fantastic apartment, on the date on which we have been very hot it was pretty cool. It has everything you could need in the room. Negative notes are that the coffee filter was and was in poor condition and could not make coffee and we miss a toaster.

Ramon's place was lovely and it was easy to get around the city by using the bus that came right outside the apartment building.

Teresa met me at the apartment and was very gracious and helpful. There is a premium supermarket just around the corner that sells many imported foods as well as local products. The bus drops off just outside of the building and there are 2 metro stops within 4-5 minutes walking (Cuzco and Plaza de Castilla). The apartment is very clean, comfortable and precisely as the photos show. It is large with a separate kitchen area that is full of every item imaginable needed to cook.

This is a great location, very close to subway but you would need to be good at using the local metro system to get to center city / transportation hub (train station), which I fortunately did (otherwise you will need to take taxi to get there). The room is very clean and the host Carolina is super nice and helpful before and during my stay!

Carolina could not accommodate the weekend, but he did his mother Marina, a charming and very attentive woman. The apartment is very apañado ideal for a weekend and good location.

Wow - where do I begin. My sisters and I enjoyed a fantastic weekend stay in Dan's flat. Right from the initial booking he was friendly and quick at responding and answering any questions I had. Our flight was delayed so I let him know and it was no problem. We arrived at the flat and he was there to greet us. The apt was immaculate and even bigger than the pictures led us to believe. We all loved it. Everything is really new and very stylishly done. The bathroom was spacious and modern (hairdryers and shampoo etc. provided) and the living room was lovely to relax in. Beds were really comfortable with loads of wardrobe space too. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you could need. It was a home away from home. And then the parking place was wonderful since we rent a car to visit Toledo. The location was great. We walked for miles each day and got to see all the main sights. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well as lots of shops and bars. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and will recommend this place to anyone visiting the city! You really can't go wrong with this place.

Hello I'm really pleased having chosen this wonderful apartment on our visit to Madrid. The floor is a charming, lively, superluminal (10 windows overlooking the pool and the beautiful garden, allowing you to feel totally relaxed and at ease despite being in the middle of a crowded city) space. Daniel greeted us promptly and placed at our disposal for everything you need, really gentle, pleasing and, for us, very helpful. Also, being in a building with doorman 24 hours a day, you feel completely safe. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and luxurious. Our trip, which has been on business, has been facilitated by an excellent Internet connection and proximity to hubs of the city, but I allow us both to relax and enjoy leisure Madrid, then having a superagradable space rest. Also the garage, is a privilege in a city like Madrid, though how small inconvenience, I have to say that does not support a large car. Floor furnishing seen live than the already good impression you offer photos. Both my partner and I, we are determined to rent even for longer periods, given their comfort, and extras like the pool in hot season can be a real luxury in a city like Madrid.

Staying at Dan’s apartment was a wonderful experience. The apartment is renovated with luxury design style. It’s perfectly located between Duque de Pastrana metro stations and Bernabeu Stadium, we walk less than 20 minutes to watch the game !!! we love to have supermarkets bank and pharmacy just across the street. Dan welcome us on time and he provided us maps an all the information and recommendation we need to explore the city, we went to all the local’s restaurants and bars he recommend and we have a great experience in all of them, Thank you Dan!!! The neighborhood is calm and residential area. The apartment has everything we need for our visit!! I definitely recommend Dan’s apartment to anyone who love to explore the city and become a local for a few days.

Daniel was accessible and considerate. He offered much help when our plan slightly changed. His flat was in quite good condition and contained sufficient facilities. We felt comfortable and homelike during the stay. It would be luxury when you only used the main bedroom but a little inconvenient when you need to use those beds at the same time in the main bedroom, the small room and the living room. For who sleeped in the main bedroom, there was no window, because the small room with two single beds was obviously redecorated from the en-suite balcony of the main bedroom, occupying the windows. For who sleeped in the balcony, there was no corridor to bathroom unless through the main bedroom or the living room. The apartment had comprehensive security with a 24-hour safe guard, who also helped store the keys for our picking up when we arrived later than 11 pm. But after check-out Daniel charged me extra £30 for late arrival without informing me. The parking place was exclusive in the building but narrowed significantly by a pillar.

Pablo was waiting for us when we got there, a short €30 taxi from the Airport. He showed us all the workings of this fantastic apartment which was spotlessly clean, cool and as promised. The beds were comfortable and the jaqcuzzi bath enormous! The metro is just a short walk away and on the central line (No 1) so no changes needed to get to "Vodaphone Sol" which is where we explored from everyday as just a minutes walk from Playa Major which is where all of the tours (walking, Sedgeway, Tapas, Flamenco, etc) start from. We got a ten trip Metro ticket for €12.60 - great value! We would definitely stay again and commend this apartment to all our friends! Thanks Pablo.

Madrid is the last leg of the trip to Spain, this penthouse apartment is a favorite throughout the journey. The landlord is very enthusiastic to go before the detailed description of the route for us, waiting for us early on. Then a detailed description of the house to us, there surrounding traffic, shopping, restaurants and so on. Also set aside sparkling wine and apples. The whole apartment decorated and furnished very luxurious, there are two separate suites, and two terraces. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, the last few days to cook the dishes do not have to worry about things. The whole house is very comfortable home. The apartment is located in the wealthy district of Madrid, near the Bernabeu stadium, is one of Madrid's main entrance roads, through Columbus Square, downstairs there are buses to the city center, metro station is only about 200 meters, convenient transportation, downtown fetch quiet, good location. Downstairs there is a supermarket, a city similar to domestic supermarkets, more walk 100 meters there is a cheap supermarket, things are very complete and convenient shopping. Downstairs there are a lot of restaurants, bars nearby, evening stroll tired, have a good place. The most critical, as compared with the hotel, the high cost.

Arriving even late (23:30) was no problem for the host. The Flat is amazing. Whenever i am in Madrid that's my first choice. Thanks.

We had a great trip in Madrid and it's also because of Pablo apartment ! This place is really nice located ! It's in the business district, close to subways, buses and in a main street to go to the downtown. All these beautiful buildings makes a gorgeous view at night. There is also a lot of restaurants. About the apartment, I'm usually not a fan of this kind of decoration, but in this one, it really fit it well ! There is something thats make it awesome for some reason, it was nice to been there for a week, and I was happy to go home and take a jacuzzi after a night doing fiesta! Everything is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, Pablo was really nice with us and was here to help us if we needed it at anytime. A really great trip, thanks again.

It's floor is as shown in the pictures - even better. It has been recently remodeled and is virtually flawless. Pedro is very courteous, on time came to deliver the key and made sure that the floor was well provisioned with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient - just a short walking distance of Chamartin and Plaza de Castilla, with access to public transport - especially for those who need to move to the north for work or meetings. The only drawback is that in the morning you can hear the traffic of trains, buses and M30 - but rather as a distant background noise easy to ignore (unless you have a very light sleeper). An acceptable compromise considering the location of the floor. I would recommend and use again on future trips.

The house is as it appears in the photos, bright, super clean and well connected. Have supermarkets, ATMs, good restaurants nearby, buses take you in 5 minutes to the center or metro too. Pedro is very nice and help you at all if you have not been in Madrid do not worry that tells you how to move, though the house also has maps of the city and metro at your disposal. Pilar´s apartments is beautiful. Very spacious and light. The photos are much more worse then the reality, really very nice design. We spend in this apartment finally several weeks with all the familly (two adults and two small children, 3 and 5 Years old). The place is well situated, metro walking, public transport in front of the house. The neighbourhood is full of supermarkets, parks, pubs and restaurants. I would like to start by saying that this place is in a great location if you are here to watch a Real Madrid game. We came to Madrid for el clásico and the walk is between 10-15 minutes from the flat. My experience was good overall with this flat but I had to take 2 stars away due to a few reasons. My communication with the host before my trip was great, she was very promptly with her responses. However, on the day of my arrival I had to connection to the internet as I had not set up a plan yet. I went off the last message she sent me where she had sent me the full address to the flat. I believe she made a typo that we later figured out when we finally found the place after 20-30 mins of looking for this place and attempting to call her from some one's phone. I was not able to get a hold of her that day and left her a voice message. Once I arrived to the place the doorman guided me to meet with a gentleman next to my room. I guess this guy is the one that is available to manage the flat. He quickly gave me the keys to the flat and told me to get a hold of him if we had questions. He didn't seem too friendly which held me back from asking him questions since it was already late and I figured he wanted to rest. However, I was forced to go back to him and ask him for towels as there was only one in the bathroom and it was 3 of us on this trip. I took one star off for this and for having to go and ask him for more toilet paper like a day later. In my opinion the flat should be ready with these essentials at all times to make the stay more convenient. The second star I took off was due to the shower stall and sink. It was placed weirdly and whenever we washed out hands the counter would get wet easily. When you shower there is a section that is open and the water tends to get on the floor making your bathroom floor wet at all times. If these two issues I encountered were not present I would have given this place a 5 star ratings. A day before my departure pilar reached out to me to ensure I knew I had to check out by 11:00 AM as they were expecting someone else that same day. She was kind enough to offer to help find a way to hold our bags in case we needed to go somewhere. I would definitely recommend this flat to my friends and others just look out for wetness in the bathroom. Maybe there was an easy solution to it that we didn't know about. My stay was 5 weeks and I've honestly felt at home. The apartment is spacious (perfect for one person or a couple), bright, with everything needed and very well connected by both metro and bus and underground. In the moments when I had any questions or queries on any topic concerning accommodation and facilities, Veronica I answered almost instantly, and took over very quickly if there was a problem (for example, a couple of bulbs were fused and less 24 hours were thrown). I appreciate having had the opportunity to feel as comfortable during my stay and recommend this accommodation without any hesitation.

Veronica was great, very helpful! The studio was clean and had everything you would need. The swimming pool was fantastic and plenty of sunbeds. Location great lots of bars supermarkets and close to the metro - had a great time would definitely return.

The accommodation in the study was very (URL HIDDEN) a perfect place for a couple with all very well used space and a perfect location (URL HIDDEN) building, 2 minutes from the train station and supermarket metro.Un 5 minutes and bars just lado.Veronica was very good hostess always asking if everything was OK and if we needed algo.Sin definitely return to repeat.

The appartment is exactly as you see it in the photos, small, clean and modern with all the details required and announced. The place is silent, close to supermarkets, bars, train and subway station. Ideal if you have to work in the north of Madrid or in Azca, cause is only 3 metro stations away. I am looking forward to repeat and trey the place in summer.
