Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

In 2016, the old shipyard of our great-grandfather Ernest was renovated by our parents, Brigitte and Claude, to make it a 3-bedroom loft, living to the rhythm of the tides. With its feet in the water, the site enjoys a magnificent 180° view, a terrace surrounding the hangar... ideal for aperitif time! :) A sea view jacuzzi for 6 people will relax you after a beautiful day of walking on the hiking trails of Carantec. We welcome you as if you were at home!

'La Marée Basse' – House with Stunning Sea Views

Breathtaking sea views for an exceptional stay Located facing the sea, it promises you a unique vacation, lulled by the gentle murmur of the waves and the ballet of the tides. With direct access to the GR34 coastal trail, this house is the perfect base for exploring the region's highlights.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it is the sea, charming holiday cottage in the water with very nice view. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong in its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing on foot, within 50m, port cafe, restaurant and fish sale live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years of age.

Come and find the quietness of the countryside in "La Maisonette" (outbuilding), typically Breton, located on the edge of the Monts d'Arrée. Ideal for cycling, walking or horseback riding not far from Equi-Breizh. We also have the option to accommodate your horses. Guests can enjoy the sun in the large garden, as well as all the amenities the house offers: Bicycles, deckchairs, terrace, BBQ.

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The apartment is located at the start of the GR 34. Locquirec Bay panoramic view. It is located 200m from the beach. It comprises a living room, two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.
