A Beautiful Meeting with épatants hosts and always at your service! the tranquility of the environment and of course the perfect accommodation. The region, between countryside, mountains and sea is nice and full of discoveries to be made: heritage, history, gastronomy ... one week is not enough, is already thinking about coming back in 2016 ...

The host was tremendously welcoming, offering fresh produce from the garden and farm. The property is large, with an open green area with lemon and other fruit trees. We used fresh eggs, lemons, and carrots in our meals and it was wonderful. Our son enjoyed the chickens and running around in the large open space. The beach was a quick 5 minute drive away, with lovely sand and a nearby playground. The host suggested the best spot to go to the beach, as well as the best place nearby for food and more importantly gelato. The apartment was good sized, 2 large bedrooms and a spacious Kitchen / living / dining room. There is a fireplace in the livingroom which is connected to radiators in the bedrooms, which will take the chill out of a cool night. The space was more than enough for our family of 4 and would likely be fine with more. There is a washing machine, you just need to ask, and the fireplace and radiators made drying things over night possible. We stayed here for 2 nights/days before flying out of Fiumicino. The morning drive to the airport was pleasant for a noon flight.

very helpful person in spite of everything

great accommodation and equipped with all the amenities a family could want; easily accessible from the north or south of the peninsula, has a large car park and a huge garden that will make the stay of a family, even if it consists of several persons, pleasant and relaxing. The proximity to large urban centers (Rome less than 30 km, Anzio about 8 km) makes it perfect base for discovering the history, art, good food and good drink within reach of every budget. Mr. Michael and his family, with their wide availability, will make even more pleasant the stay of those who want to book this great accommodation.

Lovely house, great hosts! I am pleased to recommend it! Everything matches the description and photos. We have had a huge living room with a well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom with bath, terrace. The hosts are very polite and helpful, and completely unobtrusive. A special delight of the children has caused huge dog Gross! Wonderful good dog. This rural house, so be prepared for the presence of animals, lizards, bellowing cows, barking dogs. :)) The house is decorated with love, very cozy. To the sea 5 minutes by car. The main thing! Specify an address in advance, there are nuances.

Michele had a trip during time we spent in this nice house but his brother Davide with wife Agate met us and helped to spend our vacation. This family is great! Very pleasant, kind and helpful people. The house is completely as shown at the pictures. There is everything you need for daily life. Very nice garden with fruit threes. We were happy to try figes and persimmons there! Our children enjoied feeding animals: sheeps, chickens and cow. Bruddo, smart and kind dog, was a sputnik our walks. The house is located not far from a beach. About 5-6 minutes by car. There are some shops, restourants arround. Very nice locations to do the trip to Rome, Aprilla, Lorenzo. We recommend this house to have a great rest!

On arrival we were given a glass of prosecco and appetizers. The owners are very friendly and helpful (help with on-line reservation for museums, etc., was not any demand for them too. A aanradr!

Beautiful apartment set in glorious surroundings - a little gem. Roberta and her family were so helpful and welcoming I didn't want to leave. Apartment was clean with everything we needed and close to local amenities and train station. Lots of information about travel routes, and local places to visit as well as the easy access to Rome. The house was a haven after being in Rome all day. We appreciated everything they did for us and have truly fallen in love with Italy.

We were "at home Elvir" in a single night, but had a great time, the house was comfortable and clean, also the exterior was well maintained and provided especially for those of us who wanted to do the barbecue. The owners are very helpful and mano.Speriamo to return soon for more time!

Well the truth !!! We got lost and came to get us to look after us prepared a very nice vermouth to our arrival and perfect house clean etc etc we will definitely repeat !!!

Roberta, Elvira and Marco are very welcoming and warming people. They made us feel home the moment we arrived. We had some great aperitivo and a house tour. The homestay was very nice and it had everything we needed! In the kitchen there is a map on the wall with all things you can do in the area which was very handy! During our stay we really wanted to dive near Napoli (Baia ruins) and all the credits go to Roberta for the research and the booking! The swimming pool is very lovely as for the whole garden with a lot of fruit trees! We had some Tomatoes and figs from the garden. Very tasty!! Thanks again for the lovely stay!

It was a lovely home in the country. Just as explained. Roberta was extremely helpful and accommodating. She recommended a fabulous restaurant and made us reservations. Her mother was also very sweet and hospitable.

Elvira and Marco were cute. Since we did not have a car they picked us up from the station, they explained the particolartià the area, as is grown wine ... We just relaxed in their beautiful apartment. We will always gladly! We sincerely thank Elvira & Mark (and Their daughter Roberta, of course) For Their great hospitality. The house, the pool, the garden, it's just marvelous !! We can only recommend it to anyone - if you want to enjoy some relaxing days in the countryside or visit the region around the Castelli Romani. I would love to be back soon!

Warm welcome, tour of the house with a small welcome drink in the garden. We had a great Ms Elvira, Mr. Mark and Roberta were very kind and we have also prepared a map with places to visit in the area since we arrived a bit 'unprepared! The house is beautiful, cozy, functional and pulitissima..per not to mention the swimming pool where we spent 2 full days non-stop! We became officially regulars of "A Casa Elvira" will return as soon as possible !!! (Highly recommended for couples)

Marina welcomed us impeccably. The room and facilities were very comfortable and clean. After a nice breakfast prepared by Marina, we had the pleasure to take a walk around the house, discovering the cute animals that inhabit it, and finally we were able to relax in its beautiful swimming pool. Marina showed immediately kindness and helpfulness. The room has a separate entrance (via a window door) and there is a large bathroom for exclusive use.

Beautiful structure surrounded by nature just 15 minutes from the main beaches and surrounding resorts, spacious room with king size bed was comfortable, well designed bathroom with tub, fabulous swimming pool and garden with a pond, complete with beautiful peacocks and geese. Marina and the family will welcome you to the fullest, with kindness and availability, and you can relax by the pool or on the beautiful nearby beaches, easily reached by car, and then eat at one of the many restaurants just minutes away. Absolutely recommended, we have beautifully stayed at this property and hope to have more opportunities to come back! Highly recommended: 15 min away by car from the beautiful sea coasts of Anzio, the medieval town of Neptune and few minutes far from various lovely restaurants nearby. Nice wide bedroom, very clean and provided with all comforts: TV, refrigerator with freezer, Wi-Fi and breakfast included. private luxurious bathroom with Jacuzzi, great pool on the outside and a lovely garden with a small lake and beautiful peacocks and ducks. Absolutely a great place to stay with very nice and friendly hosts!

It's just a great place! We all really enjoyed the Marina. Marina is very hospitable, kind and sympathetic. Near the house, a pond with turtles and the territory of the house peacocks, that's just great. Thank you for all Marina. Do not worry that the sea is 8 km, you will be happy to drive you there and then taken away. Very recommend!

The reception of Marina was fantastic and his home is really beautiful. The room is large and has a great bathroom. More than we recommended. Much warmth and kindness by the whole family. In the garden there are beautiful animals and peacocks.

Marina is a very friendly and accommodating person and made us feel welcome. The house / room is well furnished, with fine finishes and has all the comforts of a hotel, including the room fridge. To make the stay special is a beautiful and clean swimming pool, complete with comfortable chairs and you can enjoy a nice breezy climate. Hello. We stayed at the Patrizia's villa from Lido dei Pini at the end of June-beginning of July. . The house is beautiful, in inside everything is very nice, the furniture, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms. The garden is well cared, and the neighborhood is excellent, very quiet and the landscape is beautiful, there are many pines in zone, very beatifull trees. I have some nice pictures of them:-) The beach is about 800m-1km from the villa and it is very good, the sand is fine and the entrance in sea is smooth. There are sunbeds and parasols, but there are a free zone of the beach, where you cand put your towel and enjoy the sun:-) Patrizia was very nice and helped us with information when we needed. I want to especially thanks for the welcome pack (some bread, butter, honey, biscuits....a bootle of wine in the fridge), it was a very nice surprise, especially we arrived at the villa late in the night. Thanks again. We travelled at Rome, which is about 50 km from the (URL HIDDEN) a relatively small distance, but the road is busy and broke, so the time needed to reach Rome was about 1,5 hours. But Rome is a fantastic city, it deserve any effort to see it. We spent several evenings in Anzio, we loved very much this city, with their little terraces by the sea...we eat very good fish and seafood here. We loved very much Felippe, the gardner, it was a very nice person, we had nice conversation in italian/english/romanian:-) When we left, he told us "Que trista notizia che mi hai (URL HIDDEN) was very nice from him:-) Grazie mille, Gabriela and friends:-)

We stayed for ten days in Patrizia's house in Lido dei Pini. We had a super holiday. There were some problems during the first days with hot water and the internet, but it was sorted once we told you about it. Patrizia do not live nearby, but there are several people who help on the spot, and Patrizia responded quickly both by email and phone. The house was great! We were two families with four children together. For us it was perfect that the garden was fenced and the pool also had fencing around so that the children could fall into the pool. The slightly larger children cost a lot of swimming in the pool. Inside, the house is also nice and spacious. We took several trips to different nice places in the area. Anzio is a very nice town with a boardwalk and nice beaches. We visited Ostia Antica, which was an impressive collection of Roman ruins. Sperlonga was further away, but a very beautiful city. I would recommend that one has a car, then it did not happen so much in Lido dei Pini (at least in May when we were there). I recommend the place and hostess.

We had great holiday with four kids and four adults. The pool area was fantastic with kids. The garden was beautyful. Owner of the house was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay! Thx!

The place was very nice, quiet and well located. A good place near Roma to discover the Eternal City and the Lazio region and others. The house is not new but very OK to stay with a nice swimming pool and nice upper rooms and several bathrooms. The outside patio is a nice place to sit and to eat. The negative point is that there is no air conditioning at all on the ground floor. There are 2 bedrooms located downstairs. They are sauna's when the weather is good. A dishwasher in the kitchen could be a surplus. We had a good time.

Lovely house in a quiet environment. The landlord responds quickly to sms / email if there would be something. For those traveling with children is a visit to the Zoo Marine to recommend. Castel Romano (outlet) is a good choice for the shopping seekers. A larger Coop store is a short drive away from the house if you want a slightly larger selection than what Carrefour can offer. One double bed on the second floor. Is very hard, but it must well be prepared in southern Europe in general ;-)

Красивый дом в окружении природы и загородных переулкам Тор Сан Лоренцо. Легко доступны все благодаря дорогим Картам (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Наличие автомобиля или велосипедов лодки можно легко добраться до пляжа и центр Тора-Сан-Лоренцо с супермаркетами, барами и общественным транспортом. Лично я влюблен в этом маленьком домике уже в картинах, которые честно делают большую честность в дом, который выглядит точно так же, как мы ожидали. Очень приятно общее дерево покрытия в некоторых кругах, что «мысль о том, в горной хижине в то же время почти к морю. Хорошо освещенный, с кухней, душем, двуспальная кровать и много одеяла и простыни. Хорошая ванная комната, душ лишь немного «маленькие, но полотенца есть. Патио мило, огорожен и проложил, с удобным диваном, столом и барбекю, который предоставляется для гостей. Хозяева очень добрые и радушные, доброжелательные и доступным; Мы встретили нас сразу и всегда отвечали быстро и были очень полезны. Я рекомендую его всем, кто хочет насладиться только один день в мире! PS Вы можете найти нас очень хорошая коллекция компакт-дисков всех жанров, которые я вежливо воспользовавшихся: D

Kleine, schattige kleine huis gelegen op het platteland van Velletri. Rustig en schoon. De eigenaren zijn twee aardige mensen en zeer beschikbaar. De raad!

Ik en mijn vriendin verbleven voor 6 dagen en gasten moet zeggen waren de beste dagen van de zomer heb ik. De plaats was erg rustig in het huis schoon je kon niet vragen om meer. Max en Melanie waren zeer gastvrij en geweldig met ons. Het huis is gelegen in de avonduren u graag wandelen en kan zeer rilasati zijn.

Meine Frau und ich haben drei Nächte bei Melanie verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Alle Zutaten für ein Frühstück waren vorhanden. Die Lage zwischen colli romani und Monti lepini ist optimal für excursionen. Die Beisitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A lovely house with ample space with a good, small outdoor garden and terrace as well as a driveway at the front to park. It was perfect for a low-key seaside holiday for our family of 4. The house is very well located near shops and the children's park and about 600m to the beach. Area seems to be very safe & good house security. Pictures and facilities are just as mentioned. Particular thanks to Manuela's parents who checked us in and out and provided good local information. The local bakery was amazing! Communication between us and host was good. Overall a great experience!!!

Siamo stati benissimo! La casa é assolutamente dotata di ogni bene di prima necessità e soprattutto il valore aggiunto di essa é un bel giardino spazioso tenuto con molta cura e un bel barbecue per trascorrere belle serate. Manuela é stata molto gentile e disponibile così come lo sono stati i suoi genitori che ci hanno accolto molto gentilmente sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Io e la mia famiglia ringraZiamo vivamente!
