  • Stayed here as a surprise for my partners 30th! Stunning is an understatement ... the lodge itself was beautiful, there was even a little hamper with scones, eggs, bread and fresh milk. Outside was stunning, we went for a walk. It was very muddy due to the rain but it made it more fun :) We are 100% going to re book in the summer time as we would love to come back. Naomi and Mark were great hosts and there was excellent communication from the beginning. I would highly recommend this property, can’t wait to come back.

  • Naomi and David really are the perfect hosts. From the spotlessly clean cabin to the lovely goodies left out for us on our our arrival. Deerleap really is a magical place. We spent hours exploring the woods with our very happy dog and spotted three beautiful deer! The sun shone, so we were able to sit on the verandah with cheese and wine:) soaking up the amazing view! Thank you again-we will be back! (Nicola, Nick and Saffy).

  • A wonderful cabin with plenty of room for four people. We loved the electric fire and also the bird feeder on the deck which was constantly covered in birds. The rooms are comfortable with cosy beds. They left us scones and milk and eggs which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

  • Naomi and Mark are the perfect hosts offering a friendly welcome but privacy too. Their little cabin is perfect with beautiful views and walks on the doorstep. I recommend Naomi's afternoon tea! A lovely bonus was to see piglets on their small holding just hours old. Will definitely return.

  • Would highly recommend this little hideaway, stayed two nights weather was not great but didn't really matter as it was so cosy and comfy ,our hosts were very helpful and friendly so would definitely stay again.

  • We had a lovely stay at Naomi’s place. Communication was fantastic with very clear directions on how to get there. The cabin is a homely place to stay on a working farm and has nice touches throughout and a well equipped kitchen. Naomi and Mark were wonderful and thoughtful hosts and a particularly nice touch was inviting our 6 year old boy down to feed the animals in the morning which he loved, especially seeing the 3 week old piglets and the lambs! I would highly recommend a stay here! Also we went to eat at The Why Not Inn locally and they too were welcoming and especially accommodating of all my food intolerances. We only stayed one night and wished it was longer!

  • What an amazing find! We attended Crufts and didn't find anything nice around Birmingham so looked a bit further away and so glad we did. Such a great location and cozy little cottage. Unfortunately we could not spend as much time as we wanted but we will most definetley come back and explore the walks. But I did make a video of your little pigs and the goats! And the pair of swans were waiting for their breakfast every morning when we got up.

  • A very sweet annex, cleaned to a very high standard and with some nice little touches. The little fire heats up in no time and makes it very cosy in there. Hannah was quick at responding to messages and made the check in process all very easy with detailed instructions on how to reach the property, and having a lock box to make check in more flexible. We found the place great value for money and are hoping to return in the future. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable, cosy and quiet, just off a country road but locating the studio was no problem as Jessica sent perfect instructions on how to find it. • If you’re looking for a haven of peace and tranquility for a few days - visit Kate! The perfect host, Kate is attentive without being intrusive and a joy to chat to over a cuppa (or a glass of fizz!) The bedroom offers quality linens and soft furnishings and a very comfortable bed. The extremely well appointed bathroom adjacent to both rooms has everything you could ask for and there is an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness throughout the accommodation . Freshly prepared fruit, yogurt, cereals and fruit juice await in the garden room whilst Kate prepares your choice of tea or coffee and cooked breakfast. I had poached eggs on toast with home grown cherry tomatoes. Delicious!

  • You can expect a warm welcome at Kate’s place, it’s a really cute little cottage with lots of character, it’s very well presented and makes a really comfortable stay, perfect for if you are traveling to an event at Ragley Hall as it’s only up the road. Also, the best part was the amazing breakfast that Kate made us in the morning as we admired the serenity of her back garden. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

  • This is a really nice space. Slightly quirky, modern and very comfortable with lots of nice touches. Not at all cold and corporate as many AirBnB places can be. We were there in a very cold, wet and windy February. Being newly renovated, it was warm, cosy and a nice place to be on a winter's night. Close to Pershore and Worcester it is in a great position surrounded by fields and a 100 yards off the the A44. Highly recommend this place and will be staying again next time we are in the area.

Piddlebrook is a freshly refurbished, self contained ground-floor studio flat attached to the main house - The Brook. Situated at a quiet location down a cul de sac, the flat is tastefully decorated to a high standard. The kitchen and living area has a grand outlook onto a large and beautiful garden. The busy pond is home to mallard, moorhen, and the grey heron visits frequently. The village shop, postoffice, and two pubs are within easy walking distance.
Guests travelling with young children need to be cautious, as the pond at the bottom of the rear garden is only partially fenced.
The studio flat is beautifully located in the countryside, on the edge of the quiet Worcestershire village of Inkberrow. There are plenty of footpaths in the area. For further information on its history and local amenities, you can check local Inkberrow website.
  • Top quality accommodation in both the studio flat and the house. All my guests loved the location and the whole set up. It made a fantastic start to my wife’s 50th birthday celebration weekend. We will be back again and again !

    Gavin2020-02-10T00:00:00Z
  • This is a wonderful little place! Cosy, clean and modern. The layout makes great use of the space—the open-plan kitchen/lounge has a breakfast bar and feels very spacious. The patio door opens to beautiful English countryside. And there’s a bench outside to enjoy watching the ducks and other wildlife. I highly recommend Piddlebrook. Thanks George for your great hospitality!

    Gavin2019-12-01T00:00:00Z
  • I have stayed for 6 months plus at this beautiful location. The setting is idyllic and the whole village is so laid back and friendly. The studio flat is a brilliant set up and is always spotlessly clean. The communication between my self and the hosts is always met with very prompt positive answers whenever any issues arise which I might add is very rare. A real pleasure to have found this place.

Our accommodation is sited in a picturesque village ideally located to explore the local area including the Cotswolds, Worcestershire, Malvern and the historic Stratford-Upon-Avon. The route through our village is a very popular area for cyclists and walkers. There are 2 excellent pubs in the village, all within walking distance and a great Tea Shop. The M5 is 15mins. There are many restaurants in Pershore (4miles): Belle House, Thai, Chinese, Indian and an award winning fish and chip shop!
We offer a warm welcome at The Barn. The double bedroom is very comfortable with a King size bed and separate large bathroom with a very inviting bath, an often welcome addition after a busy day. You are welcome to use our personal bathroom which has a shower. You will find us relaxed and accommodating to your needs. We offer a light breakfast, however, if you would prefer something more substantial, our local village tea shop, AuntieRita's, offer a good breakfast, also Hillers Farm shop, which is 10mins drive. We run our own business from home and therefore, if needed, we are on hand to help with a lift to the train station, directions and advise on where to find good beer and fine food! Like most barns, we are situated on a road. Our situation is enroute to another village, and is mostly quiet but for the weekly school runs and commutes to work early mornings and early evening.
Our village is friendly and very quiet. The Wychavon Way path passes through the village, a 40mile walk from Droitwich Spa to Broadway in the Cotswolds. We have various trails to follow and enjoy the Worcestershire countryside and it is a popular choice for Ramblers of all ages. We are situated on a very popular cycle route. During the weekends you are often wakened by the chatter of cyclists passing by or a very noisy woodpecker angrily shooing our cats away! We have 2 pubs within walking distance, offering good beer and food. The beer gardens are a pleasant stop on the walk back from the very pretty Grafton Wood Walk.
  • Simon and Carole have a lovely spot and were very welcoming... plus possibly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in!

    Phil2019-09-11T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely barn conversion in a quintessential Worcestershire village, friendly and accommodating hosts, cute pets and a comfy bed. It's an old building so those over 6ft might struggle with the ceiling heights in places, but this home has bucket loads of charm and is very peaceful.

    Thomas2019-09-08T00:00:00Z

  • Carole and Simon were both so friendly and welcoming, we were instantly put at ease. The room and bathroom were both immaculately clean, quiet and the bed was so comfortable we slept just as well as at home. Thé Barn is also home to one dog and two cats, all equally adorable and super friendly, an absolute pleasure to be around! Lots of tea, coffee, toast, fruit and cereal for breakfast, perfect start to the day. In all a very pleasant to stay in a beautiful home with charming hosts - I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend. Thank you both!

The Old House is a beautifully quirky and rustic 400 year old thatched cottage set within an English country garden; we are nestled in the lee of St Kenelm’s Church in the heart of Upton Snodsbury. You’ll love the heavily beamed ceilings and timber framed walls, it has many original features and the cosy rooms have warm rugs, comfy sofas and log burning stoves. We enjoy welcoming visitors from the world over to share the sense of history in our little patch of Worcestershire.
Your Space is a cosy ground floor bedroom and private en-suite with a generous sized shower, as well as the sole use of an adjoining sitting room with large inglenook fireplace and log burner, plus two external doors opening onto the front and rear gardens. The bedroom has its own external door leading onto a garden path, you’ll be given a key to come and go as you please. Although small, the room has a vaulted beamed ceiling and double aspect leaded light windows with pretty views, giving it a bright and airy feel. There is underfloor heating in the bedroom and a cast iron electric logburner helps make it extra toasty. The room is furnished with two single beds, cotton bed linen and towels, bedside table and lamp, chair and small chest of drawers. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in your room. An ancient door leads you into the sitting room with a large inglenook fireplace, comfy sofa and piano. You have sole use of this room and are welcome to relax in front of the fire, watch tv or browse through our books. Breakfast is served in the family kitchen around the table next to the rayburn. In fine weather you are welcome to use the front garden, sit on the bench under the apple tree and watch our hens as they scratch their way around the old English roses and lavender.
The village of Upton Snodsbury is only 10 minutes drive from Junction 6 on the M5, but it could be a million miles away as you are immersed in the rural landscape of the Worcestershire countryside with its many listed and timber framed properties. We are within easy reach of Worcester, Stratford on Avon and Pershore. The spa towns of Cheltenham, Droitwich and Malvern are also close at hand. There are countless historic places of interest on our doorstep including many N T properties; Hanbury Hall, Croome Court of Capability Brown fame, Coughton Court, Greyfriars and Ragley Hall. Our village is blessed with many footpaths, bridleways and green lanes through fields and woodlands winding past farms and leading to picturesque villages with names such as White Ladies Aston and Naunton Beauchamp. The Worcestershire Millennium Way is a very popular walking route which passes our front gate and we are happy to help with advice and guidance on exploring this lovely part of the world. The night sky is especially beautiful from our village due to lack of street lights, but we can loan torches if you wish to go for a moonlit walk. Upton Snodsbury village Stores and Post Office are open six days per week and provide a valuable and friendly service to locals and visitors. The Oak pub and Twisted Spoon Tearooms is a short walk away across one field, they both have excellent seasonal menus and are open all day, seven days a week. Church services are held each Sunday at 11am and visitors are always made welcome. Upton Snodsbury is a very convenient location to access the numerous and varied high profile events which take place in this part of the Midlands. These include The Cheltenham Festivals, Malvern Spring, Autumn and Three Counties Shows. Upton on Seven folk and music festivals, Shakespearean Theatres in Stratford on Avon, The Severn Valley steam railway and a wide variety of musical events in Worcester Cathedral, including the famous Three Choirs Festival. Elgar's birthplace is nearby, as are the iconic Malvern Hills from which he gained much of his inspiration.
  • This place must rank up there as one of the Airbnb best. Beautiful, comfortable house. Amazing amenities. Thoughtful, friendly hosts. Plus, location, location, location. • Lynda’s cottage is every bit as charming as the photos suggest. On arrival, we were made to feel very welcome and given tea and cake in front of a roaring log fire in the cozy sitting room. A delicious full English breakfast was provided in the lovely farmhouse style kitchen, setting us up for the active day we had planned. If you want an authentic country cottage experience with an absolutely delightful host, we cannot recommend Lynda’s place highly enough!

  • Lynda has a beautiful thatched cottage right beside the churchyard, which is so pretty and peaceful. Lynda and her husband were wonderful hosts and it was a real delight to have a home-cooked breakfast made by Lynda, and to chat with her about all sorts of things, in the morning.

The accommodation is part of a converted stable block sharing a courtyard with the main house. It offers an en suite double bedroom, lounge and fully fitted kitchen on a working alpaca breeding farm, fibre studio and shop. Both rooms have full length windows and double French doors that open out into the south facing courtyard. Whilst it is set on a main road, you only have to step into the paddocks to completely lose yourself in the magic of alpacas and the peace of the countryside.

  • A great cosy space with everything provided if you want to cook and relax. The pub was very good a short mile down the road. There were some great walks around although a little overgrown in places! Victoria and Roger were very friendly and welcoming.

  • Very nice location on an Alpaca farm run by a very dedicated and hardworking family! The shop with wool and home-made goodies was a nice extra for some souvenirs ;) We stayed here for 4 nights with our 20 month old who loved all the animals around (including the dogs and runner ducks). A car would be required to stay here, and the place has a good location for day trips in all directions around. The apartment has everything you need and is a comfortable place to stay, with access to the outside space as well. We enjoyed!

    Nynke And Mike2019-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely place, Victoria was a great host and the alpacas are amazingly strange little creatures. The accommodation is clean and perfect when bringing along dogs. Easy check in and check out. Thank you

  • We had a fantastic time staying at Victoria and Rogers. Such a beautiful and friendly setting. You are a little way away from any supermarket but this isn’t really a problem if you’re looking for a place that’s rural. There is plenty of pubs in a 5-7mile radius. We ate at The Oak and had a lovely meal there for very respectable prices. Roger asked us if would like to join them for a BBQ which was very nice of them and we had an extremely pleasant evening. There are plenty of footpaths and walks near by to get out into the open. We highly recommend this place for animal lovers. My 18month old adored the dogs, ducks, llamas and alpacas, everyday her smile widened as she heard the ducks quacking. (This was only when we actually went outside near their coop) The room was very quaint and had everything you needed for a nice breakaway. Bed was nice, spacious and comfy too.

  • What a lovely place. Me and the boy went to do a bit of walking and relax without the Mrs in our ears. What we got was so much more. Amazing local produce that Catriona was able to source for us including her own sausages. An amazing use of space, including a full bathroom, kitchen living space and bedroom. Also a wood burning stove that kept us cosy on a cold February night. Truly sad to leave.

    Ryan2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Where to start?!.. Absolutely outstanding hospitality from Catriona and Alec! They both went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect for us. We even extended our stay as we were enjoying ourself so much and they made us feel at home! Evie the dog waiting for me in the morning really made my day bright as soon as I woke up! Attention to detail in the hut is amazing, anything you need is available and we loved all the gins! Perfect finishing touches. Thank you for spending the day in Malvern with us with Evie it really made our trip extra special and being with you both at the Verzon. Will definitely be back! The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed looking up at the sky, gazing at the stars in the evening. We went to a local slip pottery session in Worcester through airbnb due to bad weather but his flat gave us a very comfortable base to fierce the stormy weather. Matt is very responsive and I can't recommend this property enough! Thank you!

  • Mary’s place is absolutely perfect and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Absolutely pristine and very stylish, with everything you need plus more. Matt is very responsive and his parents (who looked after the place when we were there) were brilliant - bringing round a Prosecco flute to help us with the complimentary fizz! The bathroom is very luxurious with a fabulous shower. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to fully cater for yourself. But of course the hot tub (with dressing gowns and slippers provided) is the pinnacle - you can’t beat it for watching the moon and stars rise surrounded by fields with a fizz in hand! Thank you so much Matt. Will certainly return.

A newly renovated, independent annex of our family home, situated in the pretty village of Cropthorne. Within easy access of Cheltenham, Cotswolds and Stratford-Upon-Avon and surrounded by stunning scenery, there's so much to see and do in the area.
You can't miss our hens on your arrival, and we'll happily add an egg or two to the breakfast that will be left in the kitchen for you to prepare. Simply furnished, but we hope with everything you need. If not, just ask. Ideal for a single person or couple, we can also add a small mattress in the bedroom for a young child if needed. Or you can bring a travel cot.
Cropthorne is a small village with church and a historic centre including thatches and black and white houses. The Bell pub is within five minutes' walk of the Coop. The countryside around is lovely, as is the local market town of Pershore, incredibly still with a good amount of independent shops.

Varden House is a spacious and comfortable place for 6 guests to relax and enjoy their stay in rural Worcestershire. Downstairs features a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, a double bedroom with shower room en suite, an additional WC, and a spacious living/dining area. Upstairs there is a twin room (2 single beds) and a double bedroom, with a family bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. The 20x20m rear garden is shared with our other holiday cottage. Our prices include VAT.
As parents and grandparents ourselves we understand the importance of child safety, child comfort and parental needs which is why we are happy to offer cot beds, high chairs and stair gates throughout the cottages, all available on request. A large solar array and ground source heat pumps provide much of your power and all of your heat for your stay, all generated from renewable sources right here at the farm. A washer and dryer are provided in a utility room just opposite the cottage (20m) across the courtyard, free to use Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, 09:00 -17:00 in the summer and 10:00 - 15:00 in the winter. A rotary washing line is available for drying (which we do encourage to save energy). We are also happy to now offer high speed (75mb) broadband, perfect for Netflix, skype, gaming or work.
The cottage is set on our farm so we have plenty of space if you like a walk in the countryside. Pershore town centre is host to an Asda supermarket, Tesco Metro as well as cosy coffee shops and several pubs.
  • Lovely remote location, spacious living area and great facilities. We will definitely return next time we come back to Worcestershire.

  • Excellent faclities though a few more glasses and bigger pans would be welcome. Really enjoyable break.

    Phil2019-11-03T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic place as described. If I had to pick a fault it would be that there was no washing machine but that’s all! I hope to use this accommodation again in the near future.

Amerie Barn has a lovely feel to the place. When I visit my Mum, this is where I stay with my wife and son. I feel at home straight away. It's a short walk from Pershore High Street and the Abbey. IMPORTANT: If your profile is new and without government ID, your request will be rejected. Sorry, but we’ve had trouble in the past.
Just as the name says, it's a renovated barn and with that comes all the character of Tudor beams, many of which are original. Arriving and leaving are no hassle at all as you have a parking space just outside the front door. The kitchen has everything you'll need to cook and the location is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds.
Pershore is a riverside Georgian market town in the heart of England with a great selection of restaurants, bars, and the convenience of a modest selection of high street shops. For fine dining Bell House comes highly recommend. For a more modest evening out, The Pickled Plum is a short walk and has a warm atmosphere, great food, and cask ales. There's plenty to do and see locally; from countryside walks to passing your time a few local galleries and antique shops.

A newly renovated house in a no-through road set in pleasant countryside. In easy reach of Worcester, Stratford and The Cotswolds. Three double bedrooms offering bed, breakfast and private lounge. One bedroom is downstairs and is en-suite. Every effort will be made to provide a welcoming and comfortable stay.
Plenty of parking. WiFi. Netflix. Open fire in lounge.
Inkberrow is the inspiration for the long-running radio programme "The Archers". The Old Bull is a 16thc pub overlooking the village green. Fab food at The Bull's Head. Lovely walks. Great sports' facilities and plenty of horse riding.
  • If you are staying in the area, Avondale is a fantastic option. In a quiet location, with just the sound of the odd horse clip clopping past, the property has been refurbished to a high standard. I felt comfortable and relaxed as soon as I arrived. Mo is a warm and knowledgable host and the cooked breakfast she provided was out of this world. Great value and highly recommended.

River Cottage is a delightful bijou hideaway located between a Georgian townhouse fronting onto Bridge Street and the River Avon. Accessed via a covered passage from Bridge Street, the cottage is in the heart of Pershore, yet secluded and quiet. It is compact but has a fully equipped and well laid out kitchen, good sized bathroom and full size double bed. There is a large garden area adjacent to the cottage with seating and a table.
There is an outside area adjacent to the cottage with seating and a table. The cottage was completely refurbished in March 2019: completely redecorated, new carpets throughout and all new furniture, bed, bedding, kitchen equipment, etc. The bed is a solid pine plank bed from Indigo in Derbyshire, the crockery Royal Doulton, the kitchen knives Sabatier, and items such as the kettle and toaster recommended as ‘Best Buys’ by the Consumer Association. In short, we have endeavoured to select each item which has gone into River Cottage with discernment. Some of our family live in Bridge Street and so River Cottage is where we stay when we visit and this has been further incentive to fit it out as comfortably as possible.
Pershore is a very pretty town with a high number of quality pubs and restaurants, a cinema/cultural centre and a supermarket just along the street. The cottage is very close to the river with its picturesque walks and views.
  • Decent and very respectful host.

  • Pershore is a lovely and very livable town. Everything is right out the door down the road. The cottage is small, well appointed and everything is very new inside. Walking the high street with all the flowers and visiting the park were highlights. Lovely place to call home for a month.

  • Fantastic cottage. Has everything you could need and a great location. Quiet but so close to all the amenities of the town and having no TV for 4 days was great! Everyone should try it at least once

  • We were very impressed with everything. There were supplies in the fridge and a bottle of wine with a Christmas message - it put us in the Christmas spirit. This is a comfortable, smart cottage and we will definitely use it in the future. Thank you so much.

  • The communication with Angela was very good. We needed to find a place to stay in less than an hour and it worked ! My partner and I loved Angela’s home and our room: fully equipped, very comfortable, sparkling clean and a view over her property. The bathroom had all the amenities. Lovely breakfast prepared by Angela! Definitely we will come back.

    Melinda2019-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • A very cozy B&B on the Aberdeen Angus farm. Walking in on a cold and wet day, Angela greeted us with patience and kindness. The room was stocked and cozy. We had a breakfast fit for a Queen! Thank you!

    Candra2018-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Excellent in every aspect!

    Vince2018-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • Angela was a wonderful host. My partner and I had a late check in and this was fine by Angela. The room and en-suite were very clean and spacious. Angela asks what time you would like your breakfast and she loves cooking. She has a very friendly cat and dog and a gorgeous garden and farm. The home is nice and quiet and we found it good value for money, considering you can pay a lot more for a lot less in a hotel. Angela offered to book a table for us at the local pub / restaurant, which was very nice. She even collected my cardigan from there when I accidentally left it behind!
