Restaurant
“We have been here a few times (on special occasions as it is not cheap!) and have always had the tasting menu. The food is incredible, plus a lovely atmosphere and beautiful views over Watergate Bay. It is worth asking if they will be able to seat you by the window when you book, so you can make the most of the views.”

“Great to walk to from Falmouth on the coast path. Takes about 3 hours, can get a bus back. Great food, focusing on fish, always a veggie option and often vegan. Cosy in winter with an open fire, pool table. You can sit outside in the summer and look at the Helford river. Smashing!”

Pub
“Such a beautiful spot. Take the short drive over to Restronguet Creek and you are in for a treat. Lunch or dinner on the pontoon when the weather is good, there is simply no better place to be. Beautiful views and great pub grub. Be warned if you are visiting in summer there is very restricted parking here in the peak season.”

Fantastic bread including epi, baguettes, soda, maltstar etc etc. They make it on the premises, not a plastic bag in sight! Also, cakes, pastries and a cafe serving breakfast lunch and great coffee.
