City of Wehlen Markthaus - apartment apartment

The Markthaus is a historic gem and is listed as the first hostel in Saxon Switzerland. The house frames the market square in the mirror image of the market church below the castle ruin on the romantic painter's path. Vaulted cellars and foundation walls date to 1527. The main house was built in 1734 and operated as a relaxation, post office and tavern. In 1850 a massive cultivation in the Classicist style took place. Röhringer operated the Hotel Sächsische Schweiz here.

Welcome to a quiet apartment where you are all to yourself. Right in the middle between Dresden and Bautzen. Other excursion destinations, such as Upper Lusatia or Saxon Switzerland, are easily accessible from here. The apartment is on the first floor of a single-family house, all rooms are very bright. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, the nearest train station only 5 minutes. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.

Modern apartment on the upper floor of a farmhouse. The 2-room apartment can host up to 4 people. Our farm is located on a hill surrounded by fields and meadows in a small village between Saxon Switzerland and Zittauer Gebirge. Shared use of the garden (fireplace, barbecue area, playhouse, etc.) is possible by arrangement. The farm has 2 hectares of meadows on which our horses graze in summer. In front of the house we farm a small farm garden.
