Taco Place
“Big Star is a short walk from the guesthouse. In warm weather, share tacos and a pitcher of margaritas with friends on the patio. The fish taco is a favorite, but it’s hard to go wrong. Plenty of vegetarian options, too!”

New American Restaurant
“When I tell people I live in Logan Square almost every single one of them mention Longman & Eagle. It's in a great location in the neighborhood and has some of the best dishes & cocktails you'll find around town. You can't go wrong when choosing to dine out at Longman & Eagle”

Burger Restaurant
“Open for over three years now, Au Cheval has become one of the hardest spots to get into in Chicago and a lot of the reason for that can be attributed to their cheeseburger. Six months in, even before Bon Appetit declared it the best in America, the Au Cheval cheeseburger had become the talk of the town. Don't have time to wait? Try Au Cheval's little brother, Small Cheval located nearby at 150 N Riverside office building (limited operating hours) or Bucktown at 1732 N Milwaukee.”

New American Restaurant

Coffee Shop
“'80s-themed rustic coffee shop, complete with a DeLorean, pouring locally roasted coffee.”

Diner
“Classic American diner fair but elevated and made very unique! This place doesn't take reservations so if you're trying to find a good spot without a crazy wait in Fulton Market, your best bet is to stop in here and put your name in. Then if the wait is long you can walk around and if you happen to find another restaurant you'd rather try out without a wait, then go for it! But at the very least you've got a really good restaurant to try our in your back pocket. ”
