We had a very nice stay in this really nice little city. The flat was near the lake, 10min to the boat by feet. The apartment has everything you need, and a garage which is a plus!

Paolo was a very responsible and friendly host. My arrival in Ispra was delayed by a few hours as I got lost (somehow I missed the connecting bus), but he was gracious enough to wait for me, and I am very grateful for it. The apartment itself is sited right in the midst of a quiet residential district. The apartment itself is newly renovated and very spacious, with a big kitchen that is very well outfitted with equipment for cooking. There is 1 bedroom, with 2 single beds which were both very comfortable. Overall, I have to say that this has been one of the best apartments I've stayed in so far, and I would highly, highly recommend staying here if you're in Ispra.

The apartment was like from the photos, well kept and clean. For me it was very convenient to go to the JRC Ispra. Recommended!

A really pleasant (EMAIL HIDDEN)fy and well furnished place (even a sort of balcony, useful during Summer), situated in a quiet town where you can find everything you need (beach, bars, a few restaurants, shops), close to many touristic places. I would definitely recommend it!

A very warm house, or reign Wellbeing. We spent an excellent stay in Angera.

We enjoyed staying as guests of Alessandra & Marco for a week. The unit was quiet, comfortable & clean with nice linens & towels. This was the first place in Europe we stayed that had sheets, not doonas, making it much more comfortable sleeping in this last lot of hot weather. Lago Maggiore ferry & train day trip was long but worth the effort. Marco & I got together on the last afternoon & he imparted some of his local bread baking/pizza skills plus that evening we shared the pizza's with them & friend Christina plus husband. One would need a vehicle when staying here. Parking was easy, plus access to very nice supermarkets & such was a breeze.

This apartment is like it looks on the pictures. Stylish and cosy with Alessandra as a great host. We had a great time there. You can reach a lot of destination within an hour e.g. Mottarone for hiking, Isola Bella, Safari Park, Milano, Vicolungo for outlet shopping and can spent the rest of the day on the sunny terrace. 5 stars!

We do not stumbled upon Casa di Buz, but it's worth the find ... charming place in a village, the warm welcome, everything is prepared for it to feel good, it is a ideal location for touring in the area of the Lakes.

Super accommodation, beautifully decorated. Pleasantly cool even on very hot days. The property is very quiet and you feel in Italy arrived, nevertheless can be reached very quickly by car everything. To our surprise, we received a basket of vegetables from Alessandra's garden. Alessandra is a very nice host institutions which are very concerned about your guests and always ensures that a lack nothing.

We had a great stay in Casa sul Monte. It is hidden on a hill and is the perfect place for some relaxing days at the lake. The view from the house over the lake is just perfect. The house itself is very good for groups and provides everything you need. Alessandro was a very nice and helpful host. He provides you with all information you need to enjoy your stay. We stayed at Alessandro's for three weeks and we had a great time. The house is located on a hill in the middle of Ispra with a view of the lake, but considering we were staying in January, it was a little too cold to sit out on the balcony to enjoy the view to the fullest. The house is well insulated so that when it warms up from a wood-burning stove, it retains the heat quite well. Alessandro as a host was extremely kind and gracious. He gave a great welcome when we arrived and was quick to give us all the information we needed. He was always available by phone and would check periodically to see if we needed anything. I can recommend Alessandro and his house whole-heartedly to all future visitors.

We had a wonderful multi-week stay with sunny and warm weather on most days (in March and April!). Marisa was a great host - she went out of her way to provide us with an internet connection that was faster than what she had installed before (not an easy task in this region, there definitely are limits in terms of what internet speeds can be reached...). The house is clean and spacious, and with 2 1/2 bathrooms, as well as extra space for beds under the roof, provides a lot of flexibility to host groups of different sizes.

A perfect house . Well furnished and the kitchen was equipped with all you need. Enough place for us all an a wonderful garden. Natalia was very helpful.We were fallen in love with the house and we want to come back another time.

We loved the place. It is calm and the garden is wonderful. We loved the grill and the weather was splendid. Down the hill there is “Bar Gelateria Pizzeria La Parada”. The icecream is phenomenal and I probably had one of the best cappucinos there ever. We were there with two families and the place is good for up to 6 adults and 2-4 children. It was cool, that the heating was still on. April is dangerous. Showers were a charm. Fireplace is lovely. The restaurant directly at the street “Trattoria Delle Zucche” is awesome. It was so good that we almost did not try “Osteria Da Jerry”. But Jerry gave us the best restaurant expertise during the whole trip. He does not have a menu card. You get what his kitchen prepares and they adapt to your preferences. Not good for vegans, but awesome for omnivores. This is what could be better: More deck chairs outside. There was only one. The Wifi was below standard. A mobile stick that was out of bandwith on our last day. A hairdrier would be cool. A bigger working TV would be nice. We did not need it though. The sofas are ‘used’. A bigger laundry rack would be appreciated. We loved the cats and it is a highly recommendable place after all. Thank you so much for having us. Check it out. It’s magic.

The house is beautiful. Looks much better in reality than in the pictures. Great location for day trip to all 3 great lakes and Milano. Less than one hour away from Lugano, Switzerland. Natalia and her family are very helpful and very nice. The house is big and well equipped. We would love to come back.

Natalias house was very nice, and even better than expected. Lots of room for many people, we were only 6. The village is nice and quiet with a good restaurant just 100 m from the house. But supermarket is about 5 km away. We would gladly come back another time. The area is nice. And especially the house is perfect for a trip to the north of Italy.

Natalia was very kind we did find a home for a small fee, with fresh fruits and vegetables. It has been available for our every need. The highly recommend.

We were a group of 7 and stayed at Natalia's for 4 days. We have no complaints whatsoever. Everything was clean and Natalia was more then generous as she even bought some food for us and put it in the kitchen compartment. We stayed outside up until late in the night and were, I assume, quite noisey, still there were no complaints by any neighbors. I can only recommend the house!

We had a really nice time staying at Fabio's place. The appartment was lovely, very clean and spacious. The area is quite remote but if you go by car other towns are easy to get to. Easy access to the shared pool and beautiful views over the lake.

Bordering Lake Maggiore, the residence in which the apartment is very quiet and very nice. It is located near a small village serviced by the boat that shuttles between the different attractions of the lake. Very easy to reach by car, this residence features a large pool overlooking the lake. This is a very nice place. The apartment is spacious and very appropriate for a family with 3 children / teenagers so that everyone is his space. It is very well equipped and nicely decorated. We spent a great time. The organization of the stay by Fabio is impeccable. Always careful to make the stay pleasant, it provides, by email, detailed information on the apartment and what there is to visit nearby. A welcome gift is offered with local products. During our stay, there was a small technical problem with the TV and Fabio has solved the problem within 24 hours, while discretion. Fabio is really investing. He does whatever it takes to make the stay perfect. Again thank you to him.

We couldn't have asked for a better located apartment, just feet away from Lago Maggiore, or a more attentive host. Fabio went out of his way to welcome our family of 5 and make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The apartment's perfect configuration and stunning views were essential ingredients in our wonderful week-long stay. Ranco itself is a great starting point for excursions on Lago Maggiore, but also to the back country and the region's major cities and lakes.

I have been in Fabio’s amazing cottage with my family and it was a great experience. The cottage is in a nice residence with direct access to the Lake, with a beautiful park and an enjoyable swimming pool. When we arrived we were delighted from the house cleanness, the immaculate sheets and linen, the nice furniture and the Nespresso machine…. The house is fully equipped with everything that you need to in the kitchen, but what really make the difference are the terraces, with a beautiful view on the lake. If you like playing music, there is even a guitar…and many books… no way to get bored. Ranco is the right place to stay even in order to visit all the Lake, from Ispra to Laveno, Arona and Stresa, (The Borromeo islands are really beautiful). The surroundings are amazing too, we enjoyed walking around and biking it’s even better… Fabio is a kind host, he pays attention to all the details that make the difference and he is available for suggestions and hints (we went to a couple of restaurants outstanding!!! ) It was a beautiful vacation I would recommend to anyone, we will come back for sure!

We were informed in great detail about the accommodation. At facilities everything was there, even a welcome package with food and shower gel, shampoo etc. When once the power went, was ilham immediately on the spot and helped us.

we were guests by Andrea for a weekend; the experience was very positive, the house is warm and comfortable experience. very quiet and green; but in any case not far from supermarkets, restaurants or highway. unfortunately the weather was not our friend, because, though the terrace is very pleasant and is suitable for bbq or relaxing in the afternoon sun. we have not got to know Andrea in person, but left us all the information and a contact person, which is also very kind. the experience was definitely positive and to be recommended.

Siamo stati in questa casa con un gruppo di amici (6 in totale) per capodanno. La casa é molto ampia (2 piani più mansarda) con un confortevole piano terra con cucina attrezzata (forno, microonde e lavastoviglie) e salotto con caminetto perfettamente funzionante ma con divano solo per 2/3 persone. 3 camere da letto (2 matrimoniali e 1 con letto doppio in mansarda) arredate in modo essenziale, 3 bagni (uno per piano) ma solo uno dotato di doccia. Casa pulita e dotata dei servizi essenziali, qualche problema per scaldarla dati gli infissi un po' datati ma in generale una buona sistemazione con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Riscaldamento da pagare a parte.

Hello, very quiet and relaxing location with beautiful views of the lake - especially from the 1st floor and the bedroom. Overall very nice and newly built apartment on 2 floors and everything was very clean and spacious. Great kitchen on the ground floor. We had as a family (4 people) a great week in the really very generous house. The contact Lisa on site was very, very nice !! Baker is easy to reach in and by car. If we return to the region, we are the hotel gladly again take! Even trips to Lake Maggiore and Milan are not a problem. Really easy access by car!

Nadia and Alessandro prepared us a warm welcome (homemade gem and honey, and a bottle of Prosecco). House is very well equipped, clean, well decorated and location is ideal with a real nice lake view. We had a very nice and relaxing time, plenty of restaurants in the area to enjoy as well as nice places to visit with plenty of nature around.

A warm welcome was extended to us, we felt at home from the start (ready to drink upon arrival 12.00). The description of all facilities was carried out with kindness and understanding. We had a great time, we highly recommend to any traveler seeking tranquility and escape. For services, the quality of hospitality of our hosts, the lake view from the balcony of the master bedroom, and location as we visited the lakes Orta, Maggiore, Como and Lugano. As of 16/9/13 The plane was late arriving, so we arrived late at the BNB, yet Luca was still there, greated us graciously filled us with all necessary info and when we were satisfied, Luca then left for work. My son and I are both over 6 feet high, even thou it was a pull out bed lounge, it wqs very comfortale and we slept very well. All facilities for the bnb were shared, kitchen, bathroom, no problems as timing between tenants varied so did not clash. Only those with transport should very highly consider this bnb, as it is a bit out of the way of those without a car. Priced very well for location.

The place is great and is next to all the major attractions. I will definitely stay there again!

Great place for a young family. We stayed 3 nights at Luca's. Luca's welcome was very warm and extremely flexible( given the fact we arrived very much later than expected. ) Great place with all you need, even a garden and set up beds for kid and babies. Stefano's place is sooo Italian in atmosphere and in style. It's beautiful and he is such an amazing host! old and new are combined in such a unique way, his place could easily make it into an architecture &design magazine :) Stefano made us feel extremely comfortable and since we only stayed one night we will definitely try to come back again!!!!

With great surprise we found ourselves in a spectacular setting. Surrounded by greenery with a hill where available walk in a vineyard. Kept environment in every detail with well designed. Pool sparkling clean. Spacious and clean. Even in the sauna room. Really stay in 5 stars. Compliments.
