Ronald's place was really nice. We stayed there a few days for the new years evening. The house is very comfortable and charming. Roni was a great host and helped us with everything we needed and made our stay wonderful. We are definitely coming back.

The house was marvellous, spacious and well equipped! The hosts were very friendly and welcomed us warmly. We (3 young couples from Germany) felt super comfortable in this house and we did not miss a thing. Everything was as described, we felt like we could ask for help anytime, but still we had our privacy. The house offers a great view, the village is nice and we really enjoyed going for runs around the area. There is a small shop down the hill for last-minute grochery shopping. The next town, Pazin, with numerous (tourist) attractions and supermarkets is only a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Ritosa and would definately recommend staying in this awesome house with its beautiful garden and pool. Thank you for being so nice and welcoming!

We were group of 7 people and we definitely enjoyed our stay. The holiday house was spacious, kitchen very well equipped. Hosts are living next to the Villa Ritosa but we did not feel any disturbance, completely opposite - the family was very welcoming and friendly. Gracia even made a surprise and brought for us delicious pancakes. During our way to Pazin our car broke down and we were late for check in. Gracia son Marko was available for calls all the time and he was waiting for us even though it was already very late when we arrived. Very highly recommended! Thank you for amazing holiday. We are happy to recommend this beautiful property. It is beautiful, well cared for and very clean. Truly an Oasis with costal city 30 minutes away. The host family is pleasant and accommodating; they are nearby but the house is very private. There are many treats that come with this property that make the days at home wonderfully full. One of the best we have rented!

Villa Ritosa is a perfect place for a holiday in Istrië, Croatia. The owners of the house gave us a very warm welcome to feel at home. There is enough space for a big family and of course the swimmingpool is blessing in the hot July Croatian holiday. Gracia is een hele vriendelijke dame, wij waren zeer welkom! alles was geweldig schoon een fantastisch zwembad en een prachtig onderhouden tuin met ruime terrassen! alles was prima in orde.bij aankomst was de koelkast gevuld met allerlei lekkers. in de loop v.d. week kregen wij nog een heerlijke appeltaart en de eigenaar schonk ons een fles grappa, heerlijk en heel vriendelijk. wij hebben genoten! Bedankt voor alles!

En arrivant nous avons trouvé la maison derrière une entreprise. Nous avions un peu peur à cause du bruit mais il n'en était rien. La maison est sublime, grande, super propre et très au calme. Les hôtes ont été très charmant avec plein d'attention pour nous. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et on avait du mal à sortir pour se promener tellement nous étions bien dans la maison.

Hosts in rooms Livaki are very nice, frendly, cooperative but not intrusive. They give very thoroughly information about the most interesting sightseeings, they tell what is happening in the area. The owners are honest persons, very open, diligent, broadminded and proficient. In the house and in the sourroundig is very quiet but in 10 minutes you are in a nice, antique and lively village in Istra and it is cca. 20 km to the Adriatic sea. The rooms (including bedding and towels), kitchen and the bathroom are highly clean and tidy. You can taste very good self made vine and other agricultural products. I highly recomend this rooms in Livaki.

Our staying at Marin’s house was the most pleasant moment during our trip to Croatia. We didn’t expect something cool because the price is really low (we have paid the same price for the place for tent in camping in Umag). And we were really impressed by beautiful and magnificent building (the house is about 100 years old, but it was renovated few years ago). We had large and cosy room with big comfortable bed. The kitchen and the bathroom are good equipped and tidy. Besides the landscape around is very nice. We went to the house through the charming mountain roads, not very far from that place is situated Motovun – the ancient town, very interesting and picturesque, which is really worth seeing. And of course we were very glad to meet Marin and his family! Marin speaks English very well so we discussed a lot of interesting things. And we liked his parents and sister very much! We had the feeling that we had come to visit old friends. We have tested home wine made made from grapes grown on their own vineyard. It was very tasty so we have bought a couple of bottle as a souvenir from Croatia for our friends. And Marin’s Mom baked fantastic bread that is very good with homemade prosciutto! If you want to know not only touristic part of Croatia, if you want to meet really nice and hospitable Croatian family and keep wonderful and warm memories you need to stay in this house!

We spent an amazing week in Katija’s house. It’s a lovely rental property in a very peaceful location. House is charming, clean, spacious and well organized. We particulary enjoyed the pool and the outside terrace. Katija and her family were great hosts and made us feel welcome. We would love to stay here again.

The villa is so beautiful, we had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place to spend a week relaxing in the lovely Istria region! The local area is quiet and residential, it can be a little tricky to find the villa at first (we got a little lost!) but Katija is on hand to help - her lovely neighbour came to rescue us and lead the way. There are a couple of supermarkets and a local shop just 5-10 minutes' drive away and everything in the kitchen you need to cook a meal. When you don't feel like cooking, there are some brilliant restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The food in this part of Croatia is fantastic - homemade pasta, gnocchi, truffles and local meat/fish are found everywhere! Katija is very passionate about the area and will give you great tips on what is going on during your stay if you want to venture a little further afield. Both the town of Rovinj (medieval coastal town with a strong Italian influence) and Pula (busy but has amazing historic sights to see) are just 35/40 minutes drive away, along with the airport. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxed holiday this really is a great place to go - the villa is just the right size for a small family or two couples, and for this size it's so rare to find a private pool! There's nothing quite like it. Katija is a sweetheart who made us feel very welcome and was always on hand if we needed anything. She brought us homemade schnapps and even offered to cook for us on our last night, which was such a lovely gesture! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here.

It was our best holiday and the house played a crucial role :) Katija was very helpful and answered all of my messages and calls, gave us many tips and did much to make us feel at home. Kids loved the pool which was cleaned every morning (!) and the surroundings. House was very cool in this summertime (30+ C) thanks to the stone walls and on the first floor A/C did it job in the nights. Pazin is perfectly placed in the middle of the Istria, we were driving around the peninsula every day and still have a lot to see and experience. Thanks Katija, I hope that we can see you again :)

Das saubere Haus ist angenehm ruhig gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Mittelpunkt vom Urlaub war der große saubere Pool im schönen eingezäunten Garten. Hier kann man wirklich entspannen. Klimaanlage und Fernseher mit deutschen Sendern gibt es hier in jedem Raum. Das W-LAN funktioniert sehr gut. Hier lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig! Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! In Rovinj ist man mit dem Auto in 25 Minuten. Katija ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie war immer für uns erreichbar.
