Cindy and her family were great. It was perfect for what we were looking for on our trip. Very relaxed and serene and great base for the work we had in the area. Definitely look forward to staying there again if we have work in the area again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Vista Ranch. Cindy and her family were nice enough to take in our whole team that was traveling to the area for Club Rowing National Championships, even though the original listing was for 4 people and there were 9 of us total. We were able to camp out in tents and use some extra space in the barn which was more than enough for us for the week. They have a gorgeous property and we really enjoyed being able to have some extra space and hang out with their 3 German Shepherds in our downtime :) Cindy even stocked the fridge with some snacks and homemade muffins when we arrived after a 14 hour overnight drive which was a very happy and well appreciated surprise. We would absolutely love to stay with them again and will be calling back way in advance if we are planning the trip again next year!

LeeAnn and Kevin's home was absolutely breathtaking. Nested on a quiet street off a quiet road we felt like we were in the country far away. The gentle snorts of Badger (the horse) helped with this illusion- yet we were very close to civilization when we wanted. Both Jungle Jims; quite possibly the best grocery store in the world; and Coney Island were very close. We stayed Father's Day weekend and had our three children- not always the easiest guests- but LeeAnn welcomed us and made everything so comfortable and homelike. The pool was the perfect temperature. The fire pit was absolutely enchanting and very romantic. The space was large- a bedroom, bathroom, breakfast nook and living room stocked with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. They welcomed us to use their grill as well. For a family of five, it was just right. Granted the children are smaller and don't mind sleeping in the same room. I would love to come back with just David for a romantic getaway. The children had an absolute blast! Feeding the horse carrots, swimming, and exploring the neighborhood in a golf cart. It was more than a stay, it was a retreat. Whether you are on business or pleasure- a stay with these fine folks will sure to leave you relaxed, rejuvenated, and ready for the world again.

This was my first time staying at an airbnb, and I was their first guest- a new experience for both of us. Lee Ann is a natural at this- she made me feel very welcome. In fact, I think her main reason for doing this is the opportunity to meet new people. Their home is very beautiful and rather unique- the neighborhood spacious and quiet. The pool filter pump is right outside the bedroom window and at my request, was turned off at night- no problem. There's no door between the upstairs and downstairs areas, so you have visual privacy, but not sound. They were perfectly quiet upstairs, but I was a little self-conscious about noise I might have made, but that's me. I like to be un-intrusive. I shared their kitchen, which became our main time for hanging out. They really were very inviting. As a complete stranger walking into their house and living spaces, I felt amazingly at home very quickly. I completely recommend the stay. Thanks Lee Ann and Kevin!

Beautiful home in a relaxing environment. LeeAnn is a gracious host. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and more! The space is very private and spacious. Loved feeding the horse and the company of the new kitten and two friendly dogs. Would love to stay again.

If you are looking for a relaxing place a way from busy life, this is the right place. LeeAnn is a nice host who always looks for your comfort. You have your own entrance, a cozy living room, and a wonderful bedroom.

We absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our 4-day stay with LeeAnn & Kevin! We really weren't around that much, with a friend's wedding, a ballgame, and general exploring going on, but the time we did spend at the house was pleasant, comfortable, and restful! I felt like we were on a retreat! LeeAnn made us an amazing breakfast our first morning (even catering to our vegetarian diet), and was always available with advice & suggestions on places to go and things to do. I'm hoping for another reason to visit Cincinnati in the future, and will definitely be staying at this cozy B&B!

Ginger and Dennis were wonderful hosts. Their home is very lovely and the perfect spot to get out of the city. We enjoyed an excellent frittata, coffee cake and conversation for breakfast one morning with them! Thank you Ginger we had a lovely time!

The pictures are just like what you get! The grounds are beautifully landscaped just like in the pictures. The living area is just like home, clean, roomy and private. I would highly recommend staying with Ginger on this beautiful farm. Ginger gave me privacy but also would send me friendly text to see if I had any needs...I love this! I spent 2 nights and clearly it wasn't long enough...I sure hope I can make it back. Don't hesitate booking this for a quite weekend or week.

The room is actually 4 rooms to our wonderful surprise however we only utilized 3 of them. The property is beautiful, serene and relaxing. After our busy days of sight seeing it was a joy to return to our room for a night of pool playing, or board games and or just relaxing. Thank you Ginger and Dennis. Serendipity Farm is absolutely beautiful!!!! Ginger, Denny, and their dog Bo were all so welcoming, friendly, and giving. The view from where we stayed was absolutely beautiful. It looked out to the lake. It was so peaceful and gave my family a nice chance to relax. I personally was able to enjoy the outside with a nice cup of coffee and a book. It was also very spacious and cozy inside. We also had a blast playing with Bo...he is so energetic and it was fun to watch him enjoy the property. We had such a wonderful time, THANK YOU! We hope to be back soon.

This is a beautiful and quiet space which was ideal for relaxing after a long day at the office. It is nestled in the woods to provide a serene setting while also being close enough to highways, shopping areas and restaurants. Extremely clean and well kept and the hosts are very attentive to the needs of guests. What a find!

It was a big and beautiful home. We stayed there for work but it felt like vacation. Would definitely recommend it!

Lori's mother who lives on the property let us in. We had a late start but she was very nice when we arrived 2 hours later than we had planned. The place was wonderfull and the worst thing I could call Lori's mom is very sweet. There freshly baked scones and muffins and fruit for breakfast. My family wishes we could have stayed longer. All in all I would definatlly come back.

The four of us really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room and discovered the couch folds out so we could have 6 of us instead of 4 in a pinch. It was quiet and peaceful, clean and comfortable. There was a neat place to eat nearby and our greeter told us all about it. Thanks again for a wonderful time in the country.

I feel in love with this place. The building, the reclaimed farmhouse characteristics, the scenic setting, all of it. Lori was an excellent communicator, especially considering this was kind of a last minute booking on my part. AND it is my first Air BnB stay. You cannot beat the scenic wooded setting. There is a hiking trail and ponds as well. Our hosts left us generous portions of food to snack on, plus juice and coffee for breakfast. The house has anything you could possibly need for just one night, or a weeklong stay. It was very clean, and we loved exploring all of the books and knickknacks. We wish we were able to stay longer, but we are already planning our next visit there! We enjoy doing the NKY Backroads wine trail, and this is a perfect convenient location to enjoy the local vinyards. There's a gas station and dollar store within a mile. There is a canoe livery nearby as well! We are definitely coming back to enjoy more wine, the Licking River, and the hospitality!

The home was lovely. Everything was as presented. As soon as you pull up to the white picket fence you are in time warp. We felt as though we were in Williamsburg VA, revolutionary war era! It is extremely secluded and would be perfect for a honeymoon retreat.

This was our first Airbnb experience, and we are grateful it was such a positive one. Theresa was a warm a gracious host. Her home was the perfect place for us to settle in an enjoy our little family reunion. The private yard and pool were great spaces for our family, as was the fully built-out basement. In all, we feel as though we made a friend in Theresa, and look forward to returning sometime in the future.

Theresa was very welcoming when she arrived and explained anything we wanted to know about the house. We chose this particular house because of its space, location, and the wonderful reviews it was given. However, party spent the first hour sweeping, dusting, and vacuuming the house. We had two babies and a sister who has dust allergies which was a huge motivation but despite these factors I would still have cleaned the place up a bit. We were very disappointed upon arrival but overall had a great visit!! The pool is a great addition to the house and the grill works fairly well. The are places to shop and eat near by.

Theresa has a lovely big house, our family had a great time staying there. The weather wasn't great, so unfortunately we only got to use her awesome pool twice, but it's a beautiful pool and deck area. The house is in a nice quiet location with only a short drive to local stores and restaurants, and it's not too far from downtown Cincinnati. We'll definitely stay there again if we go back to Cincinnati!

Theresa was a very welcoming hostess and invited us to make ourselves comfortable in her home. It is very conveniently located close to shopping areas and yet is fairly private. We really enjoyed the pool since it was a very hot week end.

This home was perfect for our family to share a weekend together. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Theresa is a gracious host. The common areas were wonderful and there were plenty of places for people to relax and hang out.

We had a wonderful time at the East Cincy house. It is spacious, has a beautifully updated kitchen, and it is incredibly clean. It was a great home base for us while visiting family in Cincinnati. The neighborhood is quiet and we saw deer in the yard every day of our stay. Ginger was very responsive and made sure we had everything that we needed. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in town.

This was our second stay at Ginger's house and we once again enjoyed our stay. We brought our 3 young kids to spend a week with their grandparents and cousins. Ginger was very accommodating and the house super clean.

Excellent pre visit communications with Ginger, vetted us properly which showed she values her Property and so she should it was a fantastic base for us as we competed at the OCR World Championships nearby. The on the day key handover was detailed and the property immaculate, was very understanding of our late arrival due to delays in getting a hire car and the need to stop for food. Lovely peaceful area and had ideal facilities to allow us to cook for ourselves which we really valued. We could not have been happier.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was great to be able to stay together instead of in several hotel rooms. We found several fun things to do in the area (Coney Island, Woodland Mound).

Oh my, let me tell you, from the moment I came in the door I seen that everything was perfect. But when I went in my room I was totally blown away. Everything was there, from the sheets to the toilet paper, the towels, and the washing machine was awesome. You didn't really have to go out, unless you wanted to get something to eat. The kitchen area had everything you needed and the yard was fantastic. Everything was great. The beds were very comfortable. The fireplace added to the room, and I loved smelling the logs burning.

Rented the house for a golfing vacation with 4 buddies. House is in great shape and nearly everything is new. Spacious and very comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone and the man-cave downstairs has everything. We had a terrific time. If you need a place to stay near Cincinnati, this is it.

Our whole experience at Ginger's house was wonderful! I met up with my old college roommates and all of our 5 babies under 2 years old, and we all traveled from out of state. The house had EVERYTHING we could've possibly needed - and I mean everything. We so appreciated the special touches like the extra pack n play she set up for us, the bottle brush, night lights in the rooms, plenty of toiletries, etc. It helped us truly feel at home.

Mery Ann was the perfect host! She made me breakfast and was constantly asking what she could do to make my stay as wonderful as possible. The house is lovely and we had overall great conversations that made it a wonderful stay!
