Remodeled apartment with pool

Ideal for families, in a very quiet and central area of the medieval village of Calonge, 3 km from the magnificent beaches and coves of the Costa Brava. It is a charming village, you can walk through its pedestrian streets, visit its imposing castle and walk through the vineyards. It is a book town, the first booktown in Catalonia. Supermarket 50m away, with the best products in Empordà. 2 minutes away there is a magnificent playground with water games, tubogan, zip line and multi-sport court.

El fet de tenir parking privat és una gran avantatge a l’estiu. La platja i el passeig estan només baixar de l’apartament, la qual cosa és molt còmode i permet banyar-se o caminar en un entorn preciòs! Els bars i restaurants amb terrassa estan a uns 500m! Nice house with garden. Ideal for cycling.

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! You have everything you need to enjoy, beach, mountain and the impressive round paths that line the coastline of the Brava coast as well as its beautiful medieval villages. House is located in one of them, it has a wonderful 12th century castle. We have a supermarket 50m and the beach just two km away. ideal for lovers of road or mountain biking. There are numerous routes.
