Open all Year, totally Private, secure large cabin style room, park next to your room. This 11,000 sf home houses an on site restaurant open noon till 8 pm closed Mondays, free room service, gift shop, Espresso Coffee House. Property is 25 miles from Bryce Canyon, 35 miles from Zion National Park, and 30 miles from Brian Head Ski Resort and Cedar Breaks National Monument. We are located on Utah’s HWY 89, south end of Hatch. Free In room snacks drinks coffee and continental breakfast for two.
Breathtaking scenic views, star gazing from the patio, watch the sunrise, spot many different types of birds (including owls, Bald Eagles, Hawks, Ravens, Hummingbirds, Finch, and wild turkeys), or enjoy watching the graceful deer and elk graze nearby.
Breathtaking! Ranches, mountains, amazing star gazing due to the lack of city light pollution. We keep a telescope on the patio for guests to fully enjoy any star gazing opportunities. It is not unusual to see a few shooting stars while in Southern Utah! Grazing deer, wild turkeys roaming through the fields, the majestic flight of Bald Eagles and Hawks. At night, if you listen closely you can hear the soft call from the Great Horned Owl.
  • Wonderful! Such a great location for Bryce Canyon and such kind hosts. I loved my stay and the place was so clean. It was so nice to have such great water pressure, hot water, great WiFi, and TV access for our down time after hiking all day! Would stay here anytime.

  • Beautiful space, walking distance to eateries in town.

    Nicole2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was easy to find and perfectly situated for a visit to Bryce Canyon. Very clean and comfortable accommodations and communication was quick. We didn’t see a blender and asked if there was one available that we could use. Five minutes later it was delivered! So nice and really appreciated. We would stay here again if the opportunity arose.

    Beth2019-10-25T00:00:00Z
  • Kristeen's place was comfortable and stylish. The kitchen area was well thought out and the coffee machine was a treat. The bed was spacious and comfortable with high thread count bedding. The towels provided were soft and plush. Everything was sparkling clean.

    Betty2019-10-22T00:00:00Z
  • What a delight of a place in Tropic! Cozy in just the right ways for two people. Close to Bryce Canyon NP. Enough food choices nearby for short stays. (Please go eat at Stone Hearth Grill while in Tropic, by the way. Treat.) We’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

    Stephen2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great place near Bryce! Adorable and clean. They had the heater on for us when we arrived!

  • The Bybee Nest #2 is an excellent place to stay for exploring Bryce Canyon and other parks. The place was super clean, the king bed was very comfy and the hosts were very responsive and friendly. The apartment is walking distance to the grocery store, several restaurants and across the street from a museum. We highly recommend this place!

    Juli & Gerry2019-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • ByBee’s is a cute and cosy little basement apartment in the tiny town of Tropic, nearby beautiful Bryce Canyon. We didn’t have a chance to meet Kristeen and her husband, but co-cost Paul welcomed us just after we arrived and gave us some useful tips on the local area. The apartment is immaculately clean, newly fitted out and stylish, everything you need and lots of thoughtful touches besides. The kitchen had coffee-maker, a large fridge and a microwave, but there was no need to cook, as there were quite a few dining options just in the local area (we’ll have to try the nearby fine-dining Stone Hearth Grill next time, the menu looked amazing!) We were really very comfortable there, after a couple of days on the road and only wished coud have stayed longer. Hope to visit again in the not-too-distance future!

  • Perfect for what we wanted - a quick place to refresh in between heavy hikes. Definitely not the fanciest place in the world but it was clean, there was heat, full bath, bed, TV, and a ceiling fan. If you’re looking for a quick refresh in between hikes this is the spot, especially for the price!!!

  • This a friendly, family-owned place that's really convenient for exploring Bryce Canyon. The owner gave us the rundown on all the restaurants in town and answered all of our questions when we checked in. (We really enjoyed the live music and good food at Showdowns.) The room has everything you need including fast internet, Netflix and a mini fridge. We enjoyed relaxing under the pergola on the hotel grounds and enjoying the beautiful surroundings after a day of hiking.

    Patricia2019-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • My check in was after office hours and there was a key waiting for me at the office door. Thoughtful touches in the room and clean space. If ever coming going through that area again, I would certainly re-book at Bybee's Motel.

  • We had an amazing stay at Gregory's! The place was sparkling clean and we were welcomed into a warm comfortable place since it was super cold outside. Terrie2020-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • First, clarify for those who have not seen it, that this is a room within a classic rural accommodation of the USA, where each room has its own access from the parking / garden, etc. That said, our stay here went very well. Upon arrival we found the room at a very pleasant temperature, given the intense cold that was out. The room was spotless, with two large comfortable beds. The bathroom and dressing room also very well, all very clean and with a shower with good power and hot water. For any small incident the staff was quick and decisive. The only negative side is that the town of Bryce is 2 minutes from the hotel by car, and it is necessary to travel there in case you need to go to the supermarket, gas station etc. The hotel has only one restaurant next door. Despite this, I recommend this accommodation, we were very good at it.

    Alba2020-02-11T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to stay and great price.

    Samantha2020-02-09T00:00:00Z

The host was great as well and gave us a lot of good advice and tips for traveling down the mountains with an incoming winter storm. Would recommend and we would love to stay there again.

  • Tracy’s place was amazing. It was very clean, spacious and decorated so nicely. Everything we could possibly need for the night, we had. It was about a 30 minute drive to Bryce Canyon making it really easy to get up early to hike. If we’re ever back in the area, we will certainly be staying here!

Everything was exactly as described and communication with Tracy was effortless. Would definitely recommend!

  • If you are looking for a place to stay for your trip around Bryce Canyon look no further! Tracy was a phenomenal host and had so many incredible touches! We walked into the home and the heat was turned on (it was super cold outside) and to a fully stocked place. They left us some basic food essentials and that made our trip so much easier. The space is beautifully designed and the bed was so comfortable and cozy! 5 stars all around!

Enjoy our picturesque little cabins tucked away in our own little hidden valley. Set in remote Southern Utah, our cabins are in close proximity to Zion (34 miles) and Bryce Canyon (41 miles) National Parks, and to Cedar Breaks National Monument (38 miles). Nestled next to the unique small town of Alton, our cabins will take you back to “the simple life.” Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, or with friends, our cabins have something to offer everyone.
Located 5 miles off Highway 89 on 23 acres of southern Utah landscape, these studio cabins are located in the cozy little town of Alton. This location is a prime, central stay if you are looking to see all the sites that Southern Utah has to offer. We are only an hour away from Zion and Bryce Canyon National Park, and Cedar Breaks. 45 minutes from Kanab and Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, and even closer to many more “local” hikes. This cabin has a unique history dating back to the 1920’s when it was built in Bryce Canyon National Park. Instead of being torn down it was moved to its current location in the small town of Alton in 1980. It has recently been renovated to fit its unique simplicity. This cabin is one of a series of five other quaint cabins. You will have your own cozy private studio with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a walk in shower. The room includes a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A propane heater, AC units and ceiling fan are in the room for guest comfort (according to season.) There is WIFI but no phone service for most providers. This is truly a “get away from it all” experience. • The cabin had the amenities we needed and the space itself was perfect for a weekend away to explore the outdoors. Cellular service was limited to none, but the WiFi was working superb!

  • We stayed here for a few nights while exploring Bryce canyon and zion national parks - it makes a perfect base. It is cosy and comfortable and not too far off the main road. We really appreciated the disposable plates and cutlery - a thoughtful touch. I am sure we will return to explore the area more - would thoroughly recommend

  • Very clean, private and cozy little cabin. BBQ and fire pit on site. Highly recommend

  • Great location and easy communication. Comfy bed (what else could you ask for after a long road trip) easy to find with their location and details provided. Good value for money. Would recommend and stay again!

  • This place was just perfect for our needs. With so much outdoors to explore around, we loved having this little cabin as home base for our time in the area.

  • We were expecting a little boui-boui in a cabin but we were pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this accommodation and its bathroom. In addition, the communication was excellent.

  • Super cute cabin! Beautiful stars and interesting history. Really enjoyed my stay!

  • We visited Zion park and then stayed here over night before visiting Bryce canyon. This place was perfect as a quick overnight stay. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. It was a lovely little woodland cabin.

  • Joanne and Rob’s place was sparkling clean, cozy, and warm. Amazing views off the back porch, and quite close to major attractions including Bryce park. It’s the perfect spot for a couple looking to get away and explore the area!

  • The house is good to enjoy Brace Caynon. I could see the sunset, sunrise, and stars in the bedroom. The house is clean and good to cook.

  • My wife and I had a lovely stay here.

    Ryan2020-02-14T00:00:00Z
  • Joanne and Rob's place was the perfect cozy retreat after a long day of driving. I was a little anxious getting there in the late afternoon that we would have trouble finding the place, but the directions provided were spot on and check in was a breeze. We arrived just in time to enjoy a spectacular sunset. There was a market located nearby and having use of all the kitchen amenities was super convenient. It was about a 20 minute drive to Bryce Canyon. Joanne and Rob were very responsive and quick to answer all of our questions. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

    Lianne2020-02-07T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great location to explore Bryce! Highly recommend staying here.

    Emily2020-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • Joanne & Rob are amazing hosts. The guesthouse was warm, cozy, clean. The view was amazing as advertised. If you’re visiting Bryce Canyon this is an excellent option.

    David2020-01-12T00:00:00Z
  • The location is amazing, and the view is really a privilege. The house was very cozy, and easy to find with the directions provided. There was a tiny problem will the check in, but we contacted Joan and she promptly answered, and took care of everything. Visiting in winter was a wonderful experience. Bryce Canyon and the surrounding areas were very beautiful with snow. Thank you very much for everything.

Brand New Tiny Home! Perched on a hilltop overlooking the charming farming community of Panguitch. Secluded with incredible views in every direction. Sleep 3-4 comfortably inside. Those wanting an amazing experience can step out front door a few yards and sleep under "world renowned" night sky in the hammocks. Just 20 minutes to Bryce Canyon! Also find wonderful hikes/rides right outside the front door on endless acres of open BLM land with trails, fishing streams, wildlife, and much more!
  • Following a canalization problem in the tini house we were relocating in the house. It was perfect. A beautiful house on the hill perfectly clean, arranged and equipped. The house is very spacious and has a terrace with a nice view. Doug is very responsive by message. The accommodation is only 30 minutes from Bryce Canyon. It's very useful. It is highly recommended.

  • Stay here if you want something close to Bryce Canyon National Park!

    Michelle2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great adventure at the tiny house. It was beautifully decorated and designed and was very comfortable and spacious for our short stay. Easy access and not too far from Bryce (20 minutes). We were able to go into town for dinner and groceries.

    Suzanne2019-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful little house, great proximity to the parks and to Panguitch. Nice quite location as well. The home was well stocked with the basics which was an added plus.

    Stephanie2019-10-05T00:00:00Z
  • This tiny home was fantastic! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while exploring Bryce Canyon. It only took 20-25 minutes to get there and it was much more affordable than options closer. The tiny home is laid out very well and was very comfortable for us 2 (it could sleep more as well!). There were nice touches like a cozy blanket, TV, chiminea fireplace, etc. I would definitely stay here again!

    Kelsy2019-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • The thoughtful layout of the home more than made up for the small space, and the beds were far more comfortable than I would expect from a lofted bed. The picnic table, fire pit, and hammocks outside the home were perfect for an evening under the stars. This place was a perfect home base for a weekend spent visiting the parks in the area.

    Wendy2019-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • Great space-perfect for solo travelers. Panguitch is a cute town-has everything you need and the drives to Bryce and Zion are short-allows you to be away from the crowds. Would definitely book Doug's place again.

    Jennifer2019-09-26T00:00:00Z

  • My siblings and I stayed at the Kim’s place during our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park. The Airbnb was super close to the NP. The Airbnb was super clean. The breakfast was delicious and a healthy choice too. They ask when we check in if the breakfast opinions was okay if not they could make something else for us. My sister had blisters on her feet from hiking and Kim was nice enough to give her bandages. They are Super nice highly recommend if your in Utah!!!

  • This is the place to stay in Panguitch! We arrived a bit earlier than expected due to a surprise snowstorm, and Kim was there to greet us. The room was very nicely decorated and clean. The beds were wonderful, and we were glad to find out that the heater in the room was working very well too. The complimentary breakfast was served in a cozy room in the main house, and tasted soooo good. Thank you so much Kim++!

  • Betty & Jeremy's tiny home is absolutely a hidden gem. A perfect place to relax after exploring nearby national parks. It's secluded, cozy, and has everything you need to feel like a tiny-home-away-from-home.

  • Place was outstanding and better than expected!! Perfect for a private getaway near Zion!!

    Adam2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • It is the exact thing you need when you are looking to escape the city life. You are secluded in a private setting surround by trees on top of a hill with a view. Along with all that you have a tiny home with all the amenities needed to enjoy your stay without having to go anywhere. There are no major supermarkets so I suggest bringing a cooler with food to offload when you arrive but other than that it is a must see/must stay location.

    Sean2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • This tiny home was so cozy and there was so much charm in such a small package. The small details made it really feel like home. And you can’t beat the location! We recommend this Airbnb highly! Thank you Betty and Jeremy!

  • This neat little home was amazing for us. It has character and charm and the hosts are so easy to work with and extremely quick to communicate. It was very clean and very well kept and perfect for what we were looking for, a nice little place in the mountains to get away and enjoy some peaceful tranquility. Great central location between Bryce and Zion or is great all by itself! Definitely a place we will stay again!

    Jesse2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, stylish and in a beautiful location. During the winter months, a 4x4 vehicle would be ideal. Host communication was excellent I highly recommend staying here.

You’ll love staying here because of the spectacular 360˚ views on a private 13-acre property. Conveniently and easily accessible directly off Hwy 89. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Enjoy spectacular views of Red Rock Cliffs and the Sevier River from your hilltop private TIPI. Fifteen minutes to Red Canyon and Scenic Byway 12, 25 min to Bryce Canyon, 45 min to Kodachrome Basin, 1 hour to Zion. * If you don’t see the date you want, check out my SOARING HAWK TIPI.
Staying in a TIPI is a form of camping, so bugs and critters may find their way into your TIPI. It can get cold at night so bring a good sleeping bag and long underwear. The TIPI is bolted and tied down onto a platform deck about 2ft off the ground. Please note, currently there is no shower, water, or electricity on the property other than an outhouse which is located a short distance away from your TIPI. I provide a solar light but it’s a good idea to bring your own flashlights as a backup. NOTE: SHOWERS are available at the nearby Red Canyon Campground on Highway 12, about a ten minute drive from my TIPI site. They are "pay" showers requiring coins (quarters), but the facilities are clean and well maintained and there are parking spaces near the shower building. The cost is $2.50 for eight minutes. The showers require quarters. There is a change machine on site that accepts $1 or $5 bills.
Hatch (4 miles South) and Panguitch (7 miles North) are the closet towns. Both offer great places to eat and some unique shopping stores. Panguitch has several places I like to eat at, C-Stop Pizza, Cowboys Smokehouse, and the Flying M has a great breakfast menu. * Note many local businesses are CLOSED ON SUNDAYS including restaurants. Major retail stores like Walmart are in Cedar City (about 1.5 hours away) are open on Sundays. Into fishing? About 7 miles South of my place along Hwy 89, Mammoth and Asay Creek are the head-water streams of the Sevier River. Asay Creek is designated as a Blue-Ribbon Stream, and Mammoth should be as well. Both streams have large fish populations and are easily accessed. There is over seven miles of public access on Mammoth Creek and several miles of access on Asay as well. Both streams are home to brown trout, with some rainbows in Asay, along with mountain white fish.
  • After a long rainy day in Zion we were unable to make it to the tipi before dark. We did stop by for about an hour the following morning (gone by 11:30) the host was nice to accommodate a late check out. We made a fire in the pit and took some great photos. Very photogenic location. Never actually went Inside the Tipi. Lol too cold to leave the fireside. Regardless, we had a great time. Thank you!

    Tristyn2019-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Rented both TVs for an amazing time and went on adventures in Bryce Canyon/Dixie NF and Willis Creek Slot Canyons. It was cold, but peaceful! Would reccomend!

  • Running Deer Tipi is such a special getaway! We stayed here one night on a road trip in our converted van. Very close to parks and such an ideal location to get away from the overcrowded parks. Brant has excellent communication! From providing details regarding check-in, directions, and even a list of things to do in the area!! Sunrises are really special so make sure not to miss them!

    Shawna2019-10-16T00:00:00Z
  • This is the most unique and amazing airbnb I've ever stayed in ( and I've stayed in quite a few). The Tipi overlooks the most beauty valley and the sunrise is unbelievable. The fire was perfect to make s'mores and watch the stars at night. Only note- it is VERY cold at night (20 degrees) so just come prepared! The host did provide a bunch of blankets and sleeping bags which definitely helped keep us warm!

    Ashley2019-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Weather ended up being in the teens the night i was to stay. Brant offered a refund if i wished to find other lodging. I gladly accepted. Communication was great the entire time. Her even recommended a great local hiking place, Willis Creek.

  • We like relaxing visits to National Parks. Staying at Panguich House was --for us -- the perfect was to enjoy Bryce Canyon National Park. We drove all day Sunday and checked in to a lovely room (a suite, really). We easily walked to a great restaurant for dinner, had a good night's sleep, A FANTASTIC BREAKFAST in Kim's dining room, then enjoyed the Park all day. We returned to Panguich House dusty from a great day hiking Bryce Canyon National Park. Had a second good night's sleep, a second great breakfast, and we then enjoyed a glorious four or five hour drive to our next destination, Grand Canyon National Park. We truly loved Panguich House. Yes, indeed, we'd stay there again.

  • Such a cute and cozy getaway spot -- conveniently located close to both Bryce Canyon and Zion. The yurt stayed nice and warm in the cold weather, was a lovely place to come back to at the end of long hiking days

    Amber2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • My best friend and I loved our stay in Jeannie's yurt! We spent the first half of the day in Bryce Canyon but it started snowing so we decided to settle in our yurt a bit early. There was wifi in the yurt, a TV, and a very cozy bed. We also appreciated the washer and dryer in the bathroom! There was ample heat available with space heaters in each area to ensure we stayed warm. I will say that we stayed there a night that it snowed and just because of the design of the yurt's roof we did occasionally hear some snow sliding off the roof... not really a big deal though. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, Jeannie!!

    Kara2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This place was great! It was clean and cozy. Jeannie was a great host. Definitely would go back

    Travis2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We had such an amazing stay! Jeannie has local recommendations for us, one of which was an amazing hike! The location was perfect. The hurt had everything we needed and more. I’d highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back.

    Carinda2020-01-13T00:00:00Z
  • By far the coolest place to stay if you’re seeing Bryce Canyon and or Zion. The Yurt is conveniently located directly off of 89, and is a stone’s throw away from several amenities in Panguitch, while retaining a certain remote feeling. Jeannie is a phenomenal host, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

  • Great home to warm up in during a cold winter night. Has all the basic amenities plus instant hot water and fast internet. Levi had turned on the space heaters to warm up the house for my arrival and quick to respond. Quiet neighborhood, quiet town, and away from the highway.

    Huy2020-01-25T00:00:00Z
  • Levi’s place was close enough to Bryce Canyon and a good value for the area. We came in late and it was well lit and easy to find. Levi is working on getting the heat fixed so the space heaters were used. Should be fixed soon

    Gail2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Levi's place was great for our needs as a quick stopover by Bryce National Park. It has laundry (a huge perk for people who are hiking and need to refresh) and a fully equipped kitchen for those looking to make a meal. Levi was very quick with communication and never left us to feel like he was too busy to answer any of our questions. Not for those looking for a luxury stay, but if you want a bang for your buck stay with a fantastic host, this is the spot.

    Taylor2020-01-16T00:00:00Z
  • This place is very close to Bryce Canyon national park. Very spacious. The bedrooms were both good size and comfortable. I think the central heating is out of order, but the host was thoughtful enough to provide heaters in all rooms and left them running so that the house was a warm enough upon our arrival. The kitchen had. basic supplies for making coffee and spices if we intended to cook. The house was spotless clean. The host had kept extra towels and toiletries because it was 4 of us staying there. In summer this would be a very good location to stay because it is near all the nice restaurants and stores, but because we went in the thick of winter, everything was closed for the season. Nevertheless, its proximity to the park was very good. Loved this place and will definitely book this place again when we return to Bryce.

This basement apartment is in a 1919 red brick historical home. The home has served as a doctor's office, midwife's home, and a bed and breakfast in the past 100 years.
This is a 3 bedroom, english style, downstairs apartment (close to 9 feet ceilings) in large historical home.
Quiet neighborhood within close walking distance to main street shopping, restaurants, theater, grocery store, and more!
  • Great cozy place! We came in the winter and there were heaters in every room which really helped! About 35 minutes from Bryce canyon. Almost none of the restaurants in the town are open during the winter, but there is a grocery store and drug store as well as a movie theater which shows movies once or twice a day. Barbara and her husband Bob were very friendly and even invited us to dinner 😁

  • I knew when I arrived. "Why didn't I book this place longer?" It was as good a place as it was, and it was spacious. There were so many rooms that I thought you made the wrong reservation. The accommodation was furnished with many things I needed. The room was beautiful, and I really want to stay again next time.

    Eulalie2019-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • This place was more than enough for just two people. It was cozy and a fun place to stay with the western theme. Was just staying for the night, but met all of our needs. I imagine it would be great for big groups too.

The host had warned us that there are no restaurants or stores in Alton, so we can prepared with our own food. We were able to cook several meals with utensils and dishes provided in the apartment. The surrounding area is very beautiful and very rural.

  • Julie's cabin was a sweet, idyllic stay. It was perfect for us because we wanted to have a central home base between Zion and Bryce Canyon. Since we visited before busy season the traffic was nonexistent and the drives were gorgeous. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle outside of the National parks I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Log cabin on 280 acre Sevier River Ranch - 25 mins to Bryce, 50 mins to Zion
The Wranglers Quarters @ Sevier River Ranch & Cattle Company is a private studio style log cabin located on a quiet 280 acre cattle ranch in Hatch, between Bryce Canyon (25 mins) and Zion National Park (50 mins). The air conditioned Quarters are newly decorated with ranching antiques and consist of a main room with one California king bed, a kitchenette with sink, microwave, refrigerator and "Nespresso" style automatic espresso and coffee maker (no stove or cooking utensils) and a private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. It sleeps 2 people and is about the size of a large hotel room. The private deck offers panoramic view across the ranch's pastures (where you may see cattle being herded by cowboys during the summer), the Sevier River winding through the ranch, and the Hatch valley. A charcoal BBQ is available for your use outside (charcoal not provided). High speed Internet service (free wifi) and DirecTV satellite TV service are available. The Wranglers Quarters are located next to the Ranch Hands Bunkhouse (sleeps 2 in 1 Cal King bed), available for rent via a separate listing. In the event you are renting only the Wranglers Quarters, please be advised that there may be 2 other guests staying at the Ranch Hands Bunkhouse simultaneously. Should you need even more space for your group, you may consider renting the main Ranch House which sleeps 6, The Barn which sleeps 3, Farriers Quarters which sleeps 4 and has a full kitchen, or The Tack Room similar to Fariers Quarters available via separate listing. You will enjoy a good night rest in eery silence. If you're from the big city, it will take some getting used to! The property is equipped with state-of-the-art electronic locks so that guests can check themselves in at any time, and late check-in is not a problem. Guests can roam freely on the ranch as well as fish (with a Utah fishing license, that can be purchased online) and swim in the Sevier River. We are always available to answer any questions or give you tips for daytrips or restaurants. We speak fluent French, German, Spanish and English. Do not hesitate to reach out with any question, prior or during your trip. Whether you are looking to explore the natural wonders of the area (the Quarters are located between 2 of the most visited National Parks in the country) or whether you're an animal lover (there is cattle on the property during the summer, many deer roam on the property, you can watch a large array of birds right from the deck, and we have the biggest animal shelter in the US is 45 minutes away), the Quarters have it all. The Wranglers Quarters are located on the Sevier River Ranch in Hatch, a small rural town of 200 people. Locals are very friendly and helpful, and you shouldn't hesitate to ask anyone for tips and recommendations. The Sevier River Ranch is very private on the edge of town. It sits on 280 acres and is traversed by the Sevier River and there are typically 100+ head of cattle on the property during the summer season Note that there are no grocery stores in Hatch and you should plan to bring at least some food with you. The nearest grocery store is in Panguitch (15 mins) and you will find a Walmart Supercenter in Cedar City (1 hour). There is no public transportation. You will need a car. 4x4 or high clearance is recommended in order to enjoy the surrounding trails, but a regular low-clearance sedan is sufficient to access the Quarters themselves. We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy.

  • Amazing and cozy cabin. There are a couple 3-4 similar cabin units on the property , but they feel very private . Incredible views and perfect size for staying cozy! Was a perfect getaway between exploring Zion and Bryce parks. The only sounds we heard were the horses on the ranch. Wish the wether had been nicer to enjoy the deck, grill and swing with epic views.

  • 1000% recommend staying in this sweet little spot for a mountain escape close to Bryce Canyon and Zion. Shawn brought us an extra comforter (since we're from LA and totally unaccustomed to the Cold and Snow) and gave us recommendations for where to eat despite holiday closures of most of the town of Panguitch. Shawn also totally understood and gave us a refund for our last night when we had to leave early to beat a snowstorm. I actually hope to return in the future for more time in this beautiful little town!

    Rachel2019-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • A very unique experience. More than meets the eye. Thoughtful touches like toiletries and coffee maker. Comfortable bed and stylish space overall. I would come back!

    Sara2019-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • I really liked the icehouse. Looks great when you first walk in. I would definitely stay again. Great location. There was snow when we arrived and it was cold outside. There is a heater in both the bathroom and bedroom that work well but the bedroom does get cold still so we suggest bringing some extra layers. It was warm enough for me that I didn’t use the blanket sometimes but not for my wife who fortunately had layers.

  • We enjoyed our stay and loved how close it was to Kanab, Zion, and Bryce. We came in at night and had trouble finding it but Betty and Jeremy were super helpful even at 10PM and made sure we found it. I would suggest checking in during the daylight just in case you are directionally challenged like us. :)

  • Really great home with a comfy bed, cozy spaces and a decent kitchen to cook in.

  • My goal for my trip to Utah was to disconnect and to see as much of the National parks in the area as I could, and my stay here did exactly that. I loved having a spot that was private and was within an hour drive of both Zion and Bryce. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, while everything looks close on a map, usually drives to get one place to another take longer due to the routes roads go. So finding a place that puts you an hour drive to two of the national parks was a big score. Thank you Betty and Jeremy for the hospitality, tips, and suggestions!

  • Little Patch of Heaven is just that -- a perfect place to get away from it all. We had a lovely time here. The hosts were communicative and responsive, and provided great directions for arrival and departure. The location was perfect, nestled into the hills and only a short drive from some incredible hikes. The space was clean, cozy, and chic. We loved it!

  • Expect the unexpected. Pictures does not do this place justice. It is so much more beautiful and awesome in person!

  • Nice place! Close to the main road, but plenty of quiet privacy. The driveway is steep, icy, and muddy, so a 2wd sedan might have trouble making it, especially if you accidentally go down the road next to theirs like we did. Very clean and cozy cabin! Would definitely stay again!

Come stay at this charming historic, 9 gable, 3 bedroom home in Panguitch, Utah. Built in 1897 it was constructed using bricks from the Town Kiln..
The houses’ history includes stories of a stagecoach stop, a hotel, medical clinic, and even the sheriff’s house. You can go around back and down into the outside basement entrance to see the remnants of the old jail cell! Aside from it's incredible history, the house is central to community folklore. Local legend tells of federal agents spilling into town under the cover of night to hunt local polygamists. In an attempt to warn residents of their coming, Hanna Pace, the sheriff’s wife, would light a lamp and set it in the window, signaling all the men in the neighborhood to go into hiding. And if you're the gunslinger type, you'll love the legend that wild west outlaw Butch Cassidy stayed here one night while being transported. The home has been completely gutted and renovated maintaining it’s historic charm, with all of the modern luxuries you could hope for. Enjoy your own private room with a comfortable queen bed and private bathroom with 2 large communal sitting areas as well as a shared luxury kitchen, laundry room, bonus room, and dining room. This bedroom is on the main floor and has a master bathroom in the bedroom. It includes the original fire place as well as a large closet. The closet door is a beautiful door that was originally used as the front door. Each bedroom has it’s own lock and all guests have access to the common areas. During the warm months, enjoy cooking with our grill and smoker or just relax in the evenings on the porch with an open fire while stargazing. If you are really adventurous you can even go up on the roof balcony through the bonus room to star gaze. Each room is rented out individually and includes a private bathroom.
  • We rented the fireplace room for a night and had a great time. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-equipped so we were able to cook a really fun dinner and eat it in the lovely space. The bedroom and private bathroom were also very nice and comfortable. Check-in (and out) was easy and efficient.

  • This historic house is absolutely stunning. Completely remodeled and beautiful. Staying here was most definitely an experience to remember. My favorite part about the house was the rooftop deck. Although it was somewhat challenging to figure out how to get up there at first, it was totally worth the effort. A couple things to note about it though, the door hatch to get up there is pretty narrow. So if you’re a bigger guy like me, you might have to suck in your gut to squeeze up there. Also, don’t close the hatch door while you’re up there or you’ll get stuck up there because it locks itself. Thankfully my girlfriend came and opened it for me. Don’t get me wrong, these aren’t negatives, just hoping others will learn from my mistakes. Anyways, this is a great place and we’d love to stay here again!

  • We loved our stay here. So unique, clean, and full of character. Wish we could’ve spent more than one night here!!

  • Great location as it's just about 30 mins to Bryce. Excellent stay before your hike in Bryce or right before.

  • This place is spectacular. It has its own history, and feels like a private museum inside. The area was lovely, and the host was responsive and helpful! Definitely hope to return!

    Gage2020-01-08T00:00:00Z
  • Super cool place to stay - we stayed in the Fireplace room, and the bed was really comfortable. I work remotely, and the internet speed was great, I never had a dropped connection while working. We will be booking again whenever we need to stay in Panguitch.

Cozy Log cabin located 10 minutes from Bryce canyon, 20 minutes from Kodachrome State Park, and about an hour and a half from Zions National Park - inside of Tropic, Utah. Plenty of dining options within Tropic, including The Pizza Place for fun-family dining, Stone hearth Grill for fine dining, and Rustlers as a good value for an american-food restaurant.
Situated 8 miles from Bryce Canyon National Park conveniently located near local restaurants. Studio-style room with 1 Queen Beds with wifi, satellite TV, a microwave, mini-fridge, and a coffee maker and supplies inside of a cozy, private-use cabin, on a property with multiple cabins.
Tropic is a nice place to stay - Fairly quiet, yet has everything you need. Several places to eat, a gas station and store. Located around 8 miles from highway 63, leading to Bryce Canyon, it's far enough away to enjoy being away from the busiest parts of the area, yet close enough to drive in less than 15 minutes.
  • Great spot. Had a wonderful time.

  • Great little cabins, awesome customer service, clean, and in a good location to Bryce Canyon and Escalante. They have a few little restaurants right across the street and a little market. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our cabin and the office was closed at the time. We sent a message to Steven and within a few minutes he was there to let us in.

    Cassidy2018-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Wow- was not expecting such a quaint cabin. Nice accents and Steven was always courteous and quick to reply. I'd stay here again when visiting Bryce.

    Jessica2018-06-14T00:00:00Z
  • The location was great for visiting Bryce, restaurant and grocery store right across the street, cabin was cute and everything we needed!

    Shari2018-05-28T00:00:00Z
  • What a great spot to stay. These individual cabins are really nice, clean and have plush towels. Close proximity to Escalantes' Wallis Creek, Spooky Gulch and Zebra canyon. Sweeping views. Easy check in, quiet, wifi...much nicer than these old hotels and fun.
