Garden house in beautiful surroundings

The garden shed is seperat from the main house in a quiet location. Small but fine with its own terrace and sunbathing area. The cottage is lovingly furnished and offers a way to recover from everyday life and its hustle and bustle. The lower floor consists of kitchen ,to reach the upper floor via a chicken ladder(100Kg). Here you will find an oasis and also a starting point for excursions and cycling in the beautiful surroundings. An organic farm with about 30-40 cows is at the end of the street.

Hi ! The flat is suitable for up to 4 people or a small family with 1-2 kids. We renovated the flat completely in 2019. You will have access to a terrace and as we are placed at the edge of Kempten there are plenty options to do sports in nature or relax in walks. The bus line stops directly vis-à-vis our house and shopping possibilities are right around the corner. For insider tips in the area just ask! We use a camera at the entrance area for surveillance. Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill, before drowning in the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved, in particular, by the refurbished visible beams. The house is located at 900m altitude, the climate is therefore somewhat rougher, in the summer yet very sunny. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

We rent out our beautiful “Waldhäusschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with a forest panorama, you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The creek is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing sound and lapping can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones... including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

Our place is barrier free. You have your own entrance and large parking spot in front of the door. There is a separate garden piece for you to use, which offers beautiful shade from the trees in summertime. You can start directly from your accommodation walks or bike rides. On the large meadow next to it, a kite can certainly be climbed well. There is an open-air swimming pool 800 metres away. We love hosting guests in beautiful Allgäu.
