Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster ,a kettle,a Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things everyday. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. As a small "highlight", a small bay window with a cozy armchair invites,from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. Our green island in central location allows a comfortable living on 63qm. The fully renovated old building of an old customs house offers high ceilings and a pleasant indoor climate. The large garden or a red wine at the end of the day under the roofed terrace is also relaxing. In addition to a visit to the Carolus Thermen, we also recommend the historic old town of Aachen or a trip to the Eifel National Park. The campus of the RWTH Aachen is about 10km away - the CHIO area is closer.

Small but nice & quiet but central :-)

Completely renovated studio - apartment (single occupancy apartment) on 22 sqm. There is a large room with dining table, single/double bed, TV and a small equipped kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. There's a big closet in the hallway. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in feel-good shower, sink and toilet. The access to our guest apartment is located off the street and leads over our courtyard.

Tiny-House

All things important you‘ll find in this miniature house. We, Elke (teacher) and Michael (music journalist) live in the main house, with a view to green fields, close to a natural reserve. We love traveling to the sea, great movies and TV-series, music, food - and really enjoy making contact with nice, decent people.
