Cute waterfront cottage. Completely updated summer 2021 with new flooring throughout, new kitchen, kitchen appliances. New bathroom (2021). Waterfront seating and propane fire pit. Views of Pipe Creek and the east bay of Sandusky Bay. Sleeps 7. Recently added 28’ dock for use (for 2023 season) Close to everything Sandusky and the surrounding areas have to offer.
