I stayed four days at this location in Phoenix. I was there to photograph an event at the Heard Museum. Sky, the host, met me on my arrival. Sky… is in the wrong business. He should own a bed and breakfast or consult to motel chains. He is an outstanding host and just knows how to make his guests comfortable. The casita is equipped with EVERYTHING one needs for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. The refrigerator was stocked with milk, juice, water, beer and even FRESH eggs… .he has quiet chickens in the back (URL HIDDEN) roosters !!! Entry and exit are so easy. No keys… the lock is a combination. Easy parking on the street in this quiet neighborhood. It was very convenient to the Heard museum and Phoenix Art museum. There are nice restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks about 1 mile drive…easy. The room has a full bath…soap, shampoo,towels, etc are all provided. Fully equipped kitchen with Krups coffee maker, and cable TV, internet, etc. The casita has a nice outdoor space with a rocking chair, and patio table and chairs. Very quiet at nite. Felt very safe. I love this old neighborhood. I would definitely return to Sky's place again. Very thoughtful person. Always available. He lives with his family right there.

I loved staying at Sky's place. The little house in their backyard was beautiful and perfect for me. I had my own space and felt like home. The bed was comfortable! The kitchen was perfect, I was able to make a breakfast for myself and drink a cup of coffee. If I ever come to Phoenix again, I definitely will stay at Sky's place again! Super worth it!!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Sky's guest house for three nights and wished we could have stayed longer. Not only is the guest house comfortable and charming, but Sky is a welcoming and gracious host. We were happy to be centrally located in Phoenix and really felt like we had a little home away from home staying here. The bed is really comfortable and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hype is real. Sky's place is THE BEST accommodations you can get in Phoenix!!! Honestly it was the highlight of our trip to the city. We were most excited for the fresh eggs for breakfast. I am embarrassed to say that Sky got us over half a dozen eggs and we almost ate all of them...they were so good! I'm sorry but we are city dwellers and we rarely get a chance to have really fresh food like that so it was such a treat =) everything else was perfect!!! Thank you!

Sky's guest house is a wonderful place. It is cozy, comfortable, nicely appointed and clean. The outdoor space is very inviting. We will stay there any time we are in Phoenix and have already recommended it to others.

Drove in from CA through a massive hailstorm. I had a med school interview the next day, so I just needed a stress free time to relax and unwind. Sky's place was perfect! Keyless access made it easy. The space was private, well stocked with everything you could possibly need (even beer, milk, water, and freshly laid eggs). Other kitchen basics included kettle, Keurig, pots/pans, even logs for the fire pit outside. Everything. Sky had some great suggestions for places to eat that were walking distance from his home. Both places were awesome and probably changed my view on the existence of a Phoenix food scene. I wished I had the opportunity to stay another night, but alas.... it was booked for the next lucky guest.

The poet's studio is a perfect getaway. Cozy and relaxed feeling with amazing hosts. Its a very serene location. The studio was appointed well with a fireplace and pool accesss. Everything was very well thought out; fresh linens, vintage plates, dimmer switches, and huge shower. There is a wall of windows that can be closed with lined curtains in the morning. Cool concrete painted floors. Awesome kitchen with convection plate and a k-cup. Cynthia was there if we needed anything. We felt truly like her guests.

Our stay was fantastic! Cindy was very welcoming and helpful. She was accommodating of our later than expected arrival and gave great recommendations and delicious tamales. The room itself is incredible. Comfortable, great bed and shower, really cool decoration. We had a fantastic time and would certainly stay again. Can't recommend it highly enough.

This was our second stay at the Poet's Studio. Cyndy is a wonderful host and makes sure we have everything we need. The apartment is quiet with a large courtyard that is relaxing and centrally located.

What a great, comfy studio to stay in! The large, tiled shower was perfect, as were the rest of the furnishings. The location was in the heart of the city and easy to find, just a few miles from the university and historic district. Thanks for accommodating us and our schedule.

This place is completely charming, and Cindy's outfitted it very thoughtfully. It's also nice that Cindy is right there in the main house if you need anything, but it's also private and autonomous. I loved it!

The Poet's Studio has an incredible central location in Tucson which made it easy to get anywhere in no time. The studio felt very private and was very comfortable. Cindy was out of town when we stayed here, but she was still easy to get ahold of by phone. She was even able to get us into the studio earlier than we planned since we were running ahead of schedule! Thanks so much, Cindy, you made our trip a great one!

My husband and I had a lovely babymoon getaway at the Poet's Studio. Cynthia was so welcoming and even left us snacks and tamales which came in handy. Downtown is about a 10 min drive and the Saguaro National Park is about 20 minutes. However, the studio was so cozy and comforting and very hard to leave! We intended on doing a lot of exploring while in Tuscon, but were content to just hang around the rental and enjoy the beautiful courtyard views. The attention to detail is particularly impressive- anything you could possible need is there. We will definitely be back next time we are in Arizona!

I attended a conference at the convention center (15 min away) and was delighted with my stay at this charming, contemporary condo. The unit was well organized, comfortably appointed and appeared to be recently remodeled. I enjoyed early am runs around the charming neighborhood and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

Artur had a lovely home! Neat and clean, it even smelled like it had just been scrubbed fresh when we walked in. The home had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to some great dining options in the area, which was fantastic. Would recommend Artur's place!

We absolutely loved out stay at this charming house. The location was perfect. We were in town for the bowl game and this house has a straight shot to the stadium.The house is warm and inviting and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to cook. However, if you are looking for somewhere to eat you have to stop by Dick's Hideaway. Absolutely fantastic!! There were multiple restaurants and a grocery store close by. Artur was a great host and replied in a very timely manner to all email inquiries. If you find yourself in the Phoenix area this is a great gem.

Enjoyed a nice stay in Artur's condo for a few nights, it was easily accessible and extremely comfortable. Artur was very responsive and solved any problems with the condo quickly (the wifi cut out one day, but by the time we were back he had it back up and running even faster). Great space to cook, nice beds, too. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in Phoenix - not that far from downtown and the airport.

Artur was extremely responsive before and during our stay. The condo is less than a mile from a great grocery store, and is in a quiet location. The pictures are very accurate, and we would definitely choose to stay here again when we travel to Phoenix! You won't regret this choice for a place to stay.

The house was spacious, modern, and wonderfully decorated. It was quiet and incredibly comfortable. We arrived much too early, and they were so kind about. Highly recommended, would stay again!

Artur's home is extremely clean and well-furnished. The property is lovely with a vegetable garden, blossoming orange trees, and plenty of parking. The neighborhood is quiet and sooooo close to many wonderful restaurants. We also really appreciated that the the toiletries provided were all-natural and scent-free.

This apartment was lovely and convenient to our conference at The Arizona Biltmore. The furnishings were new and the apartment extremely clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which is always nice while traveling. I also appreciated the eco-conscious products in the home. Having laundry onsite is always a definite bonus!

This was our first time to visit Flagstaff and we loved it! We were passing through, so our stay was short. The cabin is adorable and has everything you want and need! Mahesh was great and kept in constant contact with us. My family and I are already talking about our next trip back! Thank you again for such a great experience!!!

This cabin and location was truly outstanding! The view is stunning and location very private yet only 15 min to town for dinner. The hosts were so wonderful and cabin amenity details really well thought out. We can't wait to return!

Great stay in a natural area an hour and a half of the Grand Canyon. cozy cottage, a few neighbors, but surrounded by nature. Super quiet!

Our experience was really great. It was so peaceful and it was great to be able to sit out on the porch and enjoy our coffee and breakfast in the morning. We had a small ant problem and Mahesh responded to our concern immediately and the problem was fixed the same day. It was a great little place in the woods. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We had a wonderful stay in the A frame cabin. Such a cosy home with everything you need; and in a beautiful part of the world. It was great to explore the Grand Canyon and the local area with this as our base. We hope to come back one day to stay in this great property.

Great hosts that were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The room was a different, awesome experience. I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend this place to anyone searching in the area.

Had a great stay.

Pros: The location is superb. Derek and Cindi were very sweet to me and helped me to get around town. There's a communal vibe and lots of people around if you want to hang out. Cons: obviously this whole property is a work in progress. I felt it wasn't quite worth the money even with the lower cost. Everything in the container felt pretty old and musty... Then again I'm a clean freak and would have just been happy with newer bedding. Lots of stuff just laying around the property so even walking to the bathroom was a challenge. I guess I have different expectations for an airbnb. If you're more laid back and need a place to crash then it's great... If you expect something neat and tidy then not so much.

I didn't actually get to meet Cindi and Derrick, unfortunately. But my stay was absolutely non-traditional and unexpected. Quite an experience! The place is always booked, so check-in and check-out weren't flexible. But my stay was very peaceful and nice. The housekeeper who works for Cindi and Derrick (if you happen to see him) is so wonderful and kind!

Arthur is a real pro! The apartment was STUNNING! It was clean; stocked with towels, sheets, blankets, and pillows; the air was on 73 and there was beautiful color-changing ambient lighting glowing above the kitchen cabinets. The apartment seemed quite safe, with double locks on both the screen door and the main door. It was also pleasant to be greeted each morning with fresh oranges that had fallen to the sidewalk in front of the house. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Traveling to Phoenix in the summer is never a pleasant experience and one we always try to avoid. That aside, the house was clean, quite, and with working AC. We made the best of the Phoenix experience and even tried out a nearby brewery and nice neighborhood coffee shop. If we end up in the area again, we would stay here

Great little place in great neighborhood, plenty of restaurants and markets no too far away. The place itself was clean, nicely decorated, quiet amd perfect for what I needed.

Accommodations provided be Artur were more than excellent. The apartment was entirely clean upon my arrival. Location of the rental is very ideal for those seeking a stay away from the usual traveler atmosphere of a hotel. Being on a side street helped create a relaxed setting that was/is sufficient for reading or relaxation. A bonus for this apartment would be the citrus trees. If you have a passion for fresh grapefruit or orange I thoroughly recommend staying at this location.

My husband and I loved the nice atmosphere and comfort the apartment has to offer. The place is very clean, nicely decorated, with a full kitchen,shared patio and private outdoor space right outside the bedroom. The host gives you all the privacy you need and answers any message right away. Highly recommend it!

Artur's condo was the perfect place to stay for our Phoenix visit. It was well-decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's in an excellent location. A visitor almost always needs a car in Phoenix, but the condo is within walking distance to several good restaurants and shops. I was also happy with the well-stocked kitchen, plenty of closet space to unpack our clothes, and interesting books and magazines on the shelves. We enjoyed the yard and patio seating outside, and had a very relaxing visit. We would stay here again and would recommend it to our friends as well.

My friend and I had a great one night stay at Shaayna's place! It was extremely clean and comfortable, newly renovated, beautifully decorated, and spacious for 2 people. The location is very close to many great restaurants and the airport as well. We wished we could have stayed longer!

A home away from home. Shaayna was an expectional host and was accomidating to all of our needs. The studio was clean, new and modern from floor to ceiling. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking peace and quiet with a great location.

The studio apartment was just like the pictures. Clean, bright and sunny during the day. Shaayna and her family were very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed, whether fresh towels. They even greeted us! We had a dishwasher so didn't need to lift a finger. The location was accessible to my family and everywhere we needed, so we didn't need to travel too far for anything. There was a guide with places to go in case there was anything we needed which is helpful if you're not familiar with the area. The closets were spacious and great for a shorter or longer stay like we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great price for the convenient location!

Great convenient modern studio 8 min from Phoenix airport. My 2 friends and I stayed comfortably there and we had everything we needed. Shaayna communicated with us regularly, before check in, check in, during and after so everything was absolutely seamless. The studio is cozy, clean, and has everything u need being away from home. This was the perfect accommodation for us and we could not have enjoyed our trip to Phoenix anymore. Queen bed was comfortable, towels and all toiletries were provided, fast wifi and easy street parking. This is a no brainer if u need a place to stay in Phoenix.

Shaayna's place was fantastic! I stayed there with 2 of my friends and the place was well organized and spacious enough for all of us. There were also a lot of amenities around the house for us to cook. Overall, it was a fun time staying at the place and would definitely recommend for all travelers.

Laura and her space were amazing! I came into the area to spend time with friends, but was so happy to have my own little oasis to come back to - the studio was spacious, and the garden was what sold me! One morning, I came into the garden, laid on the hammock and listened to all the sounds: the fish in the ponds, birds chirping, and the scurrying feet of rabbits. Then hummingbirds flew overhead. While I didn't get to spend a lot of time with Laura, she was very helpful, and communicative, and I would love to come back to the space and have a true mini-retreat. Thanks again Laura!

Everything at Laura's was as described on Airbnb. Laura was prompt with getting us specific directions and had everything ready when we arrived as well as lots of helpful information to make our Sedona stay enjoyable. Her place is right off the Red Rock Loop in the country and was exactly what we wanted to give us lots of hiking and exploring time away from the busy touristy areas.

Laura's home feels wonderful. This is the second time I've stayed with her, and it's become a sanctuary to me. The bed is comfy, the space is lovely (especially the garden,) and she is very welcoming, well traveled, and a joy to talk to.

Laura was a spectacular host! She was warm and inviting and made sure we knew where things were and also made sure we didn't need anything additional. She is familiar with the area and made some good suggestions about hiking, which is very close to her home. The kitchenette is stocked with things if you wanted to eat in (which we did for breakfast), there is a full refrigerator/freezer for storage of any food you may have. The bed was comfy and clean as was the bathroom. She also had additional hiking trail and AZ map information which was helpful for us. We definitely got a great deal staying with Laura and would recommend her place to anyone. The private, quiet apartment was definitely the retreat we were looking for after being the car for many hours. Thanks for the great stay!

My host, Laura was lovely and the unit was tidy and had nice touches like bread, coffee and tea. She has wonderful energy and tends to a peaceful, well kept garden which is shared with the main house. When I booked, I was under the impression that it was 'an entire home' or separate unit and it ended up sharing a very thin wall with the owners which sadly left absolutely no privacy as you could hear everything through the wall. The owners were extremely quiet but it was very obvious that any sounds could be heard between walls which can dramatically alter your experience if you are conscientious and like your privacy. The bed was very soft and sunken in the middle and I wouldn't recommend it for two people unless they are yogis. For a single, I think it would be just fine. There is good value here and I think that is important to mention. The property is located in a very beautiful area of Sedona and it's distance to the hub of town was welcomed. We saw a lot of wildlife and the stars are absolutely magnificent at night.

What a perfect little place! The setting is amazing, nestled at the foot of so many trailheads in North Scottsdale, within spitting distance of Tom's Thumb and Pinnacle Peak. The "casita" itself was great - we took advantage of the full kitchen and enjoyed preparing our meals there. Billy and Yvonne were very friendly and so helpful, but not intrusive in any way. Yvonne helped us choose some hikes and got us passes to the botanical gardens. Hosts were very available by text.

A relaxing and beautiful casita, absolutely perfect end to our US road trip. The Airbnb pictures do not do the area and casita justice, it's absolutely breathtaking. Every effort was made to ensure our stay went well & the 3 dogs were an absolute bonus!! Thank you for having us as guests in your home, we had a great time.

For us, our stay here was exactly what we needed. We had privacy and enjoyed the pool area the most because we love to relax in the sun. We already miss the built in bird sanctuary that surrounded us and our morning coffee time. We wish we could have stayed longer. If you ever get to Scottsdale, you MUST stay here if you can. If you ever wanted to imagine what living in Arizona with a beautiful view, this is your place.

We loved Lulu's Getaway! Christine made us feel so welcome, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We brought our 1 1/2 year old, and Christine let us borrow a pack & play for her to sleep in and toys for her to play with. The pool was perfect and so was the hot tub. Everything was exactly as pictured, very clean, with all the supplies we could have possibly needed — the bathroom and kitchen were well stocked with bottles of water, snacks, toiletries, etc. Since no one had booked the following night, we were even given a late checkout which allowed us to explore Phoenix and get in an extra swim. This was our best airbnb experience yet, and if we come back to Phoenix we'll hope to stay here again!

What a wonderful treat for us to stay at a place that was so thoughtfully decorated and stocked with everything we might need over our 3-day stay. Not only were the accommodations outstanding, we also got to explore a wonderfully eclectic Phoenix neighborhood. Reasonable price for all the amenities. Great hosts! Very understanding of privacy while also being awesome points of connection to Phoenix. Being from Chicago we really didn't know what to expect but Christine had no problem answering any questions we had. All the amenities of home that we may have forgotten. The pool was always clean when we went for a swim and the area was within walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. 10/10 would stay again.

Lulu's Getaway is perfection in Phoenix. The space is large, clean, open and well appointed. Christine and Jason are the perfect hosts -- giving you space and privacy but being available in case you need anything. The pool and hot tub are perfect for the hot days and cool nights in Arizona. The neighborhood is filled with lots of fun restaurants, shops and is easily accessible. Chad and I loved our stay here and will be back often.

We had a lovely time at Lulu's Getaway. The pool was fantastic, the salt water does make a difference compared to the chlorine pools we're used to. It was a pretty quiet neighborhood and had no problems with parking. I agree with the other reviews about the bed (one side doesn't work), but it sounds like Christine is going to replace that soon. The space was clean and pretty big, the rain shower was pretty cool too. We would definitely recommend!

Had a fantastic stay! Christine really didn't miss a thing. The place was clean and very inspirational from an interior design perspective. I felt like I was in an artist's loft or something. The hot tub was so nice, especially since night time got a little chilly. We loved their dogs and enjoyed chatting with Christine- she is super friendly and considerate. The AC was amazing too- us Canadians like it nice and cold. We are definitely going to return again! Highly recommend this airbnb.

We had a great stay. Location was good, nice accommodations in a quiet, residential neighborhood.

We had a wonderfull time with the Bailey family. The whole family, including pets, were very welcoming, warm and lovely people to meet. Beautiful house and garden with pool, along with a beverage filled fridge and music in the shower gave us the most relaxing days of our holiday so far. Lake havasu is great for water activities or just relaxing. Perfect break from our journey in west USA. We would have stayed longer if we had more time!

Staying at Denise was just perfect. We stayed here on our way from Las Vegas to Santa Babara. The house was like shown on the pictures, Denise made us really feel at home and the beautiful pool was good to cool down as it was quite hot outside. We would stay here again and can highly recommend staying here!

GREAT! A++++ This house is very nice. It's in a great neighborhood with a very high home value. Denise was such a great host! She stayed up for us and met us outside to make sure we got settled in okay. The room was terrific and had a great feel to it. Super soft sheets and very comfy bed. Everything was clean and Denise even had some Kosher snacks and water for us. The bathroom was super nice! Denise was also very kind to us and let us use the washer for a quick load. We would most certainly stay here again! A+++++

This is even more breathtaking in person. The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful, creating such a nice atmosphere in the condo. The backyard is incredible!! The condo itself is clean and Artur obviously takes great steps in designing his condos and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

Beautiful place with outdoor private yard. Very clean and comfortable. We walked to richardsons for an amazing dinner and there's a grocery store nearby. Close to hiking trails. Would definitely stay again.

Artur's apartment was absolutely perfect! When we arrived, I could immediately tell how much work and love has been put in to the property. Every detail was taken care of, from the supplies in the shower, the soft sheets on the bed, to the easy-to-use Nest thermostat. In addition to the great property, Artur was a great host. He responded quickly to any questions and kept me aware of a parking situation before arrival. I will definitely keep this place on my list for when I return to Phoenix in the future.

Stayed one night at Artur's place at the beginning of a Southwest road trip. The apartment was exactly as shown. Very comfortable space. Clean and modern. Located in a nice residential neighborhood - close to everything you would need. And only 15 minutes from Sky Harbor! Check in was simple - keys in a lock box. Although we never saw Artur, he was available and very responsive to any questions we had. Overall it was a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and priced right!

Steve and Kelly were very welcoming and made our stay amazing. The neighborhood was VERY nice and super peaceful. Located within minutes of plenty of food and shopping.

Travelers : if you are thinking about staying here it is a wonderful option. Steve and Kelly's home was very clean and refeshing. Unpon arrival we were greeted with welcome treats and a booklet of nearby restaurants and shopping centers. Steve and Kelly made themselves available if we needed them. They also weren't overbearing and respected our time and privacy. If you are thinking about visting The Grand Cayon while you are in Arizona, it is about 3 and a half hours from their home. On a side note, The Grand Cayon is not as hot as it appears. I visited there in mid May and the high was 65 and very windy. Which is misleading because the rest of Arizona was very hot. So make sure you bring a light jacket and maybe even some sweat pants. The Grand Canyon has such an astounding view its mind blowing. It's almost in comparison to Steve and Kelly's home. Every morning we woke up beautiful mountains and a amazing sunrise, and at night you can see all of Phoenix light up. It was literally the most spectacular thing I have ever seen. All in all Steve and Kelly's home is a wonderful place to stay. I would advice everyone to stay here.

So great to have a perfect place to crash after day trips to the canyon and sightseeing Sedona and Phoenix. We weren't there a whole lot during the day, but we had our privacy and hosts were there if we needed them when we were there. Would definitely recommended or stay again. Beautiful space. Steve and Kelly were wonderful hosts and made us feel welcome the minute we pulled into the driveway. They had thoughtful touches in their home like fresh fruit, muffins, water and a stocked kitchen filled with items for cooking which made us feel welcome the second we stepped in. Although we did not spend a lot of time at their home, they made sure to let us know that they were just a phone call, text or Airbnb message away if we needed anything at all. They had a basket of travel brochures as well as an organized binder of things to do in and around the area. The location of their home was ideal for the travel we did in Arizona; we were able to travel both north and south with little stress. I highly recommend staying with Steve and Kelly if you are in the Phoenix area or in Arizona in general. We will definitely stay with them again if we make our way out there!

We had an amazing stay at Steve and Kelly's! The location was perfect and the place was beautiful. The view was wonderful, the kitchen was stocked with all of the things you would need on vaction, and they were really nice as well. We would love to stay again the next time we are in Phoenix.

This is my second visit with Steve and Kelly, and I know I will be back again. I am very comfortable here. This time I was noticing all the special touches everywhere: high quality soap, lots of silk flowers everywhere - which I love!, lovely baked goods - which do not love me :), and even a welcome back sign. This is truly a 5-star experience.

What an incredible property and location! The view is amazing with a terrific deck to soak it all in. The guest house itself is top notch, down to every detail. Very relaxing setting but still close enough to town to easily enjoy. Thumb Butte is very close as well. Layne is a wonderful and thoughtful host.

When I first looked at this listing I considered going a different direction because it seemed a little bit on the high side as far as price goes. I'm glad I decided to stay with Layne – this is definitely an example of getting what you pay for. I found the cottage just as described. The pictures do not do justice to the view. The kitchen is everything I needed – a little refrigerator, a little microwave, and an electric stove that could bring tea to a boil in the provided teapot in less than a minute! The guesthouse is less than five minutes from downtown. The host was a really interesting fellow. We struck up a couple conversations in passing and he told me a little bit about the decorations in the guesthouse – each of which has its own story. He also gave me a tour of the main house – he used to be a professional speaker, he appears you've also been a mountain climber at one point, and he had some pretty interesting artifacts that he got on a trip hiking from monastery to monastery in the mountains of Nepal. Quite fascinating. There really is nothing I would change about my time. I needed a secluded and quiet place and that is exactly what I got, with breathtaking beauty and pleasant company to boot. I would recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything we needed (and more) was provided. The cottage is very clean, comfy, and adorable.The deck was wonderful. Appreciated that the Prescott downtown was just minutes away. Layne is a very gracious host. We hope to come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in Layne's guest house. The view was amazing and the back porch was especially magical. The location felt secluded in the woods but was still only a few minutes from Prescott by car. We only wish we had had time to enjoy the hot tub.

This was one of my favorite AirBnb's yet. It was beyond charming, clean, everything thought of, and wonderful. We loved our stay and Layne was very communicative and sweet. What a memorable stay.

Layne's guest house was incredible. He met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the main house and the guest house. Everything in the guest house had a story, meaning, or purpose and learning about this from Layne made us appreciate the space even more. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The view from the back window was stunning. Many hiking opportunities close by. Layne was a great host; he really made us feel at home. Overall, very highly recommended.

Layne is a warm and welcoming host with an artistic eye and amazing books to read in the cottage if you can tear your eyes away from the lovely view, sunrise coming through the picture window and many amenities he offers guests in this charming and immaculate abode.

Layne made us feel welcome immediately upon arrival with his engaging smile and warm hand shake. He welcomed us into HIS home and through his conversational explanations of life's objects and works we came to know our host. Is there a better way for us to fell comfortable and at ease in his guest house? We had booked for a two day stay but even before those days ended we asked Layne if there would be a possibility of us adding one more day. Regretfully he already had the next day booked.

Cindi and Derrick's place was amazing!! My daughter and I had a very short trip, but Cindi was beyond accommodating! The shipping container was perfect for our needs. Comfy bed, clean and fully functions bathroom and A/C, cozy, quiet and cool in the extreme heat of Phoenix in August. The grounds were just super cool to explore and hangout. My daughter, of course, loved playing with the chickens, dogs and checking out all the bikes and colorful flora. Genuinely kind folks with great artistic and free spirits whom we'd gladly spend more time with! We can't wait to come back and visit them and stay in any one of their incredibly friendly spaces.

Cindi and Derrick were kind, friendly and welcoming. this is a cool eclectic spot. I would recommend staying here if you just need a place to sleep and shower. very centrally located to downtown and the freeway. I was in the area for work so it served its purpose. wish it had a kitchen.

We had a great time at Cindi and Derrick's "Container". It was just the right space for us. Both Cindi and Derrick made us feel very welcomed. We loved the outdoor space where we could sit and enjoy the company of the other guests as well as the hosts. The location was perfect for us. We were there for a concert at the Talking Stick Arena. A short 5 min drive or 30-40 minute walk.

We loved staying here! It was the most unique place I've ever stayed, for sure, so full of character, vibrant, creative, and also very quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy, the neighborhood is great, the accommodations were very comfy.

We spent three nights on our round trip visiting Kevin and Dan before we flew to México. We had enough space in the beautiful and above all tastefully furnished accommodation. I must say it was one of the nicest accommodations I have ever booked through airbnb. The check-in and check-out went without problems. In summary, I can recommend the accommodation of Kevin and Dan to anyone and we will certainly be back! At this point a big thank you to the two!

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed at. It's beautiful, and the hosts were both friendly and accommodating. I couldn't recommend it more!

The ceiling was a bit on the shorter end for my 6' friend. Everything else was perfect. They had travel sized kits just in case you forgot anything. Fridge was stocked with water. Kitchen was well equipped and functional. Beds were comfortable. Location was close to everything. Highly recommend staying here.

We LOVED staying here, and my mom is still talking about how awesome Kevin and Dan's guest house was. The house was luxuriously decorated with high-end touches and it was IMPECCABLY clean. Little touches like the thoughtful toiletry bags and bottled water (it's HOT in Phoenix) made us feel ver welcome. Kevin and Dan were genuine and hospitable at all times--even when we had some trouble with our rental car, they went above and beyond with kindness. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

Gorgeous place, amazing deal, gracious hosts — they even keep little travel packs of toiletries in the bathroom. They were more than accommodating with our need for a late-night check-in, and paid us a fond farewell in the morning to make sure the place met our standards (even their dog is the friendliest fellow :)).

Super host is an understatement! The green gables guest house was clean, nice and very accommodating!! We absolutely loved our stay here and will be back if we're ever in the area again.

Our stay at Karen and Greg's Zen guest house was just perfect. The entire place is an oasis in the Phoenix desert - the outdoor space is beautiful and well kept, plenty of space to play, swim, and relax. The guest house is perfect - beautiful and so clean. Karen and Greg have thought of everything - a welcome sign with the guest names, snacks and breakfast food, coffee and cream, menus from local restaurants, board games, tv, a treadmill, robes, even a towel warmer! The icing on the cake is the hostess - Karen was so kind and friendly, took time to welcome us and talk to us, and recommend some local restaurants. We only wish our stay could have been longer! We will definitely be back next time we are in Phoenix!

This was my favorite AirBnB stay ever! Karen is the most amazing host. She brought me baked goods, drove me where I needed to go, and even dropped off & picked up a script from the pharmacy for me. I cannot imagine a kinder, more helpful person. The guest house is so very comfortable. Everything is pristine, and I had everything I needed. Karen provided the best bath products, the nicest towels and sheets, and the yummiest goodies. The shower is high-end, and has all of those neat water jets that make your sore muscles feel wonderful. The hot tub, pool, and outdoor area are an amazing treat. I wish that I could stay longer. I feel so well-rested and well-cared for. This has been like a spa visit. I don't usually travel to Phoenix, but I would return just to stay at Karen's guest house!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen and Greg's guest house. Loved the privacy and the modern comfortable accommodations. The hosts went out of their way to make sure all your needs were met. The extra touches like special snacks, coffee and teas selections and cold water were really appreciated. The highlight of the morning was a basket of fresh basked pastries....Yum! We didn't get a chance to use the pool but loved relaxing in the hot tub just outside our front door. Their location was central to some great Phoenix restaurants and cafes....some even within walking distance. We will be back...hopefully soon!

Beautiful guesthouse and backyard/garden/pool. This is a much better option than a hotel!

This was our first time using air b&b, and the experience was excellent. The hosts were very friendly and the rental was superb.

Karen and Greg were great hosts! They were so inviting and their home was beautiful. They accommodated our last minute stay, as we had problems with another Airbnb in the area. The pool was heavenly, and they left us a little breakfast treat in the morning. It was very clean and perfect for our last night in town. The location was great as well, and I would definitely stay there again! Thank you both :)

If you need a place to stay near Phoenix look no further. Karen is the best. The pictures of the guest house don't do it justice. The living room is modern has a nice TV and cabinet full of board games. The bedroom has a huge bed and wall closets for all of your clothing. When we walked in she had set up some electric candles in the bedroom for us it was so romantic. The shower is amazing, I never wanted to get out, the towel warmer was a perk I never knew I needed. Not to mention the hot tub right outside our door and the breakfast of delicious pastries she left us every morning. Downtown Phoenix is a short drive down the freeway, the University of Phoenix stadium is less than a half hour away. Not to mention there were so many good places to eat within walking distance of the house! If you stay here you have to try a burger at The Stand and go down to Zipps for a drink and some pizza. If you don't stay here you will be missing out. I know we will be back without a doubt.

The zen guest house was awesome. The host was asleep when we arrived but she was very responsive with my questions and left out banana bread in the morning! The pool was awesome the temperature was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and she shower was super cool. Definitely recommend!
