Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Just a few steps barefoot across the meadow of the small park in front of the house and you jump into the water, enjoy the hustle and bustle of the water birds or the spectacular sunset over the volcanoes of the Hegau. The flower beds and the old trees of the park open the view to the Gnadensee and the monastery island of Reichenau. You can enjoy this magnificent panorama through the spacious windows from almost all rooms and of course on the balconies of the 200 sqm duplex apartment.

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, clinics Schmieder 5 min, Konstanz by car or train 15 min. 35m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New building in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You were friendly and inspiring. If in between are only 2 days free, just ask :) wonderful as a home office -

New modern apartment 200m from the lake

Unsere 48qm Ferienwohnung ist 8 km von Radolfzell und 10 km von Konstanz entfernt. Beides kann man in wenigen Minuten einfach mit dem "Seehas" vom 1,5 km entfernten Bahnhof erreichen. Eine Badestelle liegt nur 200 m von unserem Haus entfernt. Im Ort findet man alle Geschäfte, die man braucht. Der Bodenseeradweg führt direkt am Haus vorbei. Familien finden ausreichend Spielzeug und Spiele. Wir vermieten ab 4 Nächte an max. 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Between harbor and beach

Welcome! Lovingly decorated, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and Strandbad in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure activities. The apartment was equipped in 2020 with a new bathroom and a new kitchen, has a separate access with a covered terrace and a parking space directly at the apartment.
