The apartment is bright and you get to the beach without crossing roads. The terrace of 25 square meters allows you to fully enjoy the outside. The complex is opposite the Stella Maris foundation (150m) and is also very convenient to the Coni center. (Please also read the “Other Things to Consider” section carefully.) No pets allowed :( :(
