The apartment is situated 20 meters from the slope - this way you can literally get out of the place, walk 20 meters and start skiing. When coming back you can even ski till the entrance door. The apartment self is big and spacious for 4 people. The heating works great and there is a dish washer! The concierge was great and we could even park our car in the garage. great stay all in all!

Very cosy apartment. A nice view on the trees, At the perfect spot, 20 meters from the piste. Please be aware that the piste is not always maintained, especially when there is not enough snow. Also thanks to the housekeepers. When we had some heavy snowfall they offered to put our car in the garage.

The housekeeper welcomed us warmly and was a great help during our entire stay. Cesare responded immediately to all our messages and made us feel supported in settling in. The listing was very accurate and our stay went very well. The building was extremely quiet and the facilities (parking, ski storage, etc.) were very useful. The access to the ski run was literally steps away from the building and was a real delight. A mini-market, ski rental and ski ticket sales were all within walking distance which made it very convenient.

We didn't meet Cesare but he arrange everything for us. Place is spacious just like on the picture very close to the ski slopes. You can adjust the heating by yourself which is very convenient during the winter. Shop is in the walking distance and you can park your car in the garage. Area is very quite so this is a great place to rest and enjoy in winter activities.

As always a fantastic place for ski lovers! We will be back.

premise: the owner was not present because on vacation too, we were greeted by the concierge / caretaker / handyman condominium, Romeo, a very nice guy, friendly and always available. the apartment must be reviewed with two distinct concepts; 1. those who want to experience the mountains standing almost never at home: the excellent position ė! close to facilities, in the supermarket, in restaurants and departures on trails yet away from the hustle, 2 minutes from MDC machine but in most total peace. and there is a parking house ... then home with the heating I switched on when needed, with everything you need inside, plates, microojde, water boiler excellent ecc..pulizia, blankets and towels ok. 2. for those who enjoy spending time in the house: ok furniture for Ikea table and 2 other things, for everything else ... not to be restored in full, bathroom with water heater, pink tiles 70s, he took very old (no sockets "siemens"), vanity with corrugated beams and wire wheel, ditto for the water heater with an open box and wires vista..cucina too overused, fan and bathroom packed with dust and dirt that does not aspire to anything. In conclusion, for us who love to walk went fine, for those who enjoy the comforts of home I would say no ... promoted subject.

The apartment is located in a strategic position for those who love skiing: a small path that you are directly on the slopes; It is equipped with all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay, and is unobjectionable from a cleaning point of view. Paola The apartment is in a classic mountain residences, slightly off from the center of Madonna di Campiglio, but in a strategically excellent location. The ski slopes can be reached without taking bus or car, but at the same time the supermarket is a few meters. Recommended for two people, we were able to be there in three (with some sacrifice). The kitchen is new, but with all the accessories. Price / great price, considering the place!

Телевизор ретро и может показывать только в зелёном или в красном цвете. Плюсы: цена, хорошие матрасы на разноуровневых кроватях и представитель хозяйки в апартаментах Марко - очень отзывчивый и приятный человек. Рекомендую не требовательным туристам.

The apartment is small but is very nice and well equipped:. The great location near the center. We were fine with two children little ones who enjoyed the games found in and also the small Giordino. Only a flaw - the beds are a bit 'short, but in general I recommend it to everyone.

Alloggio confortevole e con un ' ottima disposizione degli spazi interni. Pulito e ben accessoriato in cucina per chi ha piacere di cucinare. Bella la zona quieta e silenziosa. Anche se la ' accesso alle piste è molto vicino è comunque necessario prendere la macchina per arrivarci.

Es hat sich ein überdachter Parkplatz und in der Wohnung beim Check-in und für jeden Bedarf während Ihres Aufenthalts. Sehr empfehlenswert!

La casa di Roberto è veramente molto bella e confortevole. Ideale per gruppi di amici o famiglia numerosa. Bella sorpresa la pista da sci che passa proprio dietro casa, anche se un po'disastrata, ma in grado di far raggiungere gli impianti di risalita comodamente. Market alimentare a 100 metri. Noleggio sci 100 metri. Casa con tutte le comodità necessarie, molto gradita la lavastoviglie! Per la prenotazione si interagisce con agenzia che fa da tramite. Per l'accoglienza e l'utilizzo della casa vi sono due custodi chiari, puntuali e presenti. Sistemazione veramente consigliata. È stata una gran bella vacanza.

Walk in distance from the ski slope and connected to a lovely bar/restaurant (that had free wifi) it was a secluded oasis in the center of town! Parking was helpful but very tight, so the smaller your car, the better (tiny by American standards, big for Europe :) The ski locker was very convenient and the studio was just what we needed! Warm, clean, a hot shower and Nespresso. You are a 5 min walk from the center of town, the gondola, and a great little market. Loved it! Thank you! Caio!

I call the apartment Andrea ESSENTIAL to spend a few days skiing. Its location is strategic (attached to plants) and a short walk from the town center. Comfortable, warm and very comfortable.

Located pretty much stuck in the middle and slopes for skiing, the apartment was clean and the bed so comfortable. The only drawback could be the lack of food for those who wanted ... but we managed to prepare something as there knives, plates, kettle, toaster, etc ... The apartment is located in a valuable private propriety, characteristic of the '70s - '80s Italian style and very well maintained. Everything you need is there, either inside the flat or few minutes away, reachable just walking few steps surrounded by the great Alps and forest. Paradise for ski passionates.

Se cercate un appartamento in zona Madonna di Campiglio, ma non proprio nel centro di Madonna, che non sia di quegli appartamenti striminziti (stile Ragazzo di Campagna con Renato Pozzetto) che spesso si trovano in montagna, vicino ai servizi principali e non lontano dalle piste, allora l'appartamento di Luca è quello che può fare per voi. Estremamente disponibili sia lui che la signora Rosanna, la custode del condominio. Lo consiglio senza dubbio.

L'appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito, comodo e confortevole. Ottimamente riscaldato. E' fornito di tutti i comfort. Appena siamo entrati siamo stati piacevolmente sorpresi, le foto non gli rendono giustizia. Lo stile anni '70-'80 non guastava per niente, anzi! Il parcheggio si trova davanti all'appartamento. Le piste da sci sono molto vicine (noi le raggiungevamo con gli sci ai piedi) così come gli altri servizi (piccolo market, noleggio sci,skipass....). Il proprietario, Luca, è sempre disponibile e pronto a offrire informazioni così come la custode Rosanna! Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Grazie ancora Luca (e Rosanna se ci legge!)!

Cosy apartment perfectly located for the Groste & Fortini lifts which are the the key lifts for red/blue runs in Madonna and means you avoid any queues for the resort bus. Easy 20min walk into town, but a steep walk back up! Great communication from Frederico and his housekeeper was very helpful

Camilla was really helpful, sending us all the details we needed in English including pictures of the entrance and remained in touch throughout. We were greeted by Sonia who waited for our arrival even though we were delayed and gave us the keys. Camilla had left us some small edible gifts to welcome us which was a nice touch. The apartment was much bigger than we thought and could easily have fit three couples. There are two large bathrooms and the living/dinning room area was huge. It was very clean and had great facilities including a ski storage area. Great location. Really only a short walk to the campo Carlo magno part of the ski slopes. You can then ski down to the main Telecabin from there. Or you can get a ski shuttle bus from right outside the apartment. It is perfect for a ski holiday with family and friends. We had a great time there and would definitely stay there again. Make sure you check with Camilla about the electrics as we had to ensure the hot water heaters were off when we used the oven. Absolutely fantastic trip, wonderful welcoming and warm apartment to come home to after a day's skiing. Thank you Camilla!!

The flat is cosy although quite small. The house is modern, equipped with elevator and underground parking lot. Generally fine accommodation but one has to learn to live with a weak electricity which prevents simultaneous running of electric appliances and some equipment in the flat would deserve update.

We stayed for three nights, in three pairs. The house is very convenient as the location, it really is equipped with everything that can be used to optimally spend a few days off; In fact, although not huge spaces, is well equipped and furnished in a functional way. Camilla was always very helpful both during the booking and during the stay. As well as Sonia, the person who welcomed us.

Excellent structure for location and for distribution of the premises. Ideal for couples and families. Excellent service on arrival.

We spent 5 great days in Camilla's house in February 2017. The house is small but big enough for 6 adults to enjoy! Everything was clean and well kept. Even though we arrived at 11pm we were met by Sonia who handed the flat over and explained everything. We had a car so it was very easy to get to the slopes and restaurants. Starting off skiing from the house would not be very easy but one could arrange to leave the skis at the local school just near the lift which is about a 15 min walk away. Perfect place for a skiing holiday!

The house is very nice and friendly, had everything we needed. We were greeted with sweets and biscuits. The house is exactly as described by the owner. We only had a small problem at the radiator of a room that was immediately accommodated. The machine went after if we wanted to go out or go shopping, slopes can be reached with a ten-minute walk. So that experience would repeat and recommend it to anyone.

The apartment is very cozy and nice, it has enough place for 6 adults with kids, it's also great that there are two bathrooms - we didn't have any discomfort connected with it. The flat depends to a residence and situated accross the street from the cross-country ski track. We travelled by cars and we could easily reach any lift and the village (Madonna Di Campiglio) but anyway the busstop is very close to the flat. The kitchen is full equipped, the same as baths and bedrooms. Very nice livingroom with fireplace and soft sofas. In general, we spent a wonderful time and very important factor was our accomodation. Camilla's place was wonderful. We were late due to a blizzard and snow chain trouble and Camilla was very understanding and helpful in helping us find the place. Would recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Madonna di campiglio for skiing.
