An effortless, open floor plan allows guests to freely congregate with ease and comfort. The Great Room is bright, airy and tastefully furnished. Enjoy any one of 3 new 72-inch plasma TV's -- located in the Great Room, Master bedroom and Guest bedroom. Wi-Fi and DirectTV are both included. No expense was spared in ensuring that your stay will be both comfortable and decadent. The first floor has 3 beautiful bedrooms with full en suite bathrooms and powder room. The second floor boasts two well-appointed bedrooms and a full bath. Beds are fitted with silky smooth, 100% organic bamboo sheets. You’ll find extra pillows, comforter and blankets in each room, adding further comfort to your stay. Bathrooms are stocked with luxurious, ultra-soft, 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The open kitchen is well-organized and fully stocked with all the accoutrements necessary to please even the most discriminating gourmet chef. A state-of-the-art, Italian-designed, Bertazzoni range is your ticket to a sumptuous feast. There is every imaginable and necessary kitchen machine and gadget, including a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, plates, platters and wine decanters. Store your wines in the wine fridge. Full laundry facilities include washer/dryer, laundry soap, iron, ironing board, vacuum and a broom. There is an onsite property manager who will greet you upon arrival. And, he will also be available to answer any questions or troubleshoot any problems that might arise during your stay. Entrance to the villa is by keyless entry. The code will be changed to a four digit code tailored just for your stay. The guests will enjoy their stay with ultimate solitude and privacy. The guests may contact the manager as needed during their stay. Otherwise, the guests should not expect any interaction with staff or owners. The secluded HorseTail Ranch sits on 150 scenic acres close to Paso Robles, wineries, US 101, and the central coast. HorseTail Ranch is isolated and not close to any public transportation. Guests will need a car to get around. Arrangements can be made with FETCH, a local transportation company. Most guests say they wish they could stay longer! And they love being able to walk to the restaurants and shops on Main St. We are right in the center of so many things to do! And when you come back to your home base you can enjoy the soothing colors of this freshly remodeled studio apartment. Light blocking shades and window sound package greatly diminish outside noise while being only one block from Main Street. Relax on the super comfy dual recliner sofa. Air conditioner, heater, 42 in. flat screen TV, Roku player and WIFI. Shower /tub combo. King sized bed. Kitchenette has microwave, under counter refrigerator/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and other necessities. Continental breakfast provided in fridge for your first morning. Coffee, tea, milk, hot and cold cereal stocked. Off street parking provided. Private entry. Laundry available on request. You are welcome to use the deck. The studio is separate from the residence so there can be as much or as little interaction with hosts as you would like. We are happy to be available to assist you in any way and we hope you will love this area as much as we do. The property is right in the middle of California's beautiful Central Coast, with proximity to wineries, beaches, dining, shopping, and historical sites. The home sits halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles. The nearest airport is in San Luis Obispo, 30 miles away. The Amtrak train depot is 5 miles away in Paso Robles. Bus service is available along the Hwy. 101 corridor. We are within walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We have small markets, wine tasting, gift and coffee shops. Just three blocks away is the Templeton Park where there is a wonderful Saturday morning Farmer's Market. We also have a Trader Joe's in town.

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. Quiet location, situated on a hilltop with ranch and vineyard views. Close to several tasting rooms. Wonderful location if you enjoy wildlife. There are cottontails in the yard, deer come to drink at the water trough and 107 bird species have been seen on the property. The yard is fenced so your pets will be safe. We provide pods for the Keurig coffee maker as well as creamer, sugar, artificial sweetener and tea. There is a microwave, toaster, Mr. Coffee and a gas barbecue for your use also.

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Apricot Cottage

Beautiful 1 bedroom cottage newly remodeled building from the 1940's. The space was completely renovated in June of 2019 with plank flooring, tiled shower bathroom with tub and stylish new furnishings. Modern and simple with an emphasis on sustainability.
