Aly's place is wonderful. We spent two nights during the fall and it was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. Check in/out was easy and the place is close to lots of restaurants and places to walk.

The house was really great, although the bedroom above the living room was hard to get up to due to the spiral stairs. 5 adults had plenty of room. The beach isn't as close as we were told, but it ended up not mattering as we were able to drive and park for free since it was after season. The beach was amazing. The yard was wonderful to have and there was plenty of all listed toiletries and amenities. We would definitely consider staying here again. Aly was very responsive and extremely helpful. The house could use a heavy cleaning (lots of spider webs and dust) and the house rules on AirBnB need to be updated to match those left at the house. The check-in & out times were a bit confusing.

The Windmill Cottage is the perfect home in central Cape Cod for a vacation. The cottage is neat and complete with all the amenities you could need, and the homeowners are very attentive to all one may need.

Problems encountered : - smell of dust coming from the carpet / bedspreads / sofa cushions, etc. - lack of privacy as the rooms do not really close; -access to the room upstairs very difficult (very narrow spiral staircase).

We had a wonderful time at 'The Windmill'! It is a great house and was so close to everything we needed. A great place to stay for anyone who lives mini-golf. Loved the firepit! If we ever return to the Cape, we'll definitely be staying here.

This cottage is the sweetest thing. The decor is very beachy and summery. The bed is super comfy. This cottage served as our home base while my daughter and I explored from Rockport to Marthas Vineyard and served as the perfect place to land every night. It is located near great ice cream shops and dominos delivers! Very clean and on a quiet, private dead end street. Highly recommend!!

The Sand Dollar Cottage is so charming! I highly recommend this cottage for anyone from couples to small families. My husband and I stayed with our two children (3 and 7months) and the location and space were perfect! The cottage is beautifully decorated and clean and Alexandra was so wonderful and responsive. Nice house need better communication

My family stayed here for a week in August and overall had a great stay. The backyard was nice with a good amount of space for our toddler to run around in. The place was clean and close to the beaches. When we arrived, the grill wasn't working. I told Andy and he came over the next day with a brand new grill. We were so impressed! The only downside was that the house is close to the road and there was some noise from traffic. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

This was a great location for a week on the cape! Close enough to everything but still had the feel of a quiet cape house. The back yard was perfect for relaxing with friends and Andy was responsive and very pleasant to work with. I would absolutely rent this house again :)

My family and I had a great time on our trip down to the Cape this year, and this house was a perfect place to spend time. The house itself is nicely appointed and extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts left a binder of useful information and even checked in on us via email during our trip to let us know about some local fireworks we could check out. Highly recommended.

David's and Dot's home was beautiful, immaculate, and comfortable. The neighborhood location was lovely. It was a short drive to everything. The small beach, Windmill, at the end of the road was idyllic and Smuggler's Beach, a two-minute car ride, is fantastic. Also, the beds were so comfortable! We'll be back.

The cottage is beautifully renovated and decorated. Feels like you just walked into an episode of HGTV! Bryce left us a nice bottle of wine and salt water taffy! Chases Ocean Grove is a cute beach community. The cottage is a two minute walk to the beach. Very family friendly cottage and community.

This is a great little cottage for a couple or family. The cottage is appointed beautifully and very thoughtfully, especially the items for kids including the little tables and chairs, crayons, markers and books. The cottage is a very short walk to the private beach - maybe 100 yards or less through the beach community with no need to cross any major road. Bryce and Amy are great hosts and are incredibly responsive with any questions or recommendations you may need. It is also centrally located on the Cape to be able to get to any other sites and attractions in minimal time and had an abundance of restaurants within a short drive or even just a very short walk to the Sailing Cow Cafe. The only downside (if you could even call it that) is that the only shower is outside, but frankly it was nice to take a shower in the fresh ocean air after a day at the beach.

The cottage is newly updated and located in a little community of like cottages right by the ocean. You do not need to cross any busy roads to get to the beach. It has a cute area art for the little's and they provide puzzles, board games, and books for both adults and children. There is no A/C but that is advertised and so it was expected. The owners did provide 2 fans however, during the time of year in which we visited more fans would have been appropriate, which I am told will be provided going forward. After I booked (and paid for) the cottage, the next day I was sent the rental agreement and addendum (which I did not read well enough), I did not realize bedding was not included. My fault, hopefully the owners will make that clear in the listing going forward as well. Bryce did apologize for not making it clear but I believe it was unnecessary as it was my responsibility to read the addendum properly. The only window coverings in the cottage were in the bedrooms, the bathroom even lacked privacy to the outside world. I requested something to use for the time being but nothing was done during my stay. Bryce messaged me stating blinds were on order but would not arrive until after our visit. Energy Company’s note to have window coverings closed on hot days as the sun light will heat the home. Since I did not have any and some days were 80+ degrees we had to resort to covering the windows with our beach towels. The only other issue we had was that the Airbnb map gives the allusion of the cottage being closer to the beach than it really is. Both (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) and apple maps also have the incorrect location, even after entering the proper address, but I do not believe this to be the fault of the owners. The cottage is actually the last from the beach, in its row of houses, right off the main road. Had I been aware at the time I probably would not have rented because I had a small child with me at the time. Also, the only shower is outside, even though it is mentioned in the advertisement I did not realize it was the only one. Ha! Privacy was great for it though and I actually enjoyed it. It was not a problem for me but worth mentioning in case someone makes the same assumption I did. All in all it was a decent experience, with window coverings installed and more fans introduced I would consider returning once my younger child has aged.

If you're looking for a family-friendly environment with a house that literally has every essential you could need for a perfect Cape Cod stay, this is the house for you! Very close to the city and also quick drive to any local Beach and harbor. My family and I absolutely loved staying at this Cape Cod home.

Very well with communication! She was absolutely a pleasure to deal with and the house... Oh my gosh!!! I reserved a house on the cape, but I did not expect to reserve our dream! If I could give a 6 star, I would!!

To put it simply, we loved this house. Inside, the house is bright, clean, and comfortable. It's full of nooks to read, look out the window, or sit by the fire. The kitchen is well equipped. The size was opulent for our group of four couples, but we spread out to enjoy it nonetheless. The retrofitted garage is a family dream with air hockey, ping pong, and other table games. The private back yard, protected by the "L" shape of the house, shelters dining tables, reading chairs, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower that everyone loved. Out the front door to the south (roughly) is the marsh with views over to Bassetts Island. To the right up the lane is a short walk to the beach, with views for miles up to the canal and the railroad bridge. We jogged, kayaked, and swam. And walked around Wings Neck. This is the perfect area for jogging and walking. Biking would also be great. Pam and Fran were responsive and friendly. Thank you for taking good care of us. I suspect we'll be back! PS: By the way, the cover photo, of the second floor porch, captures our favorite place. That is where we all congregated for the view, to look out over the marsh, and to catch the breeze.

This property is wonderful. We had an amazing stay and the property manager, Fran, could not have been sweeter! It was a perfect spot to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday. We strolled along the private beach at the end of the road, cooked big dinners in the kitchen and were all able to eat together at the large dining table. The weather was gorgeous so we sat in the big backyard enjoying cocktails in the sun. We even found a cute little restaurant close-by called the Lobster Trap that had great food and an outdoor patio. Highly recommended!

The place is gorgeous and great house for any weekend getaway. The house was extremely clean and had table games, a fireplace, hot tub, BBQ, etc. Pam was extremely friendly, provided towels, firewood, and barbecue materials, and even texted me a list of good places to go near the area. Really a perfect trip and I hope to come again soon.

Pam was very welcoming and helpful in all steps along the way from booking to actually getting to her home. She had great recommendations for places to eat, visit, and different activities to enjoy while on the Cape. Her home is great for large groups and weekend getaways. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We LOVED staying in this perfectly quaint cottage for a week! It had plenty of room for 3 adults, an outdoor shower, a perfect little patio for coffees in the morning and is a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. It's a little off of 28 so it's central to most stores in the area. The neighborhood was perfect for family walks and bike rides and everyone we met was really friendly! It's a perfect place to vacation if your looking for a low key, relaxing getaway! Blake was a great communicator and the self check in was a breeze!

Blake's place is an amazing value in a perfect location - close to the beach, dining, grocery stores and recreation on nearby route 28. I stayed for a long weekend with my 12-year-old daughter and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach. The cottage isn't luxurious, but has everything you need and was immaculately clean. Blake was a great communicator and was right on top of everything. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I highly recommend this quintessentially Cape-y cottage.

Stayed for a short mid week trip. Was pleasantly suprised at the homey-ness of the cottage, and the ease of walking to the beach. Central location made trips to lower Cape and the Vineyard a breeze! Check in was easy and Blake was always available if we had any issues ( we didn't). I will definitely look to stay here again if I get back to the Cape!

My family rented this home from Steven over the Christmas Holiday and are so happy we did. The space was perfect for our two groups ( myself, husband, and 2 yr old plus brother and his girlfriend). We were thrilled to have two separate spaces for each of the groups to settle in with some privacy. Both the downstairs bedroom and one of the upstairs bedrooms have queen beds - perfectly suited for 2 couples to share the home. Full bathrooms on each floor added to the sense of privacy for each group. The central living space was equipped with plenty of seating, decent sized TV, cable, wi-if, Netflix, etc, just as promised. Great location and super easy access. The renter, Steven, went out of his way to make a child's booster seat, pack and play, and a children's cot, available to us and ready to use when we arrived. This was my first experience as an airbnb user and it exceeded our expectations! Thanks again!

The house is in a quiet, residential neighborhood, which turned out to be fine. I wanted a water view (ha ha) or in-town, but it is convenient to everything, private, no street noise and no barking dogs. Peaceful! The interior is just as bright, airy and roomy as the photos. We didn't cook, but the kitchen had amenities like condiments, spices, etc. It's crazy to buy all of that stuff for a short stay. We were only 3 people, but I think the house would easily suit 5 or 6.

We had a fabulous time at Steven's place. It was Immaculate and ended up being better than the pictures. The large deck, BBQ, and yard were perfect for two families. The kitchen was beautifully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils and diningware. The second bedroom with a Queen bed over looks the living room with an indoor window that opens into the living room. It didn't bother us, but is worth noting that you can hear everything being said in the living room.

Steven's house is beautiful, very clean and comfortable, modern and full of light, tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The layout of the house is excellent, perfect for accommodating two couples or a family with adult children, as each floor has a full bathroom and bedroom (there's also a third bedroom on the second floor). Steven was a most gracious and accomodating host, extremely responsive and available, and very pleasant to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely, only a short distance to the beach. I would highly recommend Steven's home for a lovely stay on the Cape.

We had a great time! The arrival at the house is nice: quit neighbourhood and a lot of green around! The house is perfect for families! We enjoyed the garden and the light in the house. It was a nice, clean house. And the possibilities to drive around and visit other places is perfect! We will definitely come bad to this place if we visit Cape Cod again!

Tom was fantastic! The house was a great space, we couldn't have had a bette time. Tom is very responsive and has a lot of pride in his home. The outside space it truely something special! This house is the real deal. I have been renting nice cape houses for years and this one was by far the best. The outside is as advertised. Awesome heated pool, huge hot tub, fire pit, outdoor shower, and a custom built party cabana with cool local sports stuff. Surround sound and plenty of privacy. Just an unreal outdoor space to spend a week with family and friends. I could go on and on about the grounds, but just trust me, it's all that you could hope for and then some. Inside the house is solid, 3 BR upstairs 2 BR downstairs. Huge space, clean, comfy, well taken care of and all the bells and whistles you would need in the kitchen. House does prob need a bathroom downstairs, that's the only complaint that picky renters would have. I'm not picky and can walk a couple steps so it didn't matter to me. Overall, the interior is almost as perfect as the exterior grounds. Tom is an awesome guy. Easy going and cool. Super fast response time during the rental process. He greeted us at check in, then left us alone. He left us smores for the kids as a welcome gift. I had a few questions during the week that he answered immediately. Location is the only thing you have to consider. It was my first time staying in Harwich, and I ended up liking the town overall. You will have to drive to everything though, which I don't mind because I have two small kids anyway. I'm a bit of a beach snob, so i don't love the Harwich beaches, the good news is, the house is only 15 mins to Coast Guard Beach and Skaket. So even being a little off the beaten path for shops and beaches, it still puts you about 10-15 mins to everything cool in the cape. Overall I can't compliment Tom and his house enough. I'd give 6 stars if I could. Such an awesome week and can't imagine staying anywhere else for my cape vacation in the future.

Enchanted place! We had a great time staying in Harwich. Tom is an exceptional host, very open-hearted, kind and super friendly. The house is beautiful and clean. It's an excellent choice for families with children. The outside is gorgeous and well done. Kids had a blast in the pool. Tom provided plenty of pool toys. Additionally, there were all sorts of kitchen appliances and tools, for the nights to stay in. Otherwise, many delicious options at local restaurants right in Harwich or adjacent towns. Summing up, if we return to CC again, we know the place to stay. Highly recommend!!!!

The house is absolutely perfect for a fun family getaway on the Cape. It's easily accessible to Routes 6 and and the many Cape beaches. The house itself it great. Tom has done a wonderful job making the outside an oasis - stunning landscaping, outdoor heated pool, hot tub and fun outdoor tiki bar. Lots of fun had by all! The house was clean and Tom provided everything one could ask for - all beach and house essentials (plus smores for the kids!). Check-in was a breeze and Tom checked in periodically during the week to make sure all was ok. Truly a great house and even better hospitality. I highly recommend the house.

What a great house! Even if you never leave the back yard, you will have a great week on the Cape. Plenty of bedrooms for couple with 4 children to relax and play. Nice not to have to bring linens and towels. The house was very well appointed and the host was great! Available if we needed him and away if not. We really liked the hot tub on the cool Cape mornings and evenings. Kids had a ball in the pool.

This is the perfect location to downtown Hyannis! And you will love the private upstairs suite that Sharon has beautifully decorated. And so comfortable! She has thought of all the details you might need during your stay. The mini fridge was stocked and we loved the fresh fruit and muffins she offered. We asked to check in a little earlier and Sharon was so accommodating- thank you! We felt so relaxed in that suite and enjoyed our weekend on the Cape. You will too!

Sharon was a great host. You're very close to a few beaches and restaurants but you don't feel as though you're in the crowd. The house is very quaint and is a trademark cape house. Everything from the complimentary snacks and beverages, to the towels, great communication. It was a wonderful stay!

Sharon provided beach chairs, cooler, unberlla and directions to the beach. The rooms are clean, decorated with a cute beach theme. She kept in communication with us and worked with us for our last minute overnight stay. She invited us to join her on a private beach for a beautiful sunset with a bonfire! This was all so last minute and I am glad we took her up on it. It would be helpful to have a car if you want to get around on your own.

My family and I had a wonderful weekend at the Sunkissed Cottage. Boy, does it live up to it's name! Sun streams in from all angles in The Cottage as it is full of windows that allow the sunlight to bask the home and guests to bask in the glory of the view. Meg was extremely prompt in response to questions and attentive to us as guests (checking in multiple times throughout the weekend and sending detailed information about the stay including things to do in the area). Had beautifully decorated the house, left all necessary amenities, and paid excellent attention to details throughout the home. Meg went above and beyond with providing information about the area and reaching out. The home is cozy, on a beautiful body of saltwater and has a gorgeous pier. The price was extremely reasonable considering the setting and amenities. The pictures in the listing are very representative of The Cottage. Thanks for a wonderful weekend on The Cape and we hope to visit The Sunkissed Cottage again!!

This house and the owner were both fantastic! I highly recommend people to stay here. I went on a long weekend with me and 7 other girls. The house was a perfect size for all of us and the two bathrooms came in handy for that amount of girls. We didn't get to use the outside shower due to weather, but that's also a great addition in the warmer months! We did get the opportunity to sit on the beautiful deck and enjoy the view and refreshing atmosphere. Also, got to use the two kayaks the owner has and we all had a blast! The one and only "bad" thing I could say is the kitchen is on the smaller side, but we made it work and we cooked multiple meals a day! All in all, I recommend staying here and the owner, Meg, is great with communication, making it all worth your while!

Sunkissed Cottage is a lovely property with all amenities provided for a easy comfortable stay. This home is heaven for anyone with attention to details. The interior decoration is majestic and has an immaculate ocean-side theme. The views are stunning from the windows and the master bedroom balcony. The beautiful back terrace is fantastic. The house is so close to the water and having the Kayaks was an added value. We came to spend a couple of nights under the stars and guess what, two binoculars were there for us to use. Everything was perfect, and Meg is a great host and very responsive. Looking forward to coming back here again or to any property hosted by Meg.

The home was very clean and the property was described very accurately. We had a great stay despite it being too cold to enjoy the beach. There are grocery stores around 2 miles away and we found a nice brunch spot in town. Would definitely stay again.

This duplex is in a quiet area and is well equipped for a Cape vacation. Things like bedding, towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, outdoor grill, cooler and the washer and dryer made it an easy choice for lodging. There is a beach in walking distance and there are plenty of other beaches and things to do in a 30 minute driving radius of the duplex. The owner is easy to contact and responds quickly to all questions. We would definitely stay there again.

3 Redwing Place had everything we needed, no more and no less. Cathy keeps the place very clean and provides clear instructions on where to find and how to use everything. There are 3 bedrooms (2 with queen beds and 1 with 2 twin beds) with mirrors in at least 2. There is a big TV in the living room space with a small table with seating. The kitchen is fairly small but has everything you need - electric stovetop w/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, pots/pans, and even some tupperware. One of the best parts of the house is the outdoor shower - great water pressure and generally an awesome feature to have at a Cape house. Another really great bonus is the beach gear (towels and chairs) that Cathy leaves for guests. We saved a lot of space in our luggage by not having to bring those things. Another small but really helpful feature of the house is the lock. Instead of an actual key, there is a lockpad at the front of the house to enter a code. Not having to keep track of or share a key amongst ourselves was one less thing to worry about. Overall, we had a great stay. Cathy was a phenomenal host - available whenever we had questions and happy to share recommendations for visiting the area, and her house suited our needs for the long weekend.

Cathy's place is great for a family looking to have a great vacation. There was three of us (myself, husband and son) and the place was the perfect size. My son didn't want to leave. The place is super clean, there is everything you need there when you check in and the beds are super comfy. Take advantage of the comfortable sitting area outside and the gas grill. Everything you want is within two miles including beaches. Cathy provided everything, so we didn't have to bring much down but food and clothing. Such a bonus! Highly recommend.

This is one of the best experiences I've had so far using air bnb. Cathy's house is just as described and more. Clean, comfortable, and has everything you could need. Including an awesome outdoor shower and a beautiful little beach walking distance right at the end of the road! It was my mom's birthday and we were taking a trip to the Cape for a long weekend. Not only did Cathy send me all the information I could possibly need about the Cape before I arrived, but we were also greeted with breakfast food, jello shots, and champagne! This being my first time to the Cape all the info she sent was extremely helpful and helped with everything from food shopping, breakfast lunch and dinner places, as well as things to do during the day in Dennis and surrounding areas. Cathy was extremely responsive when we needed anything. Highly recommend staying at Cathy's place, we would definitely book again.

Cathy's house is totally darling and very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked, there's a barbecue and a patio table outside. She had beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas as well as coolers. She is an amazing host who answers any questions right away we will definitely stay there again!

A very well-equipped home (even seashells) and all that can serve in a vacation home. Very clean and welcoming. Great location also because not directly on the main street. Overall very satisfied

Gordon and Rebecca's home was perfect! The house was updated and clean, and they thought of pretty much everything you could possibly need. The neighborhood is quiet while still being walking distance to a few beaches and restaurants. Our family had such a wonderful time, instantly feeling comfortable and relaxed, that we're pretty much ready to book again already!

Our stay was fantastic. Gordon called on the morning of our arrival to ensure everything would go smoothly at check in and that we were up to speed on where to find things, etc. The place itself was terrific - very clean, super comfortable, well-equipped, a few minutes walk to the beach, convenient to local sites and restaurants, and a quick hop onto the highway for all of the other things the entire Cape had to offer. We did many things during our stay so were mainly there only for breakfasts, late evenings, and a few other quick meals but we couldn't have asked for anything more! I would definitely recommend staying here and would again myself if we were to return to the area. The kids and I had a great time!!

Gordon and Rebecca's house was a beautiful and cozy retreat from the hustle and bustle of our lives in the city. The house is immaculate, tasteful and very thoughtfully appointed. Communication with the hosts couldn't have been better - Gordon and Rebecca gave great recommendations, some also based on our particular interests. Gordon also gave us a call in the AM of our arrival date to be sure instructions were clear. Thoughtful and warm folks - we can heartily recommend their home and their hospitality. While very quiet, the neighborhood is also walking distance from beaches and a short drive from the quaint downtown of Sandwich. We loved this upper Cape gem.

The house was exactly as described. Great location with 2 beaches close by. One beach was a rocky beach and the other was a sandy beach. House was updated, very clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, very nice neighborhood, great place for walking, and three nice restaurants near by. Gordon provided beach chairs and beach towels. Home does not have central air but two window units kept the house comfortable. Great getaway for couples or small family. Would stay here again when visiting Cape Cod. Thanks Gordon for a wonderful time on our vacation!

It was a fabulous week at Gordon and Rebecca's home. The house is updated and very clean with all the amenities you need and more, even poo-pourrie! Now that's a considerate host. It was walking distance (maybe 10 min) to a number of great restaurants and a very peaceful and scenic beach. Plus the grocery store is a 5 min drive - very convenient. We are a family of three with a baby and the house was surprisingly more child-proof than I had expected. Lots of space for him to crawl and play, and the bedrooms were dark and quiet at night. Sandwich isn't the most exciting town on the Cape, but it has great access to many of them. Being close to Boston was a perk though, and cut down on driving time during our vacation.

I can't speak highly enough about this beautiful home and it's wonderful owners! My family had a fabulous vacation here and every detail, from the gorgeous kitchen to the beautifully kept yard, were just amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and we felt instantly comfy and at home there. The house comes with every amenity that you could think of. Comfy beds and cozy bedding...we all slept better than we do at home! The owners thought of every single detail. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk away and you can see the ocean from the dining room window! It's also a 5 min drive to the quaint town center and a super short drive from our favorite beaches. I would highly recommend vacationing here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat! It was the most relaxing vacation I've had in a long time and a wonderful experience from start to finish. Maureen's place is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The beds and bedding are brand new and super comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Everything worked well and the kitchen is well stocked. The only downside was that the place smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. It was almost gone after leaving windows open and some Febreeze, and Maureen was very gracious about the whole thing when I told her. Great communication. Check in and out was super easy and it's very close to all sorts of lovely midcape beaches, a pond and a supermarket and tasty ice cream options! I would definitely stay again.

The rental is perfectly located, near all services, but also very quiet, being in a dead end. The house is freshly renovated, and as stated by others, the beds are very comfortable. I recommend you bring your bike, the beach is only 10min away, so you save 15$ a day if you travel light. (Bicycles don't require the pass to enter the beach). There are also a few places nearby to practice Kayak, so if you already own one, you can also save by bringing it. Maureen is very responsive, a great host. The only advice: book more than one week, it passes by too fast!!
