Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de rencontrer Nicolas mais il a été très arrangeant concernant nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. La maison est grande et confortable, et a beaucoup de charme. Idéale pour un week-end entre amis ou en famille.

Très bon séjour, la maison est très agréable et on y trouve tout le confort (literies, équipements etc.). Et pour les enfants plein de jouets! Nicolas et sa famille sont disponibles et super accueillants (bières maison offertes en plus!), je recommande!

If you are looking for an ideal resting place, without too many distractions, then you're in Vincent (who is very friendly and helpful) to the right place. The apartment Vincent is located in an idyllic village (no bar and no baker, but only a few kilometers from Avallon where there are supermarkets and restaurants are available.) The terrace offers stunning views and is therefore the main venue of the apartment - althans- for me. The other areas of the apartment are nevertheless very pleasant to be in and very neat. Ideal starting point to get to something "busier" places such as Vézelay, Avallon, Tonnerre, ... Recommended!

We had a great weekend with Yan Hui (despite the rain): the garden and the pool are sublime, the perfect home for two couples and well equipped. Scenery and tranquility assured, there are plenty of activities to do around (rafting, canoeing, tree climbing, ...). Yan Hui was very welcoming and available for each of our requests or questions. Very nice townhouse in the heart of Avallon. The garden is spacious and we took full advantage. A large terrace allows you to take meals and dine outdoors without the sun beating on his head. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is provided for large committee. An indoor dining room also can accommodate all the guests without problems. The rooms are spacious and the bedding was fine. By cons, a little advice, leave a window open at night or else watch the heat in the morning!

La cuisine est équipée du matériel nécessaire et la pièce à vivre est agréable. Savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'emplacement pour se garer mais on trouve dans les rues du quartier. Les chambres sont spacieuses, et peu nombreuses, il faut donc les partager, ne pas rechercher l'intimité. Une maison à recommander pour un grand groupe de bons amis !

Ce séjour chez Julie et JC a été au delà de nos espérances. La maison est absolument adorable, décorée avec goût. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse immense. Toujours au petit soin et prêts à rendre service. Si nous retournons dans le coin, nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet environnement empli de sérénité et de bienveillance. Un immense merci à eux.

The accommodation is spotless, comfortable, spacious, well located, close to Avallon. It is also well equipped for cooking, washing clothes, and ... resting. One can easily flow in the area to enjoy walks and visits around. We could have stayed a little longer.

Our host is not present upon our arrival, we had nonetheless left a box of 6 eggs "house" that embellished breakfast lunch the next day. The places were consistent with the pictures and description, our short stay (2 days) is very well in the Burgundy village of Morvan.

What a nice surprise on arrival! We could not have asked for a better weekend this short Burgundy. We spent 2 days and 2 nights in this beautiful house "charm", spacious and very well equipped. The place is quiet and the house has a well maintained garden, ideal for a small bowling and barbecues! Near Avallon, less than 30 minutes from Vezelay and Chalaux which are practiced all kinds of whitewater activities. Another big thank you to Alain for his welcome and availability!

Alain is the perfect host you crave. Extremely pleasant and available prior to our arrival, he showed himself to get us throughout our stay, with a very warm welcome and lots of little touches. His house is a haven of peace and can easily accommodate 8 persons: 4, we were received like royalty! We've had a wonderful time in Alain's home in Magny. A beautiful garden, a house with all the comforts and nicely designed too. Alain is a really thoughtful host, with lovely gestures (special gift for the children), who really wants you to have a good time in his home. The Morvan is on the doorstep and great for outdoor fun.

Bathroom a little small but I'm a big guy :) A lovely breakfast and with some wonderful tea, bread, homemade jam and cheese. Had a very good night sleep. As a first time AirBnB user, was nice of Josianne to explain what was available to me such as towels etc. The Givry village is delightful. Make sure you spend some time there. For me it was quick in and quick out. Would have been nice to spend some more time there. Josiane advise was to visit a small town called Veselay....worth a visit. And so is the town centre of Avallon.

Tastefully renovated farmhouse in a quiet place full

First of all, the room is on 2nd floor & I am an introvert so I deeply appreciate calm, quiet cotemplative surroundings, you really feel like you have your own place, which I find nuturing and comfortable! Secondly, the family is very respectful and welcoming, if you want your own space they give it to you, but if you want to be social they make you feel completely at home and relaxed, you don't feel like you are intruding. The area is beautiful, quiet and tranquil--as spacious as the hearts of the hostess. Thirdly the place is extremely clean, the whole visit had an air of mindfulness and kindness. This was my first visit back to France in 31 years, I can't think of anyone better to have welcomed me to their land, their region, their home. Merci Christine & famille!
