    A large room downstairs that is private and independent from the main house for you and family. Perfect resting after that long sightseeing day in the beautiful city of Brisbane. Close to supermarket Coles and approximately 3km walk to large shopping centre "Strathpine" & train station or Woollies. Approximately 22km drive to the City of Brisbane, 27km from the Brisbane airport.
    We provide you with 1 queen size bed, 2 single beds plus futon/sofa bed comfortable for single adult or two children, family of 4 or 5 up to 6 peoples, a small group of friends or couples.
    We are located in a friendly suburbia neighbourhood and close to parks for kids to play or just walking and enjoy the beautiful day. There is Bus stops within a 5 minute walk, the Train station is about a 20 minute walk away and a supermarket is just a 10 minute stroll through the park and 8 minute walk to a corner store, bakery, Laundromat.

Not too far from shops, wasn't too sure if there are closer shops or places to eat but we drove to an area with lots of choices. Would definitely stay again if near the area again.

Walk to Kensington Way Shops (Coles, chemist, baker, Liquorland, 24hr gym.) I share my home with my fur baby Sammy. Undercover car space. Great relaxing getaway. Walk through John Bray Park to spot a koala or relax by the ambient BBQ area. For travellers washing machine in situ. I welcome Aussies and overseas guests. WiFi.
    Tranquil setting to relax. Games in situ: cards, chess, checkers, snakes and ladders. Enjoy a BBQ on the patio or a chilled 20min walk through John Bray Park where koalas sleep in the gum trees and ducks swim in the creek. Very chilled space. Local 18 hole disc golf, children's playground and bbq, local basketball hoop area, bike/skate track walk too's 10 minutes within John Bray Park.
    Residential area close to John Bray Park nature area. Westfield shopping centre 5km with movie theatre. Old Petrie Town Markets every Sunday. Lawnton Markets Saturday's. 20min drive to Sandgate beach. 19km to Brisbane city CBD. 25km to Brisbane Airport. Catch train direct to Southbank precinct. Pine Rivers Bowls Club lovely meals and entertainment. Koalas frequent John Bray Park!

    A queen bedroom in a quiet, peaceful, and happy home. Please note: I have 2 bedrooms potentially available. I you proceed with this booking, you are booking only one room - the queen bedroom for up to 2 people.     Three guestrooms upstairs share the kitchen and loungeroom spaces and I have my own kitchen downstairs. Bathroom and toilet are shared by a maximum of 4 people. The house is on a quiet street and backs onto a park. Nearest train station is Bray Park station which is 1.8km away. shopping centre is a similar distance. There are several restaurants about 1 km away. WiFi is available for guests to use

    Fully self contained unit with separate side entrance. Shared washing machine outside the unit. The unit has a separate bathroom with shower, a kitchenette (small toaster oven and hot plate provided) equipped with the basics for cooking and eating. The open plan lounge room has a sofa (folds down to become an extra bed), a study corner with desk and a separate small dining table with chairs. A large book shelf, cube shelf and mobile clothes hanger provide storage. Sleep nook with double bed.
    The unit sits under the main house and is fully private and self contained. Permanent living family in house provides easy reach help if you have queries.
    Unit is located in a very quiet cul de sac with friendly neighbors and a very safe street. There is an Aldi supermarket, pharmacy and cafe within walking distance (5-7 min walk) and bus stop nearby. Family friendly suburb and plenty of bush land nearby.

  • We really enjoyed our stay in Philip’s home. We had full use of the home and we had no need to contact Philip for any problems or needs. The aircons in the 2 bedrooms work very well and they are able to cool the whole house, while also running the ceiling van in the living room. We didn’t realise the days were so hot until we walked outside the house. Philip was generous with a good selection of cereals, teas, coffee, bread & milk etc. Loved being able to access the home by driving in garage with a remote. Thanks Philip for providing us such a nice experience. Only 10 minutes drive to Westfield North Lakes.

    Guests have access to their own private room with two full bathrooms able to be accessed by all household members. Room comes furnished with bedding, pillows, towels etc. and full use of the kitchen, dining and living areas. A short 15 minute walk to the train station (Bray Park, not Strathpine station), even shorter to the local Coles supermarket and plenty of off-street parking available too. Outdoor area also available for meals, dining and chill out space.
    As one of the closest Air BNB's to the Eatons Hill Hotel (EH) why not book your accomodationjust a short cab or uber ride from an event or a great night out.
    We respect our neighbours, and some are quite close, therefore we request a high level of respect for their privacy and consideration with regard to noise.

  • An amazing place at an amazing location. Within easy walking distance to Coles and Strathpine Center (if you are up for a short walk). Apart from being a home away from home, the people are great too. Whenever I needed any help or advice both Hayley and Bernie were quick to give me directions Hayley is amazingly nice and very accommodating. And loved spending time with her dog Holly, she is a good and friendly one. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

  • Hayley was so friendly and welcoming right from the beginning!! Her place is very relaxed, clean, had tons of space, and a very well equipped kitchen. We had really lovely conversations with her, and she was also happy to share any little things we forgot/didn’t have, and even had us try some of the things she cooked/bought that we’d never tried before. Everything was clean, and we felt very comfortable. Her dog Holly is absolutely adorable, very chilled out and really well behaved, so even if you aren’t a dog person like we are you’d hardly notice her. We really loved staying with Hayley and Holly and highly recommend her and her place.

    Comfortable king single bed in modern family home close to trains and the highways both North and South. Reverse cycle air conditioned. For stays longer than 7 nights please send us an enquiry. Thanks Wifi included. Usually flexible check in and check out.
    We love living in our high set modern Queenslander where we can sit outside and enjoy the breeze on a hot day. The house has reverse cycle aircon. Sam loves his garden and which provides us with bananas, papayas, guavas, citrus as well as vegetables. Rainbow Lorrikeets visit daily to be fed. We're a close 10 minute walk to the sea, cafes, shops and parks. We enjoy biking along the bikeways through the wetlands or along the sea shore.
    It is a ten minute walk or a one stop train ride to the beautiful seashore where you can enjoy a walk to the Shorncliffe pier, enjoy cafes. A ride on a bike on the wetlands or foreshore bikeways is always pleasant. Supermarkets are nearby other shops, cafes, resturants, banks etc. Our home is beside a park in a very pleasant environment.

  • Lorraine and Sam’s place is definitely one of the top choices if you are to stay in Brisbane. The location is convenient that it is a less than 5-minute walk to the train station. While the price is fair and more than reasonable, the house is big, tidy and clean which could guarantee you a comfortable and quality stay. Lorraine and Sam are also very helpful and considerate hosts who always give useful advice regarding attractions to visit and transportation. What’s more, they allow tenants with much flexibility to explore the city while they are always ready to offer help and suggestions. All in all, their flat is one of the most desirable ones that you couldn’t afford missing!

    My home will hopefully feel like your home away from home. As can be expected from a house of this age, it has its quirks. I may or may not be fully finished painting the exterior (bigger job than I expected. I don't yet have WiFi. My apologies if this is a deal breaker for you. I do however have very comfortable couches to watch exciting free-to-air tv. There is free street parking available if you are driving. The driveway is not wide enough to park a number of vehicles in unfortunately.
    Your room during your stay contains a comfy double bed. Towels and linen provided. Spare pillows and duvet / doona and linen available in the drawers in your room if required. My home is very close to the shops (IGA, Dominos, 7-11 etc). Chermside shopping centre is a 5 minute drive away. Sandgate is 10 mins the other way. The city is 20 mins drive or around 20-30 mins on the train.
    Zillmere is a suburb thats pretty interesting. Its ethnically diverse. I've found it relatively quiet. There are certainly some interesting people around if you head up to the IGA after 8pm.

    Guest space includes: An oversized bedroom with air con which sleeps up to 4 guests. TV and internet. The room opens onto a patio with access to barbecue. The shower and toilet which is for guests only during there stay includes free soaps and shampoo. Shared spaces include kitchenette laundry and playroom. The Hosts bedrooms and kitchen are on the upper level. Host using lower level mostly between 8am and 7pm. We think this offers you more privacy than you get in most Airbnbs.
    Guest space is a large bedroom with Queen size bed and single daybed and one floor mattress. There in a double and a single couch for relaxing. Small desk and chair. The room is air conditioned and has TV and access to internet. Sliding door opens into out door sitting area for guests use with barbecue. Bathroom includes shower and toilet. The bathroom is for guests only but is access through the Playroom . Guests have access to Kitchenette with fridge microwave and free tea and coffee and a continental breakfast that can be taken at a time that suits the guests. The kitchenette and playroom are shared space with host.

Anita even provided breakfast and this was certainly much appreciated though we didn't expect it. We had a great stay in Anita's house. Everything was perfect. The bed was super comfortable and we slept so well. The whole bedroom and kitchenette were spacious and we also enjoy our breakfast in the patio. We recommend Anita's place and will return in future.     Fully renovated three bedroom upstairs apartment. Beautifully furnished space with two brand new bathrooms and kitchen. Chromecast, wifi, walk to shops.
    Our guest's accommodation is the entire top floor of a two-story house. It is fitted with interconnected smoke alarms that comply with the recent Queensland legislation. The entrance is at the front of the house leading into a foyer. Walking up the stairs you will find the lounge room with beautifully polished floorboards. With a 47 inch television and Chrome-cast, there will be plenty of Netflix to binge on whilst sitting on the leather couch (BYO Smartphone, tablet or laptop to use Chrome-cast). Off from the sunny lounge is a balcony, perfect for an afternoon drink. From the kitchen window, you have views of the public park. The eating area has a six-seater industrial table, it's a favourite of ours and has had many family gatherings around it. Off the dining area is another small balcony which leads to the backyard, down the stairs you will also find the (shared) washing machine. The carpeted bedrooms with built in robes all have ceiling fans and the main bedroom boasts air conditioning. Two of the rooms have queen size beds, the third has a king single. There is nothing worse when you are away from home and the mattress is terrible, rest assured they are all comfortable! Both bathrooms have toilets and vanities. One features a shower/bath and the other has a large enclosed shower. There is a 5 min walk to the Coles supermarket where you can buy groceries. This small shopping centre also has doctors and chemist. We are 30 mins by train into the CBD - the train station is an 18 min walk or a 2 min drive. If you wish to travel by bus, the stops are near the shopping centre. On the way to the shopping centre lies a bikeway that takes you into the park. In warm weather, you will find water dragons all along the creek basking in the sun. If you are lucky you may see a koala, they particularly like the gum tree just up from the bikeway. The park has a Disc Golf course (18 baskets), a practice basketball area and a playground. Please note this is a quiet neighbourhood, and we ask you to respect our neighbours. We have a strict no party policy. Guest have access to the:- Shared back garden. Shared downstairs Laundry. Shared driveway. If you need anything contact us at any time. If you wish to park in the driveway please park in front of the right-hand garage. We are currently landscaping the backyard to create a new BBQ area. While this work is being carried out some areas of the garden may be restricted. We also have a family dog called Muffin who visits and stays on a regular basis, so she may be onsite in the backyard during your stay
    There is a great big park behind us, a petrol station and Coles shopping centre 1 min walk 20 min walk to the train station 40 min drive in Brisbane CBD 45 min drive to the Sunshine Coast

    This is a high set house in Brisbanes North. Close to all amenities and only three minutes walk to the train station. This is NOT a share house so it will be your own private space. We the owners live beneath this property and will be happy to help any time where possible.
    At the moment we are offering two bedrooms , one double and one queen, bathroom, toilet, dining , kitchen and living area. You will have your own washing machine. Clothes dryer or clothes line can be shared with the owner. There are also three upstairs air conditioners.
    Generally a quite neighborhood with all modern amenities close by. Local grocery store and takeout / eat in option available at close by Anzac Avenue. Major shopping Centre at North Lakes also available within 10 minute drive further dining options, movies and all the shops. Local beeches available at Redcliffe with Sunday Morning Markets also there.

    The available apartment is situated on the ground level of a Queenslander house. The kitchen has coffee making facilities, filtered water, and some supplies including fresh eggs. It is situated in a very quiet community minded neighbourhood. One off street parking space is available plus street parking.
    There are two large dogs, chickens and one cat on the premises however a fence prevents their access to the apartment. Pets are welcome. Seperate areas are available for pets. Please do not feed the dogs on the premises.
    The community is quiet however there are many shops, dining, secondhand stores, liquor stores and other facilities close by including a library.

  • Myself and my partner stayed at Callum's place for about a week. We arrived late in the evening and self check-in was straightforward with lights to guide the way! Once we stepped inside, we found the place to be immaculately clean and really spacious too (even more so than the photographs suggest). It was great having both a sofa to relax in and a kitchen table to eat at and to do a bit of work. The kitchen facilities were also good with the plug-in electric stove being a useful touch to allow us to do a little bit of our own cooking. The washing machine was also very much appreciated. Most importantly, we both found the bed to be firm and comfortable. Roadside parking was also very easy right next to the property. I'd happily stay here the next time I'm in the area.

    Our newly built cottage is a modern, fully furnished 2 bedroom house with own bathroom and a cosy outdoor area with own little garden in a lush subtropical garden setting. The very well equipped kitchen includes a dish washer, fridge and freezer, oven, stove top, range hood, toaster, kettle and microwave. The main bedroom has a queen size bed with a very comfortable high quality mattress, the second bedroom has a solid bunk bed with a lower double and an upper single bed. There is plenty of storage room in the main bedroom's large built in. The sofa in the lounge can be converted into a sixth bed which makes this place one of the very few ones in this area that can host up to 6 guests. Laundry facilities are available on request. We are happy to supply breakfast ingredients including fresh eggs from our free range chickens for a small fee. If you are visiting with little ones we can supply a travel cot and toys. Babysitting can be organised on request. Samford Village can be reached within a 5 min drive and is a wonderful community with a local supermarket, an organic shop and weekly organic markets, a great selection of good quality cafes and restaurants, little shops and even a famous Harry Potter Store. There are many shorter and longer local hiking trails available. Discover the stunning rain forest of Mount Glorious or enjoy a swim in the nearby swimming holes of Cedar Creek. If you love a day in the city Brisbane CBD can be reached in only 30 min by car. If you prefer public transport the train takes you from Ferny Grove Station (12min car drive) right into the city in 30 min. Families enjoy the nearby park with playground, basketball court and a beautiful creek. Bikes are available on request.

    Welcome to our 40 sqm downstairs unit, it has a flat private separate entry, and has been extensively renovated with a new designer bathroom, and contemporary kitchen. Ensuite bathroom has access to a private garden area. You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in our bush-land setting. Our guests often comment about how tranquil and quiet the unit is. We are a strictly non smoking residence please.
    The unit is very private, tucked out of the way off the main road, and down a private roadway. We have one small step into the unit, other than that it is perfectly flat. You will need a car, or use ride sharing or taxi to get around, we are not that close to public transport, and the trip from Brisbane airport is about 25 mins. Grovely train station is a 5 minute drive, we are 11 kms from the CBD. Our closest shopping centres are in Arana Hills and Brookside at Mitchelton. The apartment is fully self contained with a Queen bed and bedside tables & lighting, in a spacious separate room, there is plenty of hanging space in the WIR, and a front load washing machine and clothes line for your convenience. The new european oven and ceramic cooktop make cooking a breeze. You will find a supply of tea, coffee, milk, condiments and first day breakfast items. Entertainment wise we have a large size TV with a DVD player and chromecast, and fast wifi. The unit is always comfortable with a reverse cycle AC, and in hot weather feel free to access our pool when the cover is off. There is sufficient off street parking, in a bush surrounding. Gas BBQ available on request There is a lovely bush walking track which takes you through to Arana Hills and Ferny Grove, you can walk as little, or as much as you like! Westfield Chermside is the biggest shopping centre in Australia, which has almost everything you need.

    We have North Lakes shopping centre 10 minutes away, also Chermside shopping centre approx 20 minutes, being the largest on the north side of Brisbane. Offering a large range of shops for your every need to cinema centre and of course our wonderfull eatery laneways and surrounding quality restaurants. You can go for a drive to Redcliffe, a relaxing seaside town for fish and chips, takes approximately 20 minutes. Or head to Bribie Island for a walk on the beach and perhaps a yummy pub meal, approx 45 mins from Emma Jane. You can keep heading north to the Sunshine Coast. If your needing accommodation for hospital visiting, we are approx 20 mins from Prince Charles hospital, Redcliffe and Caboolture, or 35 minutes from Royal Brisbane hospital.

Only thing that we were was disappointed about was no ceiling fans and ac’s did not work but did have little fans in each rooms which were ok but wouldn’t want to stay in summer. In saying that we were very satisfied with our stay.

    We are a small family with a toddler. We love our home, which has plenty of open space and something for anyone to enjoy. Although I can be quite chatty, I'm happy to interact as much or as little as you would like. Every Saturday night we host a games night which anyone is welcome to join.
    The private room is just our guest room so there's nothing fancy, but it is off to the side of all the other rooms making it seem more private. We are an alcohol and smoke free home so we do not allow drinking or smoking on the property. We appreciate your cooperation with this house rule. We do have a mini-fridge and some pantry space dedicated for guests. As long as we are home I can set up video games or movies for you to enjoy during your stay. Our daughter goes to bed around 8:30pm but can sleep through loud noises.
    We have great neighbours and the area is fantastic. There is a reserve across the street and a 15 minute walk is the nearest park including a dog park. There is a fantastic cafe, pizza place and 7-eleven about 15 minutes walk up the road. Also, in case you are in need of some medical or dental needs those clinics are 5 minutes walk away. If you have a vehicle the nearest motorway is about 3 minutes drive, and a 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest North Lakes Shopping Centre which has everything you need including Ikea.

The other room is our budget bed & is located at end of the Mezzanine area This means that the bathroom is shared with whoever is staying in the other 2 rooms, but you can also use the bathroom and shower downstairs, if the one upstairs is occupied. THIS ROOM is BIGGER than the other room & has built in wardrobes and sleeps up to 3 in the room. There are 2 Single beds that can be converted to a big King Size Bed! and a trundle bed that slides out from under the bed. AND not to forget the Medical & Dental Centre that's also next door (other side) Then you have Aldi, Bunnings, a late night Chemist, & Subway which are only a 15min walk away!

  • We stayed at Rossane's home for 6 weeks and we had a wonderful experience. Not only you'll find everything you might need to enjoy your staying (and I mean EVERYTHING) but also she is such a warm and friendly person who will make you feel like home at every possible opportunity. Both the rail station and bus stops are a couple of minutes walking away, and shopping centres are quite close too so you won't worry about anything else from the moment you put a feet on this house. If you are looking for an affordable option to have a great time, either for a long term staying or a short one you should definitely come to Rossane's, you won't regret it.   • We had a good time there. Rosanne was very friendly and courteous. The train station is right around the corner and in the street are some small restaurants and a sportsbar.

  • As advertised, the home is a beautiful Queenslander. Very close to train station and bus stop. Rosanne and Matt are really cool host. I felt welcomed and at home here. There's a cool Italian restaurant right next door. It's very quiet and homely here.

    Single room with built-in wardrobe and antique furniture. Please note: I have 2 bedrooms potentially available. If you proceed with this booking you are booking just one room - the single room for one person only. If you want to book both rooms you will need to make 2 separate bookings.
    My home is a peaceful happy place and guests have appreciated the serene surrounds whilst being close to facilities.
    The house backs onto a park which is accessible from the back yard. The park has some outdoor 'gym' equipment and a large grass oval. The park is also home to a koala colony. There is a reasonably-sized shopping centre about 2km away, plenty of restaurants about 1km away, Bray Park station about 1.5 km away and horse-padocked homes about 1km away.

  • Bianca’s house is a very nice house, decorated with beautiful antique’s. Bedroom was spacious and comfy, and Bianca was very friendly and helpful, and a kind person. I would recommend her home for anyone looking for a home away from home.
