First of - Kathy’s Kottage offers a uniquely private, warm and inviting detached cottage. We are not a huge commercial venture, but owned, operated, maintained, and cleaned by hosts who live within 150 yards. The Kottage is our only offering. We charge a cleaning fee of $35 a stay, so there isn't a list of chores at check out. We take up to 4 hours between every stay to extensively clean and disinfect every surface. We are proud of the Kottage as shown in every review over the last four years.

Spacious above garage apartment with kitchen. Offers full bathroom, living room, eating space and bedroom and private entrance. There are two high quality sleeping sofas in the Air B and B. Walking distance to downtown. Near football stadium. Beautiful view of garden. Scenic area and view of town. Peacock Place. This is a mid mod Paradise. Find woods with gold, yellow and blue accents adorn this beautiful little apartment. Everything is new and comfortable. One block to downtown Ottawa, lots of antique shopping and dinning. Worlds oldest still running movie theater is one block way. Enjoy a beer and bbq in the same block at Not Lost Brewery. In the morning the best little coffee shop in the state is also just one block to the north, Mug Shot Coffee. Look for it in the alley.
