“Many visitors to the island love this kitschy parking-lot bar/restaurant, replete with a giant shark replica that snaps and bites to the Jaws theme song when you buy a sharkbowl drink that serves 6!! :) ”

Grocery or Supermarket
“Locations in Redhook and in town. Moe’s is the most expensive grocery store on island, but it does boast organic and specialty products. It also has a wonderful wine selection and a nice deli with to-go sandwiches and a hot/cold bar with nice lunch options.”

Neighbourhood
“Honestly, Red Hook is the sexiest neighbourhood on there island. But, it offers food eating options, a supermarket, pharmacy, surf shop and more. Here is our recommendation: Food: Texas Pit Bar B Q offers awesome chicken ribs & brisket, This is a great meal-to-go option, but come exalt because they always sellout. Located in th red Hook Plaza parking lot Texas Pit offers lunch & dinner. The Tap & Still is a great bar and serves awesome build-your-own burgers & fires. A burger at Tap & Still is a take-me-back-to-Burger King experience where you can have a great beef patty, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions and a bun. They make great fries too! ”

“The Baths in Virgin Gorda is a great day trip. Climbing and jumping from the rocks was our kids greatest joy for years...... Great snorkeling to boot.”

Administrative Area Level 1
“I highly recommend going to St. John. It is a beautiful island that is 80% National Park. Either take the walk on ferry (runs every hour from Red Hook) and just walk around Cruz Bay or take the car ferry and make a whole day of it. There are great restaurants, historic sights, hiking trails, and pristine beaches.”

Aquarium
“Coral World is a wonderful Marine Park with great aquariums and an exciting underwater glass tower from which one can view coral reefs and happy fish. They also feature encounters with Sea Lions and Dolphins. Only a short walk from our villa next to Coki Beach.”

“Great snorkeling - right next to Coral world marine park. Pick a day with the least amount of cruise ships visiting to visit this beach. ”

“I recommend this Restaurant because of its ambiance, the Cuisine, birds-eye view of the nearby Village Of Carrot Bay, The Island Of Jose Van Dyke and The view of neighboring islands of St Thomas in the US Virgin Islands Especially at nights. I am sure that you will enjoy this great setting, Bon Appetit! ”

Restaurant
“Open for lunch and dinner. It’s got a centrally located bar right across from the water and all of the seating is outside. Burgers, fish sandwiches, conch fritters, steaks, salads, some kind of alfredo, desserts. Full service. Live music playing softly in the background. Like that. It’s a solid choice for dinner out in coral bay and it is NOT as fancy as the website makes it seem! ”
