The new and stylish apartment receives 2–3 guests on 50 m² of living space in a popular quiet area of Bad Nauheim, next to downtown and spa gardens. The Sprudelhof facilities are 2 min walk away. The unit is on the mezzanine floor of an apartment building. The bright living room features a sofa bed, hardwood flooring, a compact stereo system, cable television, a DVD player, high-speed Internet (128 kb/s), and a small French balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a microwave oven with grill function, a ceramic stovetop, and a cozy dining area. Stay at the park in Bad Nauheim

Please note: Tourist tax: €3.30/2 .20 per day, not applicable for business stays. Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm newly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a comfortable seat/dining area, flat screen TV (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all the necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Completely renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is situated in a quiet but central location in the so-called Dichterviertel, a few minutes walk from the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as from most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. The train station and the city center are also only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers the opportunity for rest and relaxation, but also for minigolf and chess. During the season, you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Roten Teufel Bad Nauheim". Incidentally, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army period in Friedberg. This is why there is an Elvis Festival every year in mid-August, which is now well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try renting a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a wide variety of lectures, guided tours and events. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)
