What a cool funky bnb! We booked last minute when we decided against a hotel in Austin. Glad we did. A stones throw away from the action and close enough to the airport. The owner really had a vision and ran with it. Cool musical theme. Tiny house but just enough for two people. Loved all the touches and decor!

Fine space... really cool, perfect for a couple. .. or even a couple with a kiddo... or 2. I cannot wait to return!

Must try this home !!! I am a stickler for cleanliness and Tami nailed it. There was even tons of extra cleaning products, towels, shampoo plus more. She texted me back fast whenever I needed something and went out of the way to make sure my kids had a good time in the backyard/pool area.

Awesome place, and conveniently located for our stay in round rock. All though much of our day was spent away from the home, coming back was very relaxing because it felt like we were home! I would definitely recommend this place and the host as it was all perfect for our stay.

This lovely space accompanied 7 of us with ease. Each bed in the house were very comfortable. This house really had all the bells and whistles. Cooking for a large group was very easy with all the utensils. Could've used a bigger grill since we prepared so much food! The river behind the house was a huge touch. The open living room really catered to a large group. It was too cold for the pool, but a nice touch for summer time. Really happy this week ling experience was a breeze. Would visit again and recommend to anyone visiting this round rock area!

We hosted an 11-person management retreat at this beautiful home and loved every moment! Everyone slept comfortably & had all the amenities they needed: extra towels, toiletries, easy-to-use thermostat, and helpful instructions & restaurant guides on the walls. They even left out chips, salsa, and fresh guacamole ingredients for us! And stylish cowboy hats for us to take group photos. The home was gorgeous, modern, and cozy. We only wish we had visited when it was warmer so we could've gone swimming in the pool. Would visit again!

The house was a perfect fit for our stay, sadly it was too cold to tryout the pool.

The house we stayed in was perfect for the needs of our group ....if i forced a comment for improvement: the coffee machine did not work and we love coffee, but no biggie and a card table might have helped the games, eating, etc in a big group of three generations.but everything was perfect from the accommodation to assistance which when necessary was above and beyond.

Amenities and furnishings were Outstanding! Reminded us of being in our own home, furnished with everything we could possibly need! Enough room everywhere, never felt crowded. We loved the Ring feature on the doors, especially for the back doors to the pool. Grama loved the creek out back reminded her of home. 💛 Communication was great! Messages were answered quickly. Highly recommend this home for family gatherings. We even jumped into the pool, for a polar bear dip.lol We will definitely be renting Shanna's home again!

Nerdxplosion galore!!! So much to see and enjoy. The layers or books, music and objects are a delight. Great place to unplug, relax and get away from the daily grind. Spa tub is a treat. Beds are cozy and kitchen has everything you need. I could stay here for a week and not get bored. Wonderful hosts and very nice location. We look forward to staying again!

The cottage was a great place to stay-a private small house in the backyard that was comforable and cozy!

First I must emphasize how sweet, and welcoming Trish was during my stay. Privacy isn't an issue at this location. And it had all the amenities necessary to make your own food. They are on well water, even though they condition it . I Had to get some from the local supermarket. Only downside , the WIFI and cell connection was poor. But she had All the essentials for entertainment.

So, my wife and I are very used to staying near main citiies whenever we go on trips. This time, we had the chance to venture out and stay a little further away from all the action and it was extremely peaceful! From the moment we walked into the guest house and saw the space, we knew that this was going to be a little different than the city but more peaceful, relaxing, and easy-going. And that's exactly what it was. Trisha is an amazing host. Wish we had the time to catch up with her, but she ensured that our stay was great! Just a heads up though. It is about 20-30 minutes away from the city, but there are still really nice places to eat nearby! If you're looking for a quiet getaway in Austin, I definitely recommend Trisha's space.

Whitetail Cottage is a dream destination! I spent two hours watching the deer frolic in the meadow behind the house. The bed is super comfortable, and the cottage had one of the biggest TVs I have ever seen! Trish even left a souvenir wooden spoon and two chocolate bars as a welcome gift.

Our stay at white tail was amazingly relaxing and comfortable!

This place was awesome! Rob and Trisha were so friendly and approachable. The place was perfect and they even fixed up the spa for us. So easy to come and go from. They were close to all the freeways but removed enough that you could really unwind. We will for sure staying here next time we are in town!

Completely ideal BnB for groups of 6 to 8. I’m in a touring band and it was incredible that everyone got a comfy bed to themselves. The price point felt like a steal. Even though it was still a 30+ minute commute to downtown Austin, the home was completely worth it. The hot tub was the cherry on top.

This was definitely one of my favorite stays I’ve had! It was very spacious, had an awesome hot tub and a huge backyard to enjoy. Overall I enjoyed that it was close to everywhere I was going during my stay in Austin.

Had a wonderful extended stay (one month)! The home was well-equipped for our stay—especially the kitchen. We loved the hot tub and used it regularly. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of soap, detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc. The location was amazing. Great proximity to everything.

This is a cozy and charming 1 bedroom apt. with great amenities. However, you do need a car to get around, I Uber'ed which was fine for me. Austin is just 30 minutes away.

This is a clean, comfortable, cozzy 1 bedroom apartment in Round Rock that feels like country but close to everything you need grocery store and shopping. Grubhub does deliver in this area. You will need a car to get around. The lovely place is quiet and perfect for a couple.

My stay was absolutely amazing. I had every amenity that I have at my own home. JoDy was so thoughtful and responded instantly if I had any question or need. I promised her that I will be back and my co-workers will be checking them out as well. You have got to see the deer in their neighborhood. It was like having a petting zoo in the backyard!

JoDy's place was better than we expected. My wife and I loved the location, it was quiet and beautiful (even the deer that roam around everywhere at night gave us an awesome welcome). This will definitely be our first pick if we come back to visit again.

5 Stars! Me and 9 others stayed here while in Round Rock for a soccer tournament. We had an amazing time at this home. Paul and Paulette were so welcoming and friendly. We were able to use outdoor and indoor amenities like the pool, bags set, hot tub, and the media room! It was a perfect place for us to stay and I hope to return back!

We had a quick overnight stay so didn’t really get to ck out much in the hood however it is a nice area . We are twice at Kirby lane cafe while attending a seminar. The bed was very comfortable and we had our own bathroom. Kay and her sweet elderly dog greeted us warmly and set us up quickly. Great deal !

Ricks property was very easy to find, in a safe neighborhood, quiet, easy check in, conveniently located to restaurants, and very clean. We had the use of the kitchen, the entire downstairs area, back porch, and we had a brief, pleasant, visit with Rick. He was a very gracious host and he made certain we had everything we needed. Rick’s property was as advertised and I will not hesitate booking again next time I’m in Round Rock.

Rick’s place was so much better than expected! What an amazing host! We had a great time there and it is better than what was what in the pictures. He had so many thoughtful amenities and so many details. We had access to the first floor and it’s huge. There was even parking in his driveway. Round rock is situated outside of Austin which was perfect with us! Definitely the best Airbnb I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot.

We had great days at Rick's homestay. The room was very cozy and clean and also the bathroom was super clean, with towels, soap and some other amenities. We were able to had coffee, tea and fresh fruits in the morning, which was great too. The neighborhood was really peaceful and quiet. A car is highly recommended as all establishments are not walking distance. We couldnt meet Rick, but he was available to reply our messages by the app. Great stay!

Marie’s place is a great value if you’re staying in the Austin area for a few days. It’s very close to major transport links which will take you into downtown Austin within minutes. She’s very attentive to her guests needs and a gracious host. I would stay with her again.

I only spent one night with Marie, but Marie was super gracious at check in and made my stay super smooth. I normally bring my own shampoo and soap, but I had walked off without my normal kit. Marie had a small set of great products sitting out for me to use. I really appreciate nice touches like that.

AMAZING place to stay! It is actually one of the most cleanest Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in and the lady there is super sweet and very responsive. Easy to find the room, and it is extremely comfortable and pretty cute if I might add. Upstairs, if you’re a fan of Disney you’ll see a touch of that as well! I had no problems staying here and will definitely be coming back!

Elsa's hospitality, quick communication, and space are all fantastic. The home is in a very nice, upscale, SAFE neighborhood, with lots of retail and dining options just a couple miles away. Her upstairs loft had a nice open space w/ a futon that my 13yo son loved, and my daughter and I shared the bedroom. The lighting features were varied and helpful in focussing where we wanted it, and there is plenty of storage for guests to spread out and organize their stuff. Several outlets all over, and the wifi worked splendidly. The oscillating fan was perfect for my daughter. I was honored to be her first airbnb guest to ring the doorbell, and she has a lot of ideas and plans for making her space even more helpful to guests. This is the CUTEST LITTLE HOUSE! We loved it, such a perfect setting for a girls staycation weekend. The room setup was so nice and the added touch of the extra hooks in the bathroom for our towels and swimsuits was so nice! My girlfriends and I all agree 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful stay and Mary Ann's home. She sent us detailed and easy to follow instructions about check in before our arrival. Her home was spotless clean and spacious. I can highly recommend it for families - it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a lovely, safe neighborhood, just across the street from a park. Comfortable beds, easy to navigate kitchen and a brand new washer & dryer. We loved the bonus amenity of the hot tub too! All of our communication was prompt and efficient - thank you, Mary Ann! We would definitely love to stay here again!

This house is in a good neighborhood with a small park across the street and much to do within a 10 minutes drive. It has a nice backyard with spacious deck and hot tub. The inside is well maintained and updated, with all the things we needed for our three days there. It’s a place we’ll keep on our future list!

This is my 3rd stay at this Airbnb so you can appreciate that I believe this is a great place to stay. It is quiet, located convenient to the mall, movies, grocery store etc. The hosts are extremely friendlyand helpful. I recommend it highly!

A terrific apt to stay in just outside the city. Very clean and private, the hosts were very welcoming and informative regarding places to eat and directions to and from places. Plenty of room for parking. We had a very late check in after our flight got delayed but Thomas communicated very well and quick and reassured us that there would be no check in worries, which there wasnt. I travel a lot and stay in many airbnb's and am a host myself, so, can have a keen eye for places which meet my standards and Larry's home did not disappoint in any way! The room is very comfortable, the bed heavenly and the bathroom ensuite. All areas of the home have a great feel and the back garden is a delight. This airbnb is exceptional value for the high standard and warm feeling Larry brings to the details of the stay. Really, it's what airbnb is all about! A host who cares and a home you can feel comfortable and welcome in .

This is an excellent place to relax. The host is very accommodating, and if you don't feel like spending a night out on the town, I can imagine no better place to relax in Austin

Fantastic host and a lovely place. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and my room was really comfortable and the TV and sound system was just fantastic. I also enjoyed my conversations with Larry who is a great host. If you stay there ask him for a demo of the home theater system in his man-cave. just unreal! I will definitely stay over again and would highly recommend this place to anybody.

Awoseme place nice super and comfortable.

Very tidy and welcoming AirBnb, equipped with all the comforts of home. The master suite had a super comfy bed, sparkling clean bathroom, and an amazing TV setup. Larry is a great host, there when you need him and very nice, and wants to share all he knows about the area. I was a little nervous about staying in a shared space but I had plenty of privacy and the neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. I would highly recommend this wonderful home!

Honestly much better than expected, was my first time getting just a room and the family who runs it is so nice and accommodating. I thought it was plenty private and nothing was a bother. Looking forward to coming back!

Mike’s place is in a great location that is clean, safe, and around great shopping and Lakeline mall. The apartment complex has great amenities and Mike is super cool. You’ll enjoy your stay.

It was a great stay ! I can see how Mike really put heart into the place. The room is super clean and the bed was really comfortable, the facility was awesome too, 24 hours gym pool and hot tube. Mike was very responsive and welcoming. Definitely recommended! Thanks Mike, till next time!

A very roomy place that we spent a month at and were able to use the living room and kitchen. We felt very comfortable there. We also felt very safe in the gated community. We enjoyed playing pool, shuffleboard, and Foosball and using the exercise rooms at the community clubhouse. Mike was a great host! We hope to stay there again in the future.

Mike was very easygoing and the space was exactly as described, he even offered to buy dinner a few times!
