I was looking for something quiet, relaxing weekend and the reality exceeded expectations. Photos can not capture the peace and quiet of this place, magnificent forests all around and a sense of relaxation one earns just how close the gate behind the garden. The owner is most accommodating cope with tours of the area is kind and available on your phone when you want to ask something. The cottage is fully-equipped with a refrigerator or functional needs for cooking. If you are looking for a place where your children can enjoy themselves beautifully, or if you want to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature, I highly recommend.

John is a nice young man. We spent one night in John and in the morning took our onward journey. Value for money was OK.

I definitely recommend staying at this hostel! Jan was very nice and welcoming, and there's lots of maps/info about stuff to do nearby. Also very clean and homey!

Boskovice is indeed a beautiful town. It can be reached easily by train or bus; it is only about an hour from Brno. It is nestled in a valley overlooked by wooded hills with the ruins of a medieval castle. It has a nice city square, a chateau, a church, and a number of interesting welcoming neighbourhoods. The town is quiet and good for walks. Local people speak the Southern Moravian dialect that is, at least to my ears, among the softest, most melodious Czech dialects. A great place to stay. And live, I imagine. The same goes for the Five Chairs hostel. A welcoming, pleasant, quiet private place, about a fifteen minute walk from the town centre. All as advertised, great value for the money. Jan is a wonderful host. One may even feel that it is foolish to leave and not stay living in the peace of Boskovice forever and ever. (Those who seek that kind of thing.)

Jan is a very friendly host. His place is very pleasant and nice, but do not expect luxury. Unfortunately we stayed there only one night so we do not know a lot about neighbourhood, but it seems good.

This is a wonderful village to stay in with surprisingly large number of welcoming bars and restaurants, yet very rural and tranquil. Loved the village and our hosts Daliabor and Sashka. The flat and attic room are wonderful.

The flat is really nice, with so much space for up to 5 people to sleep here. We made a mistake in checking in very late, as Lucie was not around to let us in and had left the property open - but we couldn't find the house for a long time. In this village the house numbers are all mismatched so finding 66 in the dark was a challenge. Still, the home itself is clean, cosy, warm, with a small kitchen. We had a comfortable stay, and it was easy to get to the caves area the next day.

Fantastic accommodation! Everything was very clean and tidy, working and functional with lots of space. It was so quiet while still being perfectly located to see the caves and other attractions in the area. The view is stunning, we were fortunate to have amazing sunrises and incredibly starry nights. . Communication was very easy with Lucie and she was very open with us coming in at a later than expected time. Definitely recommend this place to others, and we will also be hoping to return.

A very peaceful and nice place to stay. Well equipped, tidy, quiet, perfect and accurate communication. Basically located in the middle of Moravian caves' system, or very close. Comfy and pretty spacious appartment. We've enjoyed it very much, although just for one night. Good price as well. Intensively recommended! Will come back.

My wife and I are very pleased that stopped at Mrs. Drahuska. Very convenient location of the house (in fact in the center of Moravia) has allowed us to take a trip by car in Brno, Olomouc, Telč, Krzhimerzh, Letnitsa, Vienna, as well as visit many of Moravian castles and other beautiful and memorable places of the province. But we must be careful, using the navigator, Mrs Drahuska House is located in Blansko district in the village of Dolni Lhota. The navigator must be entered exactly Blansko, and only then look for Dolni Lhota, which is between Blansko and settlement Spesov! The fact that a small town called Dolni Lhota is located in Ostrava and navigator confidently finds it, not a place where lives Mrs. Drahuska! Because of this, we drove the extra hundred kilometers, then realized his mistake and turned back. We got to Blansko in the dark, called and we met and pointed the way Michael - the son of Mrs. Drahuska. Placed very comfortable - clean and comfortable apartments are fully consistent with the description and photos. The car parked next to the house. In the morning we were awakened by the singing of birds and enjoy breakfast products from the refrigerator, which we offered to Michael. Delicious muffins from Mrs. Drahuska we tried the next day. Communication problems were not - Michael says in English, and the similarity of the Russian and Czech languages helped us to find a "common" language with Mrs Drahuska. During the stay, we repeatedly appealed to the owners for help and they always help us out advice or deed. At the same time, good location apartments and have a separate exit to the street gives the impression of complete independence and obosoblennosti.Nalichie Wi-Fi lets you surf the Internet with confidence. The apartment has everything you need for cooking, so sometimes we bought groceries and cooked yourself. It was very nice to get as treats from the hostess and plum tomatoes from her garden! We had a great time staying at Barbora's place. Barbora was very helpful. Her house is in a quiet area with great views from the window. The house felt comfortable, clean and spacious. I only wish we'd stayed there longer.

We fell in love with Barbora's stunning home. (In fact my husband is mentally buying a house in the mountains and building a replica.) The surroundings are beautiful and we regularly saw deer from the windows. It is a great place to walk from, with well marked trails, and a good base for exploring further afield. We had a a couple of days in Brno - well worth a visit - and also recommend the picture postcard perfect Castle Pernstejn. Thank you Barbora for a lovely trip and for all your friendly communications.

Absolutely gorgeous large family home with a view over green fields. Barbara was very friendly and even kindly left us milk etc. The house was very clean and we loved that Kunice was such a peaceful local village. If you have a car and don't want to stay in tourist central then this is perfect. Thanks Barbara and hopefully we can come back again one day :)

Barbora's house is a splendid wooden house highly suitable for a family vacation. The village Kunice itself offers many walking paths around South Moravian countryside. Travelers looking for city life can reach Brno over nice regional road in less than 30 min, Prague is suitable for a day trip. Barbora provoked herself to be an excellent host. She is extremely responsive when answering questions and with all the information she gave us we felt like at home. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Barbora's place is in a quiet location, fully equipped and full of nice items to look at as if there was someone living there. It's like home away from home. The house was clean and tidy and everything was in working order except the internet. We liked the house and believe it's suitable for a small group or a family with bigger kids. Our small children found it hard to walk down the steep stairs and to keep their hands off all the treasures in the house. We were constantly worried they'd break something since there is so much on display. Probably magical in winter but it was extremely hot this summer and almost unbearable to sleep upstairs where most beds are. Again, hard for small kids. Make sure you clean up well. We ended up paying 500,- from our deposit for an egg-white stain on a small kitchen rug. :)

We had a great stay with six adults in the red cottage. The house is situated in a nice and quiet area and has a beautiful view. Also, the cottage is really good located for a city trip to Brno; only a 45 minutes car drive away. Barbora was a very friendly host and good reachable by mobile phone.

Barbora's house was truly wonderful: cozy, spacious, and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay in the countryside. And the location is amazing, you have mother nature right by the house! We felt really at home in the beautiful cottage and had great field trips in the area. A warm welcome from Radek, and a fantastic stay in his beautiful home above Kretinka (the lake). The view is astounding and the pool is warm and large enough for four. Access to the lake is nearby (or a jump from the bottom of the garden) and it's warm and accessible enough for children swimming or messing around on the grassy bank. Plenty of space to run around for the boys and a well equipped kitchen meant it was a pleasure to stay in and cook. There's a little shop in the village for basic supplies and supermarket nearby. The decor and furniture in the house was perfect for us. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed in, and we're looking forward to visiting again
