Laura apartment with garage and balcony with views

My apartment is super well located in Villa Maria. Very close to downtown!. It has all the basic stores 100 meters away. Bakery, Butcher, Vegetable Shop, Pharmacy (in the same building) and Supermarket. The garage is included in the price and is located inside the building with direct access to the elevator. The space has a beautiful balcony to enjoy the views of a tree-lined boulevard and very quiet. You'll feel better than at home. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped.

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you and yours will have everything on hand, meters from the plaza and shopping center, meters from clinics and public assistance and 800 METERS from the coast with its lake and amphitheater. It has 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, linen, equipped kitchen, living room with armchairs, comfortable and illuminated dining room. It also has a small desk, air conditioning in bedroom and living/dining room, as well as heated in both spaces.

The apartment consists of 70m2. Two bedrooms (one double bed and two small beds), one bathroom, balcony, kitchen and living/dining room. The double bedroom and living room have air conditioning. It also has two TVs with cable and Wi-Fi, and a microwave. The location is excellent as it is two blocks from the downtown square. You'll love my place because of the location. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children).

Casa "La Mitre"

Recycled house with minimalist style, with very good lighting. Kitchen Dining room equipped with microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishes for guests. It has a patio and barbecue to enjoy the outdoors. Air Conditioning in all environments. Excellent location in downtown and just eight blocks from the river. A few meters away are beautiful green spaces to enjoy.

House - Vista Verde

Espacio amplio y sereno. A 100 metros de la costanera. Hermoso vecindario y recinto. Lugar ideal para alojar varios viajeros, muy cómodo, con gran cochera para 2 autos, parrilla y gran piscina. Excelente para vacacionar. No contamos con servicio de toallas. A partir de abril a noviembre no hay servicio de piscina.
