always ready to respond to any questions and requests that we had. The location was within walking distance to a large park and many shops. We would definitely consider a return stay.

Bedroom includes a comfy double bed, night table, dresser and closet so your clothes can breathe after their long trip in your suitcase! ;) Wi-Fi included. Please note, there is a dropped ceiling at the entrance to the room--those over 6ft tall may need to mind their head in the doorway ;)
    Located in the heart of Old Town Beverly in East Edmonton, I'm walking distance to several local businesses: Italian bakery; Jamaican, Thai, or Ukrainian cuisine; Halal meat shop; coffee shop; public library and more. Enjoy the farmer's market on Tuesday evenings during the summer! Major shopping chains--including Wal-Mart, Safeway, Superstore, Tim Horton's, Shopper's Drug Mart, and Costco--are all within a 5min drive. Catching an event or football game? I am less than 10mins by car to Northlands Expo grounds and Commonwealth Stadium. I am also just a short walk from Edmonton's gorgeous River Valley. I would be happy to join you for a walk or snowshoe along the trails.

But something happened with our reservation where it was cancelled suddenly and both the host and I are not too sure as to why. But we were promised reimbursement on a hotel. Which is nice. Just can't say too much on it as we didn't get to fully enjoy it further. The host is phenomenal

The beds are so comfortable and the bathroom is beautifully finished. TV has Telus cable and has great selection of channels and on demand programs. The building and surrounding area are very quiet. I definitely recommend Jia’s apartment if you’re looking at staying in Edmonton.

  • We had a wonderful time staying at Jia's place. She provided lots of information for us to help us check in, making check in simple and easy. When we got there, she had already set up a play pen, with a play pen mattress, for our 6 month old daughter. The location is quiet and well situated, with lots of services nearby. We only used street parking while there, which there is lots of, but I think there is parking in the back as well. The place itself is very clean and well equipped with any amenity you might need in normal circumstances. I highly recommend staying at Jia's, and would definitely stay there again.

    The ultimate in loft living. Stay in this TWO level, 1520 sqft. loft located in the heart of downtown Edmonton. *No Pets or Parties Allowed.
    This loft is not just an “Airbnb”. It is my $600,000 property that I offer for rent. A $3,000 deposit for guests with less than a 5-Star review is required in addition to rent. Any violation of the House Rules, this deposit is forfeited. This unit is located in the historic John Deere Warehouse building, built in 1928. It has been fully renovated into a modern rustic ONE Bedroom + den, TWO full bathroom loft. The loft boasts 14 ft. ceilings, distressed hardwood floors, exposed brick, SS appliances, and in suite laundry. Frequently asked questions: Can I have additional guests over for a gathering, party or any sort of special occasion? Included poker parties, birthdays, pre-drinks before the clubs, etc. No. There is a strict “No Events or Party” rule. Airbnb’s have been known for their uncontrolled house parties and disruption to residents in buildings and this will not be tolerated at the Seventh Street Lofts. Guests will be asked to leave immediately upon notification from residents of such disturbances with no refund. Can I have a late check-out or early check in? Typically, yes. If a guest has requested a later check-out, an early check in is sometimes not possible. I cannot guarantee an earlier check-in before 3pm. I’ll always let guests know if the cleaners have completed the clean early so that the guest has the option of checking in early. For late check-outs, please request at least 24 hours in advance. Will a full size truck fit in the underground parking? Yes. The ceiling height is 6’ 9”. Unmodified 1/2 ton trucks such a Ford F-150 will fit! Can I park a second vehicle? There is no visitor parking access at this location. Paid parking is always an option on the street or at the Impark directly across the street. Further details will be located in the Check-In instructions. Is there a patio or outdoor area for BBQing / Smoking etc.? No. The loft does not have a patio. Guests will be required to smoke and vape outside either on the sidewalk or back alley locations. Smoking in the building or parkade will result in a $500 fire code violation. Where is the loft located? On the corner of 103rd Ave and 107th Street in Downtown Edmonton, AB. How do I access the building? You’ll receive an initial welcome message from myself that includes a reminder to review the House Rules and House Manual, a link to the self Check-In Instructions (including parking instructions) and the Wifi password. If you’ve booked weeks in advance the Check-in Instructions may not be available to you until 48 hours prior to arrival. Where can I find the garbage cans? There are two sets of 6 ft. X 6 ft. garbage dumpsters that can be found in the back alley for your use! En route to the parkade you will pass them both. Use the main lobbies back door for easiest access to back alley dumpsters. Use door to the left of the elevator in main lobby and don’t forget to bring the building FOB with you!

  • Expect hidden fees. Read the fine print. This man has and will continue to extort his authority any way possible. I had 2 family members come visit, quiet clean respectful visitors.. he charged 100$ per visitor. Knowing very well I am new to using this service he refused to take a counter offer seeing as funds are tight right now due to the epidemic happening, he rudely refused to at least work out a more than fair resolution. My guests did not sleep over, did not cause any grief or disruptions. I just think if your going to spend your money on this service, please .. give it to someone reasonable.

I’d recommend taking an uber from the airport as it’s 28$ but a taxi charged 38$. An expensive 10 min drive! But worth it as this location is so affordable and comfortable. I’ll be back!

If you are into metropolitan living, I think you're going to love it here.

    This is a self contained basement suite, YOU CAN SELF ISOLATE HERE FOR 2 WEEKS . It is warm, clean and cosy. Close to Whyte Ave for shopping and restaurants , Millcreek Ravine walking and biking Trails, Swimming Pools, DownTown, Library, On Bus route, University of Alberta, University Hospital. Walking distance to Folk,and Fringe Festivals and local live theater playhouses. Close by to Cafes, Best Bakery in Edmonton, Muttart Conservatory, Playground, Nightclubs and health food stores.
    We provide current magazines, books to read and cards to play. A bit like going to the cabin in the woods ( in the city.) You can watch Roku television and Netflix. We garden and compost and provide organic teas and coffee. If it's fruit season you may help yourself to raspberries, saskatoons and apples There's a juicer if you are that way inclined. We are flexible and love to make people's stay with us comfortable and relaxing.Besides the one queen bed in the bedroom we have a floor foamie for a child or extra guest that could go in the living room and the couch is full length and comty.. Or if you have another family member with you that needs a private room but will be joining you mostly in your self contained suite we a have a lovely bedroom on the main floor of the house with bathroom adjacent to the room. $35 a night.Just ask me about booking it.
    Our neighbourhood is mature with older houses . It is quiet and safe. We border on a nature ravine with access to walking,biking and cross country skiing trails.You can walk to the big Saskatchewan River. It is a one bus ride for the West Edmonton mall.

    Cozy and private basement studio apartment with it's separate kitchen, separate entrance, central AC for those hot summer days and heat for cold days/nights. Located on the North-east side of the city (Kirkness area), the neighborhood is very quiet, 6 mins drive to Clareview Recreation Center/Library/Train Station, major shopping centers and 5 mins walk to bus station. There's extra single mattress for a kid if needed.
    Upper floor is occupied by a family with two little kids (currently 2 and 4 year olds). Guests may hear movements and sounds occasionally.

    Modern duplex located in Alberta Avenue, NE of the downtown core. Guest suite includes a queen size bed, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom as well as cable TV and door lock for added security. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry & home gym. 10 minute walk to Commonwealth Stadium and 15 minute walk to Stadium LRT. 1 LRT stop away from Downtown and 2 LRT stops to Rogers Place! 6 minute drive to Royal Alexandra Hospital, 8 minute drive to Kingsway Mall and 8 minute drive downtown to Rogers Place!
    Our kitchen and living room are on the main floor with the master bedroom and guest suite on the second floor. In the basement we have a second living room, gym equipment and laundry (available upon request).
    Alberta Avenue predates most communities and was originated back when there were only 1,000 people living in the entire city.

  • We were very happy with our stay. The space is basic but it is all we needed as a home base... especially being pet friendly! If you want fancy this is not for you- think more hostel amenities (no hairdryer or toiletries really). Bring maybe some things you wouldn’t elsewhere- I would bring our own pillows next time because I feel like they were pretty small. Bed is reasonable but not super comfy. Also- If you want a million tv channels you won’t get them. The place is definitely clean, but it’s old so keep that in mind if you’re picky. Ross was very lovely and friendly and helpful. Even got an offer of vegan ice cream!!!! If you know you like a lot of fancy extras, pick somewhere else. If you want to feel safe and convenient and like you paid a great price for a great location... I’d recommend here!!

    Old Strathcona is an historic district in south-central Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. There is also a gas station right across the street and a McDonald's next door which we ended up walking to both if we ever needed some food/drinks.   • Raeanne and Yash's place was everything as expected. A quiet and clean space with many great eats just a short drive away. The basement can be a bit chilly but a space heater is provided. They also have an extensive book collection, particularly if you're interested in brushing up on your engineering knowledge. Definitely recommend!

    ***With new zoning regulations, I am only able to accept bookings of 30 days or more!*** Warm and inviting room conveniently located in 124 St condo close to VIA train station and easy access to downtown bus station. The guest room includes a comfortable full sized bed (medium-soft mattress). There is no TV but wifi is available. Quiet building located in a historic neighbourhood, close to many restaurants, pubs, and art galleries, and next door to a yoga studio.
    The space continues to evolve, as I listen to guests' feedback and add amenities. The bedroom is 10 x 15 feet, with lots of art and plants, a dresser, and a computer desk. There is a shared living room area, a balcony for summer use, and a rather small but well supplied shared kitchen. You will have a shelf in the fridge and a shelf in the pantry to use if you request it. There is no lock on the bedroom door, but I always respect guests' privacy, and never enter the bedroom, except at pre-arranged times, if something needs to be fixed, or the guest has requested something. I am usually up around 8- 8:30am - I will try to keep quiet but can't guarantee complete silence after 8:30am if I am using the kitchen. The bed is topped with memory foam and I have been told it's very comfortable. For those travelling with friends, my other listing features a second bed in the adjacent common area.
    There are numerous restaurants within walking distance including Mexican, Greek, Italian, French, Scandinavian, Japanese, and vegetarian, as well as a cafe and a renowned bakery. Take a stroll through the historic Westmount neighbourhood, built over 100 years ago with most of the original homes remaining. Other amenities include a small fitness centre just blocks away, a shopping mall (15 minute walk), convenience store (one block away). The Gallery Walk area is only six blocks to the south (a 10 minute walk).

The suite is conveniently located in downtown Edmonton and is walking distance to some awesome bars and restaurants. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures and despite being located in a busy area, it is a very quiet building, making it super easy to unwind and relax! Communicating with Curtis was also a breeze and he was always quick to respond! In addition, he was also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it anyone else looking for a stylish conveniently located place!

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, build-in wardrobe and free standing dresser. The master bedroom has also a desk. The apartment has a full size washer and dryer. Places to go: The apartment is located close to grocery store: Safeway, 24/7 Shoppers Drugmart, 50 different restaurants bars and clubs. Pizza: you can order-in the best local pizza "Campus Pizza" that my family loves.

  • Wojciech's house is very clean and comfortable .  The house has everything you need from small appliances to utensils.       A modern kitchen includes convenient dishwasher, coffee machine ,condiments, foil,  lots of plates, pots, etc. everything you want. A Very spacious bathroom, the two shower heads give quick hot water for a relaxing shower. Sufficient toilet paper, clean towel ,hand soap ,shampoos and conditioner and a very convenient vacuum cleaner, and the dryer and washer ,the workdesk and chair ,the cozy sofa and TV are all equipped for your long and comfortable stay. Wojciech is a very thoughtful ,careful and helpful host.  Whenever we are in trouble, he will appear at the first time. We very appreciate the visiting to  the Elk Island National Park with you and your lovely daughters. We will never forget it. Besides , the location of the house is very convenient. You can walk to UA , Safeway  and transit link. So next time i go to Edmonton. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend !
