Awesome home. Fun stay!

The home was awesome! It was perfect for the locations we needed , with Uber and Lyft being cheap split among our group. Definitely recommend the home while staying because they have it all , a great way to feel home away from home. Definitely check out the herbal cure

This place was nothing short of awesome! If you are planning a stay in Denver I highly recommend you book this place. It is clean, spacious and had plenty of room for 4 people. The outdoor area was cute and would be very fun in the summer months. Gary also allowed us to park in the drive way which helped a ton with parking. The bedrooms were big and had big closets as well. Gary was also a fantastic host and responded quickly. He was great with suggestions and didnt mind that we arrived very late in the evening hours. Overall everyone really enjoyed this cute and awesome home!

The place and location was perfect. The HOME was very roomy, clean and comfortable. We plan on returning to Denver and staying here again.

If you would like to walk to a lot of downtown attractions this is the place for you. A little off the beaten path but a gem. Very cute, space is well set up. Thankful for locked and gates parking once u find it, it’s so easy. Will stay here again, and recommend to all.

Great place in a very central Location close to everything. Easy walking distance to the Coors stadium and all the bars and restaurants in that area. Everything else downtown or in Rino is only a 10 minute uber or drive. It was Great having our own Parking spot in a gated lot. The keyless entry into the building and apartment was also great. We really enjoyed having the Lobby restaurant downstairs. It's a breakfast spot that serves bottomless mimosas and great bloody Mary's. we took full advantage of this. Overall great stay, would stay again!

This is a very cute loft in the heart of DT Denver. Pretty close to everything, although I had to Uber around a lot because it was super cold! Still, very short rides to coffee shops, restaurant, Museum and Whole Foods! Jessica has done a pretty good job with accurate instructions and equipping the loft. You can find whatever you need in the loft. Overall I loved this place. Highly recommended!

What a great place! It was in a great location, had a great bed with very comfortable linens, and once we figured out where to use the codes, it was super easy to access. Thanks for a great stay in Denver Jessica.

This place was the perfect place in down town Dever! We were able to explore all different parts of the city by foot which was great. We met Kim who was awesome. She gave us all different places to go hang out at and was even understanding when we accidentally took their parking lot gate opener...whoops! (We made sure to bring it back before going to the airport). My husband and I deffinitely recommend staying here!

This listing was great!!! I was a little worried that it would not be big enough for three adults, but was I wrong? There was plenty of space for all of us to inhabit comfortably. This space was centrally located with all the amenities needed in walking distance. The Lobby was a very convenient restaurant to grab a cup of coffee, sit in the courtyard and plan our day. I would love to come back and stay for a Rockies game. Perfect location.

We loved staying at Chandra and Dave’s! The space was so cute and cozy. We really loved having a washer/dryer, the bed was really comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and you can’t beat the location! Within walking distance to so many great restaurants and shops!

Perfectly located. This cottage feels like you’re home every time you come back. Very comfortable, great shower pressure, plus a washer dryer so you don’t go home with dirty laundry. If you’re anything like me that’s reason enough! They’re great hosts who answer you right away. This is the only place I want to stay in Denver.

Our stay was easy and even better than expected!

The carriage house made for a cozy and comfortable stay. The space is efficient and well-organized. Dave and Chandra were clear and timely in communication. The only thing I’d change is adding curtains for the bedroom windows to make it darker for sleeping. Otherwise I had an amazing stay!

The location is amazing for downtown Denver adventures. The place is within walking distance of the Denver Art Museum, the Molly Brown House, the 16th Street Mall, and many other museums, hotels, and restaurants.

The location is so fantastic! We tried a new coffee shop every day, and were able to walk to all the things we wanted.... great restaurants, outdoor space (Cheeseman Park!), breweries and transit. In terms of noise... it's a beautiful historic building (part of the great character of the area!) So although we could hear neighbors moving around upstairs, there were no parties and we were definitely not kept awake at night. The space is beautifully decorated and is a special spot to call home for a couple days! Would definitely recommend :)

Parking lot is steps away from the door. This place has a great location. You can Lyft to many local attractions at a small cost.

Christina’s space was perfect for us! Very modern apartment in a cute historic building. This was a perfect Denver hub for us as we explored breweries in Boulder, Greeley, and Estes Park. The neighborhood was great... easy to walk to many sights and bars/restaurants. Go to Jelly for breakfast!!! Christina was super accommodating with our early arrival/late departure. She responded quickly to texts but gave us space to enjoy our holiday weekend away. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb and felt it was a great value!

Great price for the space. The bed was super comfortable. Convenient location close to the city about a 5 min drive or 30 min walk. Friendly neighborhood with some great local food! I would more than likely stay here again!

Awsome little shack to stay at. Most of the spots we hit up where in walking distance or took a scooter. The restroom was a tad tight but other than that great stay and great location. Will be staying at any place that Mark's host. Thanks again!

Mark’s place made our first time in Denver memorable. The patio was our favorite part! The Airbnb itself is a little smaller than expected but it was worth the stay. Very clean and cozy! Would stay again!

STAY AT THIS PLACE FOR THE LOCATION! Seriously, walking distance to a lot! Mark was easy to work with. He helped us get checked in and helped store our bags when we arrived early (he lives near by). The house is cozy, as advertised. If you are there to stay in the air bnb all day, maybe consider another bigger, more open place. But if you’re going to be out an about all day, this is perfect. Only draw back is one bathroom but we made it work. I would 10/10 recommended this place.

We loved our experience with this AirBnb!!! Mark’s space is in a great location and is walkable to a number of bars and restaurants! Additionally, I cannot express how accommodating he was... our flight got in very early on the day of our arrival and left very late the day of our check out, and Mark allowed us to store our bags so we could enjoy our time in Denver!

This apartment was in a fantastic location, easily accessible to the bars, restaurants, and shops in RiNo. Although the house itself is relatively small, the proximity to downtown makes it a perfect place for a weekend stay in Denver.

This is my 3rd time staying here. Great location, close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, never saw any neighbors. Parking right outside. Walking distance from walmart, restaurants and train station. Always a pleasure staying here.

It’s a basement, so yes, expect to hear activity above and the temperature to be cooler/drafty. But knowing this, I put ambient noise on before I fell asleep... and I slept like a baby. It’s a great stay for the price, and served us perfectly, since we just needed a place to sleep while passing through.

Everything about this place was perfect other than the fact that there’s not a thermostat. Would strongly recommend!

One of the best places I have stayed at with Airbnb, everything surpassed my expectations, you will not be disappointed if you book with them!

Don’t think about it too much just know that this location is near everything you will need if you are only visiting for a couple days I’d suggest staying longer just for a non rushed experience or errorless journey.

Luis's place was perfect for me and my trip to Denver. Everything was functional and his home is in a really good location. Public transportation was the best of any city that I have been too. Just a hop skip and a jump and you can be anywhere in the city. Not only would I reccomend his home, I hope to stay again, when I have time to return to the city. Denver was thriving, overall.

I found this place to be very clean, comfortable, and perfectly sized for one to two people. The bathroom and shower was excellent. He has a beautiful and peaceful back yard with a plants that he is growing! love his beautiful personality and his great place!

Brooke’s place was a cute studio style apartment. It was a welcomed spot to get back to after a long day in the mountains or city for some relaxation. There were lots of street parking spots also.

Quick, easy access and comfortable room with everything you need. Very soft but comfy bed. Everything felt clean. Host leaves an organized document with recommendations. We walked to Noshery for breakfast (good breakfast burrito) and were able to take 10 min. Uber downtown to explore. House is separated from highway by a fence so expect white noise. Didn’t hear any babies or dogs.

A great place to stay - not too far from downtown, and the most comfortable bed!

This place is warm and inviting. There are more special touches than I can name. But to name a few: the mini-fridge, coffee maker, space heater, spare blankets and towels, soap and shampoo. I keep going back as this is my favorite Denver stay!

This is the perfect place for a hideaway. The house is cute and has games and a great fire pit. If you’re trying to explore Colorado Springs this house will be too far for you but if you’re going to explore Denver it’s not far away. Comfy house and great water pressure. We didn’t bring our dog, but the house is perfect for your fur babies too

Beautifully decorated house, with everything you can need, our entire group was able to sleep comfortably during our stay. only a 20 minute drive to downtown Denver and the red rocks Amphitheatre. Although we didn’t bring our pets, seeing that they have amenities for your animals as well was a very thoughtful detail. Hope to return again in the future!

We had a lovely time staying at Tyler & Beth's during our Winter holiday vacation. Their Airbnb is cozy and has all the amenities you'll need. We particularly enjoyed the full kitchen, quiet location, soft bed, gas fireplace in the master bedroom, the stanchion heater by the fire pit, and the TV with all the apps. We also loved that there was plenty of space for us to settle in and enjoy our vacation. Their place was also very convenient to shopping (Target and lots of restaurant options), as well as King Soopers. Thank you Tyler & Beth for providing a great place for us to vacation and relax!

We were very pleased with the stay. The location was quaint (might be a stretch for 6 people, but perfect for 4 or less), well positioned in town, and modern in the right places.

Perfect location between Boulder, Denver, and CO Springs...lets you use this pad as a jumping off point to almost anywhere in the area. Don’t forget to put your crew’s experiences in the journal sitting on the kitchen shelf too...it was a pleasure to read through and add our experiences to it.

I stumbled upon this location as I got a interview in Denver and had a very quick response from the host. the book it was super easy. I got into the house super early in the morning with the easy check-in and was truly amazed by the look at the house. Because I was just there for an interview I didn’t really plan much so I spent a lot of time at the house. And it was super relaxing enjoyable and maybe an away from home that much easier. There’s tons of things to do and also restaurants to eat at around this location. I would highly recommend this location to anyone else in the market looking for a place to stay while in Denver. The two most important things to know about this place are that it is truly a tranquil environment, and that your host is gracious, helpful, and available - communication is incredible. The moment you step into this home you can feel the attention to detail put into creating a place that feels warm and cozy. The lighting is warm, inviting, and easily customizable. The living room seating is intensely comfortable, and a nice place to end a long day. The kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dishes one would need, all carefully organized and readily available. The view off the dining room and back yard are cozy and make you feel apart from the city around you. And the bedroom and bathroom are warm, clean, relaxing spaces for rest. I can not recommend this space or host highly enough.

This was a wonderfully cozy stay! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for a couple days in Denver. Need recommendations? Just ask! Jason is extremely helpful. The location is nice too- it’s close to local coffee shops/bars for a quick walk around and just a few minute drive from downtown and other trendy spots. Private parking is a nice bonus as well! Couldn’t be happier with the stay!

We LOVED Kodie's urban menagerie! Kodie and her housemate were so warm and inviting and their beautiful cats, hens, chicks and rabbit made us so excited to return to the casita each evening. Without being hyperbolic, it was truly a highlight of our trip!

Wonderful stay at the Hen House! Clean, cozy, and great amenities! Kodie went above and beyond to make our stay special on Valentines weekend. I would suggest a stay here to anyone, they wouldn’t be disappointed!

Absolutely loved staying here! Very conveniently located everything we wanted to go and do was never longer than 2 hours away (our big adventure days) but it was easy to find things closer by as well.

Our stay at the Hen House was wonderful. The place was cozy and artfully decorated, and was in an excellent location! The host left us a wonderful welcome packet with recommendations for the area. We especially enjoyed the creatures on the premises; the kitties were friendly and delightful, and the chickens and Flemish rabbit would eat out of our hands! I’d definitely recommend the Hen House, especially for animal lovers!

This cabin is a perfect central location between the city of Denver and Colorado Springs! Kodie is a great host and made our stay easy and comfortable.

I really loved staying here. Me & a friend were in Denver for a concert & this was perfect for a 2 night stay but I definitely could have stayed longer! We got into town late & check in was so simple with the lock box. Nice location and quick responses made this stay in Denver one of my favorites!

Awesome getaway for the night, cozy quiet place close to everything!

Comfortable bed, great location. Private area in the back of property. We didn't have any problem with noise from nearby train, recording studio next door or fire house across the street. Off street parking was convenient. Would stay again when in Denver.

This space is an AMAZING find. (book it!) It is nestled in a cute, unique neighborhood, with a comfy bed and filled with everything you need for a comfortable stay... We will definitely be staying here again!

I thought this was a single unit without the hosts living there. I was informed afterwards, they live upstairs. They have loud feet but besides that quiet.

Excellent cost-effective, yet high-quality choice!! Granted a private entrance, my husband and I never even saw another human being, which was our preference because we are quite the introverts and had a lot of work to do in a short time period! Essentially, you enter the home after unlocking it with the provided code, and your door is immediately to the right. You don't have to go through the rest of the house at all! The suite was spacious, clean, and beautiful! There were so many windows, one with a very lovely view, but you could close them all up with curtains for some privacy! The temperature of the suite was easy to control, there was a ceiling-mounted TV right in front of the bed with Netflix and Hulu available, and the bed was SO comfortable (on the harder side of a high-quality mattress, but that was my preference)! There were shelves near the bed for your luggage and a wardrobe providing plenty of storage for our purposes, as well! The suite had many helpful and friendly signs, reminders and tips to make your stay more enjoyable and to answer any questions you might have without the inconvenience of contacting someone! Though the hosts had a few reasonable requests, such as removing your shoes, it was no problem with the cleanliness of the suite, and they had a shoe rack available right outside the door! This host was consistently friendly and helpful via emails that you could access at your own pace for the information, without ever having to talk to a person on the phone or face-to-face! They thought of everything we would need to know before we thought of it! There were even outlet strips on each bedside table for such easy access: not even all hotels do that much! Merely three small somewhat-cons to note: 1) We briefly had a hard time finding the place because it was at night, and we couldn't find the address number on the residence. We had to use their neighbors' house number to discern their location and hoped that our entrance code worked to confirm we were in the right place! With the information they sent, however, it was reasonably easy to figure out that this unnumbered house was theirs. 2) Another minor detail was the small bathroom. You had to close the door before you could even reach the toilet because it was such a confined space. However, the shower was impressively large! 3) I don't recall seeing any tissues in the suite. However, the kitchenette counter had napkins, and there was toilet paper in the bathroom, so it was easy enough to improvise! This was a very generous host (leaving out hot cocoa packets, a few chocolates, water bottles, silverware, coffee cups, some shower toiletries, etc. and a personalized welcome sign on the door!), who made us feel right at home even though we never met them in person! There is more that I could dote upon from our experience, but this review is far too long already! This suite would be my first choice if I ever make a return trip to the area!! Five stars, and highly recommend!!

The place is very cute and the location is awesome, we were able to get downtown in less than 10 minutes. It was very roomy and had everything we needed. It was our first time visiting Denver and the book of suggestions on places to visit and eat at was very helpful.

Great place! Def worth a stay if you’re wanting to explore Denver area. Would def stay again if I came back to the area!

My fiancé and I stayed here while we were in Denver for a friends wedding. Matthew was great at communicating and check-in was really easy and convenient. The location was less than 20 minutes away from anywhere we needed to be. The space was cozy and had everything we would need.

Matthew's place is super cute and surprisingly big based on the pictures. The bed is very comfy. He had some great amenities like tea, hot cocoa, coffee, and a full rack of spices if you're in the mood to cook. It was a great home base for my exploration of the Denver area. Thanks Matthew!

These hosts are really kind and considerate, which I appreciated, rolling in after dark and after a long work day. They also have a nice fan (more than that, can't think of the word) and heater in the room.

Travis's place is great. Everything you need in terms of kitchen supplies, bathroom amenities, blankets, fans, heaters etc etc. Well stocked apartment. Bed was comfy, just firm enough. And walkable to restaurants, bars and the Blue Bird Theater! It is located on a busy street but the traffic noise really wasn't noticeable. I'd certainly recommend it.

Travis was a great host. His home was clean and filled with warmth. Kitchen had all the appliances you would need to cook for yourself. He also provided a binder filled with local business recommendations. Would stay here again.

A space as welcoming and comfortable as it sounds. It exceeded our expectations in all categories. Not to mention the attentive and considerate host. My favorite was the amenities as well as the ideal location. We thought the noise from busy streets nearby would be an issue but we were pleasantly surprised.

Travis’s apartment was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and he was very welcoming. It is in a great location and easy walk to many restaurants and City Park. Would definitely stay again.

WONDERFUL PLACE! Great snacks and coffee variety in the morning! Very private, large bedroom and living area. Not a single complaint, very close to DIA.

Stopped here before flying out for work. Made a last minute change when my girlfriend missed her flight, and Jenn was quick to respond and let me know that it was no problem. Also let me use her washer and dryer! Would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

This place was perfect for staying the night before a flight out of DIA. Very spacious, comforting, and clean, plus a quick drive to the Denver airport.

I absolutely loved Jenn’s place. She was so accommodating and wonderful to work with. Her space is spotless and so spacious....even more than the pictures show! The King bed was really comfy, and the sofa bed was great as well. And we fell in love with her sweet dog, Ella!!

I was looking for a place close to the Denver airport and this place was spot on. It was a gorgeous home and our stay great. Very thoughtful of her to leave snacks, towels, shampoo and even have a mini fridge. The bed was so comfortable and we slept through the night. There was a list of restaurants we can visit nearby and sit definitely helped. I would give 10 stars if I could. I would stay here again if I could/had the chance to.

Cute cozy space close to RiNo

This is a wonderful, cozy, little loft. To be so small, it really had a lot of unexpected but lovely touches. A full kitchen is available, amazing shower, and comfy beds. I really don’t want to be that weirdo, but the hosts are so clean that they even have an attached bidet— definitely wasn’t expecting that! Outside is 420 friendly and a lovely place to scope some nice sights of downtown Denver. We used this pad as the last leg stay of our travel and don’t regret it! Wonderful little place to relax and unwind!
