Fantastic 1 bed apartment by the sea

Bright and airy sea front basement flat. No sea view but the promenade and beach is literally across the road. The steps down to the basement provide a lovely sun trap outside space. Not far from lovely cafes and restaurants and the iconic De La Warr Pavilion. 5 minutes walk to train station and Bexhill shops. There is no allocated parking but there is pay and display all along the sea front at £2 per day
