Cosy studio in garden with private entrance for 2 guests. We provide a king-size bed & separate shower-room. Outside is a private patio area. We are a few minutes walk from the village which has a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in its high street and is situated near to the New Forest National Park. We are a short walk (10 to 15 mins) from the beach and walks in the surrounding countryside. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and marine activities. We can accept one small, well behaved dog by arrangement (please text me to discuss).

Our newly converted self contained annex is the perfect blend of living and sleeping space. The ground floor comprises of a kitchenette with sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, portable ceramic hob, microwave and all the usual kitchen utensils. The spacious room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, TV and also a table and four chairs. The first floor double bedroom is bright and airy with a kingsize bed, wardrobe, bedside units and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Recently completed, purpose built private self-contained annex next to, but separate from our family home. Situated in our garden, Pebble Cottage is just 400m from the cliff-top at Barton on Sea.
